Bonardi's Formalwear

I can't really give Bonardi's a good rating. We actually went to the one in Milford, MA a few weeks before our wedding. The sales person seemed very nice and took my husband's measurements, saying that he had very easy measurements and it would be easy enough to get a good fitting tux done for him. My husband had always gone to Bonardi's in high school to get tuxes for proms, etc, and they do all alteration in-house, so this was a no-brainer. My husband wore the tux on our wedding day and he was FLOATING in it! It was way too large at the waist and it looked like he was wearing parachute pants, besides the fact that they were much too long. I was almost convinced that they had mixed up our order. I will NEVER do business at Bonardi's again after this experience. Good thing we didn't get custom-tailored Italian suits from them that they were trying to sell us - I can't imagine having such an expensive ill-fitting suit too!

I just have to say EXCELLENT SERVICE. Lee is a person that could work for any company and he makes Bonardi's he knows how to treat customers and he is so flexible. Thanks LeeFramingham Location.

They were so easy to work with and very understanding. We did change our colors one time and they were very easygoing about it. The guy that runs the place actually came into my work with a brand new cake knife and server for the wedding and left it there for me because i wasnt at work that day. I thought that was such a nice gesture of him and of Bonardi's

My husband wanted a certain vest that he wanted himself and his groomsmen to wear. Bonardi's were the only company who had this and they had great discounts and great customer service.
