Bowties and Butterflies Event Planning

Bowties and Butterflies did a wonderful job of thinking outside the box and personalizing this event. My wife and I were most impressed with her ability to match our personalities and preferences to the perfect venue, florist, D.J, and all the other fun things that made the night special as can be! We were perfectly accommodated for and never really had to worry about a thing. Everything came together perfectly in the end, and the night was the greatest of successes.

I had recently gotten married in September and I had gotten an invite for a bridal girls night out. I met Tanya and told her what I wanted to do. She had given me ideas and what ended up happening is that I bought the stuff for our Hawaiian Themed Reception. I cannot express how much of an awesome job she did doing the decorating. I would highly recommend Bowties and Butterflies for anybody's event that is on a tight budget or just doesn't have the time before her wedding/reception or party...

I can't say enough about Tanya. Both the groom and I felt that we couldn't have made it through our wedding day without her!
She was an absolute joy to work with, not only is she extremely professional and organized, but she has a calming manner about her that believe me- you really appreciate on your wedding day. She was readily available to attend meetings with vendors and ALWAYS took notes and asked relevant questions, and I really felt that she " had our back" and took our wedding very seriously. She remembered so many details about so many things - and even if I changed my mind a million times and sometimes forgot to update her- she always followed up with me and never missed a beat! She was in constant communication with my vendors and me- and made sure to cover all of the bases- even ones that I hadn't thought of- and I was a VERY, VERY involved and organized bride. Everything was perfect the day of, from the chair sashes to the escort cards. She even moved all of my stuff from the room where we got ready (which was a disaster area) to our honeymoon suite. It was the greatest piece of mind having her help me through dealing with difficult vendors and just being there and coordinating all of the little details the day of. She didn't miss a single detail. If you're getting married- you need a wedding planner- and if you're getting married in the Pioneer Valley- you need Tanya. She is absolutely wonderful! Thank you Tanya for playing such a big role in our making our day so fantastic!

She did an awesome job of putting this reunion together. She was on the deadline and did very well. I would highly recommend her for my future needs and to all my friends and relatives. Invitations were sent out on time, and the RSVP's were returned on time. The event was beautiful and very warm and welcoming. Everyone had a great time.

Tanya had terrific ideas and was very enthusiastic and helpful. The only glitch was with the invitations and Tanya handled that with speed and professionalism. She was also able to roll with my last minutes chnanges and ideas very gracefully. I highly recommend her planning services for any type of party/celebration.

I love Tanya's eye for detail! She has brought so many cool ideas to the photoshoots we have worked on together. I've also had the opportunity to exhibit at a bridal show that she planned and it was an amazing time.
