Bovella's was contracted with our reception venue to provide our wedding cake. So we didn't have to pay directly for it and I cannot comment on the value. We weren't too excited about wedding cake b/c we have all had the dry, no flavor wedding cakes before. We did have to drive to Westfield to taste it, and we were disappointed at the tasting b/c the tastings were a bit dry, but the final product was fantastic! They decorated it just as we'd requested, even though we couldn't find a picture to show exactly what we wanted. It also tasted great! We had expected never to touch the cake other than a taste at the reception, but it was so moist and flavorful, we made sure to eat all of the leftovers and freeze the 1 year anniversary pieces.

The cake looked great, exactly how I had envisioned it. We got so many compliments on the design and the taste. It was delicious!

The cake was really good!!! We had to upgrade off of the cake that was included with our reception venue but it was definitely worth it! Also, they did a good job with the grooms cake!
Our cake was AMAZING!!
i went in an spoket to Ralph and already knew the cake i wanted. I saw it in the window of a famous bakery here in Jersey and knew i had to have it. Bovellas did an awesome job recreating it AND it tasted delicious. It wasnt your typical dry hard wedding cake. Each layer, 5 in total was moist and yummy. Thanks guys!

Although we didn't work directly with Bovella's to get our wedding cake, we were more than satisfied. Our reception venue worked with us to select the type and look of the cake. Regardless, the cake was beautiful and delicious! (White cake with canoli filling - I highly recommend)

Bovella's created an absolutely delicious and beautiful cake for our wedding. They delivered it two hours away to our wedding location and it was very fresh and delicious. They also provided fantastic pastries that we served along with the cake and everyone was raving about how delicious it all was. A wonderful Italian bakery!

They are the bakery for our wedding venue Flanders Valley so our cake cost nothing extra. We drove down to the shop for a cake tasting. They were very patient with us as we got lost getting there. When we got there they met with us right away. The cake and icings were fenominal and the service they gave us was great. He even gave us a big cup full of buttercream icing to take home because it's my all time favorite. They were very nice and fun to talk with.
Wow awesome! We had a chance to taste cake fillings to help us decide on our perfect cake. We looked thru their photo album to decide on what our cake should look like. The people there were very helpful!

We didn't have any problems with this vendor. We walked in, ordered the cake, discussed the delivery, and walked out. The whole process took us about 15 minutes. We booked this vendor about 2 weeks before our wedding and they delivered the cake as agreed on to the reception location without a problem. Highly recommend with one side note, we had a rather small wedding so I cannot comment on the vendor's ability to meet the demands of a larger party.
