This place is a SCAM - do not trust this place.

Cheap, fast and good. you only can have two. why does this have to be true all the time???

I chose cheap and fast - however - that is no excuse for what happened to me. They DOUBLE BOOKED my WEDDING date.

They would NOT HONOR the CONTRACT that we had originally entered - and their solution was to have my wedding ceremony in a SALON - with music from their concurrent event audible in the background.

My wedding ceremony & reception were booked to be held in their adjacent ballrooms. Contract signed and deposit paid well in advance. One month prior to the wedding day, the Brandview Connection told us that they had DOUBLE BOOKED the ballroom which they had already contracted to us for the wedding ceremony.

This left not enough time to re-plan and relocate the event. We were cornered into taking whatever they offered due to the constrictions of time and budget.

Their solution was 15% discount and they relocated our WEDDING CEREMONY to the SALON which they owned - on the street level of their building. They promised to converted to "Ceremony Site" that would look exactly like the ballroom which they no longer would allow us to use. They added some champagne and minimal floral decor to the salon as a "bonus".

They were way UNDERSTAFFED and it took HOURS for dinner to be served. By the time they were finally served, many GUESTS were told that their preselected MEALS were NO LONGER AVAILABLE - and they were given whatever was in hand. The food was far less substantial than what was served to us at the food tasting- and was much lower quality.

The CAKE was NOT SERVED for 20 or 30 minutes AFTER the cake cutting took place - ~10pm. Many older people and families had to LEAVE by this time.

There were fish bones in the dish served to the BRIDE.

Guests were HASSLED by the WAIT STAFF for taking centerpieces on their way out - but the head wait staff person was seen taking the rose filled centerpieces to the back.

No security guards were present - though the contract stated that there would be 2.

I could go on and on.

I did not let all this spoil the day.

Their 3 reviews consist of one obvious self praising post, one negative post, and one self-defending post. How sad for a "new business".

It is easy to blame the previous owner but I was assured that the management would not change so there would be absolutely no problems. A DOUBLE BOOKING is the absolute worst thing that a business like this can do.

Brandview provided the location I have always dreamed of. The service and the food was excelent. They worked with all my requests and conserns. The night turned out great!!!

Brandview Collection is a beautiful place to have your wedding. It is a hall that looks like a mini-hotel with a winding stairwell. I have seen many halls and this one is one of the most beautiful and simple. They provided the catering and the food as well and the food was comprehensive and creative. It was detailed and delicious. The bar is great and has almost all the drinks! They decorated the place very beautifully and our wedding seemed like it was a lot more expensive than it really turned out to be!
