Boston Marriott Long Wharf

Our wedding at the Long Wharf was just absolutely perfect and breathtakenly beautiful. Our pictures came out gorgeous with the backdrop of Boston on one side and the harbor on the other. The price is also quite reasonable for a Boston wedding. Also, our wedding night suite was unbelievable and came free of charge. The Long Wharf is a perfect place to have your wedding reception!!

Our wedding at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf was simply magical. From our first meeting with the staff, through all the planning and preparations, they were amazing. Elizabeth (my main contact) was my rock. The support, help and professionalism from everyone there made the planning and the event the most wonderful experience.

We wanted to be on the water, we wanted a beautiful reception room, and great food. The Marriott provided all three.

They also helped coordinate all my vendors, from the florist to the band, with such ease. They honestly made the entire process fun and enjoyable and stress-free!

I would highly recommend the Marriott for any function. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the wedding was. It could not have been more perfect.

We were so pleased with everything the staff and our wedding coordinator did for us to make our wedding day perfect. I have to say that they were so accomodating to anything I asked and were always right on top of making sure that we were pleased throughout the whole process - from the beginning stages of booking the date and going back and forth in negotiations for the contract to the day of when we were being told where to be and when ...

We had a few changes and requests that they gladly accomodated during the whole process as well. Everything went super smoothly, without any glitches (that I knew of) and all of our guests told us after what a great time they had and that the food was great.

I think the only negative thing I would say is becaue they were super organized and wanted to stay on schedule - they pushed everything along during the reception as if it were on fast forward - at least that is how it felt to me and being the bride I know its somewhat sureal ... but I had asked that the cake cutting be after or at least towards the end of dinner and not right inthe beginning and they didnt follow through w/ that ... they instead rushed the cake cutting and the parents dances super fast in the beginning, one right after another ...

But with all of that said - it was a beautiful venue - prime location to be in the city, especially if you have people traveling - it was really cool that they could take the water taxi from the airport and you are right in the middle of so many attractions - Fanueil Hall, the North End, the Aquarium, Financial District, etc ... we loved that and our guests did too.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone else ...
