I've had the opportunity to work with BOFA on several events and have been quite impressed with the quality, class, and patience shown by Frankie and her team. As a photographer I have seen and been a part of many events---BOFA's events top the list as far as style. I look forward to working with Frankie and her team again in the future.
About Breath of Fresh Air Events
Breath of Fresh Air Events motto is for their clients to "become a guest at their own event"!
We are a full service event planning and coordinating service. Whether you want to plan your entire event and have us come in the day of and orchestrate or if you want to sit back and relax and have us plan from beginning to end we are here for you.
Some of the services offered:
• Unlimited Consultations via phone/email
• Multiple in-person consultations (depending on services contracted)
• Vendor referrals
• Attend vendor appointments of your choice
• Event design and decor discussion
• Etiquette advice
• Collect/Review vendor contracts
• Creation of Day of Itinerary and Floor Plan
• Custom Wedding Calendar and Checklists
• Final vendor confirmations and directions for the day
• Direction and orchestration of your wedding ceremony rehearsal
• Collection of any wedding items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day, such as favors, programs, guestbook, place cards, etc.
• Management of the entire event: From the moment you are in the make-up chair to when the last vendor leaves
• Wedding Emergency Kits - if a need arises, we probably have the solution in one of our kits; we come prepared with everything but the kitchen sink!
• Supervision of service providers, including load-ins, setups, strikes and load-outs
• Oversee vendor commitments
• Unlimited Day of Coverage

How many planners do you work with?
We have 3 coordinators on staff and a host of volunteers and on call assistants that make our clients vision come alive.
What style of wedding do you specialize in planning?
We specialize in all types. Whatever our brides vision is we make it happen.
Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
We have experience in most religions. If we have not done a wedding for a particular religions we have a great team of researchers to make sure we have not missed any details. But our close relationship that is created between our clients is the best resource of all.
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
I have done events as small as 60 and as large as 450
