Ben was AMAZING! He had everyone dancing the whole night and put together the perfect blend of music. He is also super nice to work with. He does not disappoint! I might need to have another party so I can hire him again!

Ben Bolopue provided us with DJ services beyond our dreams. He took requests, helped the guests to have a great time and kept events moving smoothly through the night. When dinner was running late, Ben even helped our venue get set up for dinner. Ben will go above and beyond to make your event meaningful and entertaining. It is without hesitation that I recommend him.

Tucker and I cannot imagine having anyone other than Ben from Blooms and Tunes as the DJ for our wedding! He played music everyone enjoyed and could not stop dancing to. He had an amazing energy level that contributed to the overall feel of the wedding. We had many people at our wedding comment on how great he was! We danced all night long!! The next day I was so sore it hurt to walk and that lasted about a week!! Also, he did more than just dJ- he was helpful in so many other ways! At one point, he was sweeping up glass that had been broken! Thank you so much for everything, Ben!! Our wedding would not have been so amazing if we did not have you as our DJ!

If you want your flowers to look exactly the way you picture them in your head, rely on Bonnie from Blooms n Tunes. Even if you don't have any idea what you want, she'll work with you to create the perfect arrangements for you and your venue/style. She spent a lot of time talking through some of our ideas and turned them into fabulous floral choices that everyone loved. I couldn't have been happier with the results!

Ben is an amazing musician and DJ and knows how to keep the party going! He is laid back but professional, and very passionate about his work and it shows. We really enjoyed his live performances and appreciated his willingness to help in other ways throughout the night (making special announcements, directing people, etc.). It's difficult to please everyone at any wedding, but Ben did a fantastic job of keeping us (the bride and groom) happy while also keeping our guests entertained and dancing. Go with Ben if you want a fun dance!!

Ben is a terrific DJ! He knew how to respond to what our guests enjoyed (and did not enjoy). Although he was open to having us make a playlist for the night, we asked him to simply play music that kept our guests happy and dancing, and he did a fantastic job. Very highly recommended!

Ben is very easy to work with and willing to accommodate your requests, while still knowing how to read crowds during a dance.

I would love to say that Ben was a great DJ and leave it at that but he was so much more. Ben was fantastic and is a lot of the reason why the big day went so smoothly despite the fact that the bride (me) and groom had no idea what they were doing. Ben arrived with ample time to set up, graciously allowed us to use his equipment to play a CD during our cocktail hours and the ceremony, was ready to jump to plan B when the power went out (because he not only spins discs but also plays piano and guitar), directed our guests so seamlessly they didn’t even realize that they were being herded from one area to the next and offered guidance throughout the night when we most needed it. He was even so kind as to take pictures (unbeknownst to us) and email them so that the very next day we could see how much fun we were having.

Moreover, with very little direction from us, Ben kept the dance floor full! He gauged the guests’ musical tastes perfectly and thanks to him the dance was the talk of the breakfast table the next morning. When I decided to throw the bouquet after telling him I wasn’t going to he didn’t blink an eye and just went with the flow.

If anybody is looking for a DJ who is multi-talented, goes above and beyond what he’s been asked to do and is really good at it—Ben is the man for the job.

Ben was so integral to our wedding day that we cannot imagine it without him there. He was absolutely exceptional, both in his musical talents (we cannot emphasize enough how talented he is) and with his incredible gift with people.

Our original plan was to create our own playlist for the reception and play it from our computer for the reception. Then we met Ben at an Open House for our wedding venue, and we connected with him immediately.

There were so many things about Ben that made for an amazing experience:
-for our ceremony music, he said we could pick from anything and he would be able to play it on either guitar or piano.
-in addition to playing at our ceremony and DJing our reception, he walked around during the cocktail hour and played acoustic guitar and provided a mixture of live and recorded music during the dinner hour.
-in many ways, he "coordinated" our wedding day by letting us know when dinner was ready, dismissing the tables for the buffet, managing the microphone for speeches, and checking-in with us about when to start the dance.
-we provided Ben with a request list for our reception at midnight on the night before our wedding...and all the songs he played were from the list! This was incredible to us, especially since our response cards had included a place for people to request music for the reception.
-Ben was so thoughtful: he commented on donations we had made to charity in lieu of favors and tips, took a couple of photos during the ceremony, and picked up lost items after everything was over. We were very slow in getting out, so this was around 12:30 for an event that was meant to close at midnight.
-So many guests commented on how personable and nice was Ben. We have to agree. We really connected with him during the brief time we got to work together.
-Ben met with our vocalist the day of the event to rehearse two hours before the wedding.

We feel so lucky to have Ben contribute to our wedding day. For people who were hesitant to have a DJ involved in the day, to people who couldn't imagine the day without him. Thank you Ben, you are a true gem!

Ben was great, I could not have been happier with the outcome of his work. I will always remember our DJ. I recommend Ben for any event if you want to have fun get Ben.

Not only did he play great music he was aware of what people were looking for and got them out on the dance floor.

Ben did a fantastic job as the DJ at our reception, and in putting together a slide show for us. We really appreciated the level of detail in our initial meeting with him - it helped us to think about the overall atmosphere for our reception and what kind of things we did and didn't want to do as part of the program. When we met with him, it was clear that he loves music and was genuinely interested in providing music that we and our guests would enjoy. There were a lot of details to deal with on the day of our reception, but we felt very confident in Ben's ability and professionalism and didn't have to spend a moment worrying about our guests having fun!

Ben from Blooms and Tunes was AWESOME! He was nice, personable, genuine, talented and fun! He provided wedding ceremony music, live acoustic guitar during cocktail hour, and a lively, fun reception. Some of my guests said that they never dance at weddings, and they were out on the dance floor ALL night. Ben did a great job at keeping the flow of the entire day going! Ben did an excellent job at our wedding. He was there setting up even before we arrived for the day! Using Ben made it such a stress-free day for the both of us. He is very friendly and personable, and helped to keep our day moving along smoothly. We used Ben’s services for the ceremony and dance. He has amazing guitar and piano skills. About two weeks prior to our wedding we added a song to our ceremony that we wanted Ben to sing and play on guitar—it was a country song that he wasn’t familiar with—but he absolutely nailed it! We through a couple other last minute changes on him as well, including the task of creating a slideshow, and Ben delivered big time! He was also very accommodating in the weeks leading up to our wedding to make sure he understood all the music we like, and it showed during our dance, as he did an excellent job of keeping people on the dance floor all night. We're still getting compliments on how much fun our guests had. If you are looking for a musician, DJ, or both, I would strongly recommend Ben.

Ben did a great job at our reception. He was easy to work with, arrived plenty early to set up, and kept the dance floor busy all night long. I have been at wedding receptions before where the DJ is obnoxious and attention grabbing, and I have been at receptions where the DJ can't manage to get people involved. Ben was neither of those things. He had just the right amount of crowd interaction and played a great blend of music that kept both young and old involved. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ben did an amazing job! My wife and I couldn't have been happier with how he handled every aspect! Ben provided all the ceremony music, cocktail hour and dinner music and all the dance music. He had all the latest songs and really catered to our guests wants. Ben made our wedding so beautiful by playing the piano and guitar while singing!!! He then created a great atmosphere with his DJ services. Ben was our DJ for our wedding at the Enchanted Barn on July 10, 2010. Ben helped make our wedding special! He was incredibly fun, down to earth and willing to do anything he could to help make the day wonderful. He helped with getting tables up for dinner in an organized way while keeping things fun. He offered to play dinner music to compensate for a communication issue we had before the wedding, very thoughtful! He was respectful of our wishes and listened to what we wanted for the reception. It was a night full of dancing, the fun never stopped! I would recommend Ben to anyone for a wedding or party. I want to plan a party just so I can have Ben as the DJ because I'll know then that the party will be a blast!

To all you brides/grooms out there! I just got married on June 25, 2010 and hired Blooms and Tunes to provide music and flowers for our big day. First and foremost, there are not words to express what a fantastic job both Ben and Bonnie did for our wedding.
Ben was extremely helpful, knowledgable and personable throughout the whole planning process. He was always just an email away. Ben always responded to my questions promptly and professionally despite his busy work schedule and family. I would highly recommend him to provide ceremony, dinner, and DJ services at any event. Ben surprised us and our guests with his musical abilities. He is truely talented! He played every song that we requested before and during the dance and made songs that meant a lot to us stand out. Bonnie is a blast to work with. Her enthusiasm should be bottled up and sold! She is open to new ideas yet has so many wonderful ideas herself. She is very personable and makes it a point to get to know you. A week before our wedding, one of my bridesmaids decided to drop out. To make a long story short, Bonnie was not only there as my florist but as a friend. Bonnie checked in with me a couple of times that week to make sure I was ok. Her abilities to make arrangements and bouquets is amazing. She took what I was picturing in my head and made it into a reality. She is amazing at what she does!

Travis and I would like to thank both Ben and Bonnie, from Blooms and Tunes, for making our wedding day so special. They made my dreams as a bride come true. Ben is a talented and multi-faceted individual. Not only does he play the guitar, harmonica, piano and sing beautifully; he has great MC skills and knows how to keep your guests excited and having a good time. Ben was an amazing DJ...a perfect fit for our wedding! He worked well with us to get the music we wanted for the ceremony, reception, and slideshow. He even changed up the music he was playing acoustically for our ceremony last minute for me! He took the time to sit and go over the options and easily changed to what I needed...something so amazing to experience as a bride on her wedding day! Along with being a wonderful DJ, he really helped the whole day flow by guiding guests and attending to minor details for me. If anyone plans on getting married at The Enchanted Barn, I wouldn't turn to any other DJ but Ben! He knows the place and owner so well, it will make the day complete and stress free! Couldn't recommend him more!

Ben, was a wonderful part of our wedding! He kept things going smoothly throughout dinner and the dance! He talked to our guests and made everyone really comfortable! He was wonderful! I would highly recommend him for anyone's wedding!

By in large we were very happy with Ben's Service. He did a superb job with the sound equiptment, his role in the makeshift band we through together (this guy totally rocks it on the keys and guitar, and completely off the cuff! Very, very impressive!!), facilitating the blessing, toasts, ect. plus he loves being a part of the enchanted barn experience - I would not recommend hiring anyone else at the barn but him because he knows all of the ins and outs to make it work well.

The only downfall was that karaoke was a total bust - but we are understanding that computer problems always often come at the worst time! Has happened to us all. No biggy. We requested Karaoke when we hired him and he said that he would likely have it going about a month before our wedding so we would probably be his guinney pigs which we were fine with... It didn't work out quite as planned, but then again, he did give us a disclaimer. Without any question he'll have it working seemlessly next time!

Ben offers a unique and outstanding service that is could basically be a turn-key opperation if you chose it to be. He is a very talented musician and great guy that works hard at what he does, and at a very reasonable price. The bottom line is that he loves what he does, and is therefore personally invested in making everything as high quality as he knows how. I would highly recommend him to anyone! You da man Ben!!

We hired him to play live music for our ceremony and reception dinner and then recorded music for the dance portion.

It was a pleasure to work with Ben - we used him for both our rehearsal dinner music and for the ceremony. Ben truly is flexible and accommodating - he was willing to learn new songs and hymns for the prelude and ceremony, and worked seamlessly with a second musician that we hired (a trumpeter) that he didn't even meet until the rehearsal.
