Used Potters Hall and Blue Collar Catering for my Bridal Shower...AMAZING...the venue was gorgeous and the food was outstanding. I've heard great things about this catering company and continue to especially after my special day.

I had "Blue Collar Catering" cater my wedding reception in their own establishment, Potter's Hall (They do cater off premises too). I would definitely recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding, whether they cater to a different location or inside thier own hall. The owner was very easy to work with. She kept in touch with me throughout my months of planning and answered all questions I'd had. The prices were excellant and the wedding packages are great. The staff was excellant, very friendly and professional. The food was great! They have so much on their menu to choose from. They had many "tastings" in the months previous to my reception in which we got to sample foods and see the hall set-up for a wedding. All my guest kept complimenting on the how great the food was. I had my reception inside their own establishment, Potter's Hall,(aka Bayville Firehouse) and my guest could not believe how beautiful the hall was, they could not believe they were in a firehouse hall. They set up all my centerpieces and favors correctly. The hall looked beautiful! Overall I was 100% satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Karen provided terrific service and first rate responsiveness, but what really impressed me was the value. The hall was beautifully decorated and she was extremely flexible as our plans changed over the course of planning.

My goal was to have a simple yet elegant wedding reception and Blue Collar Catering helped me achieve just that. From the food to the linens to the staff, everything far exceeded my expectations, and at a cost that could not be beat. One month after the wedding I am still getting calls from people telling me how great the food was and how beautiful the hall looked. The staff was amazing and really worked with me to make sure my event was everything I wanted it to be. They were incredibly helpful, flexible, and understanding; despite how many times I changed my mind about the details. I would definitely utilize their services again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

This company had been recommended to me by several different people. I had not even tried their food and I have to say it was the best choice I could have ever made. I loved all the food and the cake. They did everything to my exact specification and then some. They were courteous and open with during the whole process and it made my wedding day even more exciting because I did not have to worry about the food or my cake at all.
