Seeing as how Breaux Vineyards is consistently voted the best winery in Virginia, I don't think I need to sell how absolutely beautiful their property is out in Purcellville. The moment we saw it, we knew we wanted to get married there. And that's where the staff came in.

We worked with Reagan Morris who was wonderful to work with. Although we had a wedding planner, Reagan was the point person at Breaux who contracted with the tent company and did everything else behind the scenes. She was responsive, friendly, and very competent in everything she did for us.

On our big day, everything went smoothly. They were actually in the middle of harvest but they managed to keep the area looking beautiful and since it was cold, they opened up the tasting room so folks could warm up a bit. We have nothing but great things to say about Breaux Vineyards and Reagan!

This location is beautiful!! The wine is delicious and the service was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this vendor and venue! The only negative that I can mention is that the price was fairly steep for a four hour event- but the outcome was AMAZING.

Breaux Vineyards was absolutely exceptional! The site was gorgeous, the wine delicious and the services that they provided were outstanding. Reagan was so attentive and helped me to locate all of the details that I needed to truly make this a magical evening for everyone. The value for money is worth it and the site is exceptional. They provided whatever we asked for and took care of our friends and family as if they were their own. I couldn't recommend a more stunning location and fabulous team; and the wine was what brought us there in the first place!

The setting was perfect, the wine delicious, and the quality of service was unbelievable. This is by far the best vineyard in northern Virginia for a wedding. Jennifer Blosser, Regan and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job creating a beautiful, elegant, and gracious atmosphere. We never imagined our wedding would turn out so perfectly-- and there is no way we would have been able to do it without Breaux Vineyards. They helped us work through all the details and were always a step ahead of us. We are so, so glad that we picked Breaux Vineyards for our wedding.

How does your venue determine the cost of the space?

The event fee varies according to the contracted date and type of event. Prices for small events (wedding shower, pre-wedding celebration) begin at $400 for the site and go up to the $6000 range for exclusive use of the Estate. We recommend that you call our event designers to discuss the wedding or event details so that we can provide a more detailed quote.

Yes, Breaux Vineyards is able to secure your rental needs, making your day hassle free and complete!

What is your staff-to-guest ratio?

It depends on our role in the event. If you are booking the site only, we will have 2 staff members to on site to over see the opening and closing of the Estate at no additional charge to you. If we play a role in service in any way, the ratio will based on the type of service and the number of guests. For example - if you have a wedding with 100 guests and you would like to include wine tasting during cocktail hour we require 1 wine educator for every 15 guests.

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?

We have a preferred vendor list that we recommend our brides and grooms utilize. If you prefer to use a vendor that is not included on the list, the vendor must be pre-screened before allowed to conduct any business activities on site.

Decorations are welcomed on our lower winery green as early as 4 hours before the wedding and under the reception tent as early as teh day before. Indoor event allowance times will vary according to the time of year and our business hours.
