I got married on July 17, 2010 and started working with Brittany in March of 2010. After emailing her i was surprised on how quickly she got back in touch with me. I was sold after the first meeting! She went over everthing with me that i needed to know before we got started. For example, my goals, nutrition, body measurements ect. She was very good when it came to working with my schedule and i also found it to be a plus that she always drove to me. She was always on time and ready to kick my butt! I ended up losing 25 lbs, and 6 in. off of my waiste!!!! I love what Brittany Helped me accomplish!

Welcome to the Blushing Brides Personal Training! You have already taken the first step in losing weight, losing inches, toning up or just simply reducing wedding day stress. Your wedding day is a very special, once in a life time celebration and
is your day to be in the spotlight. My workout programs are designed for you to achieve your goals in a safe and effective way.
Our objective is for you to be worry free about fitting into your beautiful wedding dress or tux, and to be worry free about looking amazing on your special day.
Although I may only spend just a few weeks to one year with you to help you meet your goals, I not only encourage short term changes but also lifestyle changes. I hope that the time I have spent with you, will teach you the knowledge and tools that you need to obtain your results after your wedding day.
For those brides and/or grooms who want to obtain their results, set new goals, or just needs someone to push them to the next level of fitness, Blushing Brides do offer post wedding day packages.
