i met the owners at a bridal show and they were very enthusiastic and answered all of my questions. They even let me try on their veils and jewelry!! I love the fact that I can shop at my own convenience, customize my orders, and not have to deal with the hassles of pushy or rude sales people. After meeting the owners I felt confident and safe ordering from their website.
