Unfortunatley I had an awful experience with this company. There was one particular stylist I wanted to see, but when she became unavailable for the wedding date, I was passed off to another stylist. She too became unavailable. Essentially I was scheduled with four different stylists until I finally had one that would be avaialbe for the wedding date. I went in for a mock up about three months before the wedding and I am so glad I did. This stylist was attentive to me, but her interpretation of the hair style I desired was totally incongruous with what I really wanted. I wanted a simple full updo. She had me in black bobby pins and only used about twenty. Let me put this into perspective. I am a blond with rather thick hair that hits me in the middle of my back. This was at 11am and for the day of the wedding I really need my hair to stay up and look nice for 12 hours or more. Although I told her that the updo felt really loose, she continued to tell me that it would be fine. I took her word for it and after spending upwards of 50 dollars for the mock-up, I went to run a few errands. About 90 minutes (MINUTES) after I left the salon, my "updo" fell off the back of my head. Needless to say I was very upset. I was supposed to have my hari done for my wedding shower later taht day and the style did not even last 2 hours!

Obviously, I cancelled my appointment for the wedding day.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone for a formal hair style or updo. My sister has been going to them for years for her cut and color and never had a problem. In fact they have always done an excellent job. Maybe they should stick with those services.
