Brian Kirk & the Jirks

Brian and the boys were amazing, off the charts awesome. Our guests never stopped dancing all night including ourselves. We have a vivid image of the two of us at our sweetheart table standing up eating our cake because we didn't want to miss a step. The Pennsylvania Brass Boys ROCKED as I expected. To the basist of Brian Kirk and the Jirks, a very heartfelt THANK YOU to you for creating a special moment with my autistic nephew while he sat on the floor in front of you watching you play. That is pricelss! To the keyboardist also a HUGE thank you for letting my other autistic nephew rock it out to our sing along songs he's so freakin' proud he killed it! and we all know he did. Thank you Brian for diggin down deep and somehow (although we are 80's kids) getting the whole place to dance to "take on me" by A-Ha! It was EVERYTHING we wanted and hoped for. YOU ROCK!

I cannot say enough good things about this band. They were the BEST part of my reception. The music was great. Everyone was on the dance floor the whole time. Guests have been suggesting that we find venues they are playing so we can see them again. People were joking with me that they want to go out and get married just so they can hire the band. EVERYONE (all ages) loved them. We are thinking of signing all of our thank you notes "P.S. The name of the band was Brian Kirk and the Jirks" because people have not stopped asking us since the first 5 minutes of our reception. DEFINITELY hire them for your wedding!

Hands down, best band EVER. We planned our whole wedding around their availability and are so glad we did. They had the whole place dancing - even those we thought would never move out of their seat. They really rocked and make our wedding awesome. They were so professional yet so fun. Hire this band!

Brian Kirk & the Jirks were AWESOME! My husband and I wanted a great party with great music and they gave us exactly that! The dance floor was PACKED all night long and all my guests are still talking about how great the band was and how much fund they had dancing!

I can not express enough how happy my husband and I were with Brian Kirk and the Jirks! We have seen them perform a few times at bars and around the shore, so we knew they were excellent, but on the wedding day they exceeded our expectations! We had chosen to have the piano and guitar duo for our ceremony, and they were amazing. They sang our songs beautifully, and it really added a wonderful touch to a very special part of our day. Throughout the night, Brian directed everything wonderfully! We were very happy with the songs that were played, and the band sounded amazing. Mike and I were especially impressed with our first dance song. We weren't sure if the band was going to play it or not, and when we learned they were, and actually heard it during our first dance, we were so impressed and happy. The horns were of course amazing! It was so much fun how interactive they were with the crowd, and people are still calling/emailing me telling me how much fun that was.
Nicole is who you correspond with throughout the planning/booking process, and she is amazing! She is very responsive. It is so helpful and comforting as a bride to have someone as efficient as Nicole to communicate with through the crazy wedding planning process.
The only reason I would wish to re-do the wedding night, would be to have Brian Kirk and the Jirks play once again for us!

Brian Kirk and the Jirks were fantastic. When we were planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted great music. That was a very important part of the evening for us. That's when we knew that we wanted to have Brian Kirk play at our wedding. We worked with Nicole and she had made the process run so smooth. We also spoke to Brian and he knew that we wanted our guests to have a great time dancing all night long.
They were wonderful, we had the wedding of our dreams. I would highly recommend them to any bride and groom that is interested in using them.

Words cannot describe how amazing these guys are. We were huge fans to begin with, so having them play our wedding made it the best night of our lives!! Our guests were extremely impressed and are still talking about them!

BK&J were AMAZING. Hands down single best part of the wedding (besides actually getting to marry my husband :) ). We had seen them play a few shows prior to booking them and knew they would be the perfect band for us. Brian is an awesome guy, great to work with, and their office manager, Nicole, was also very good to work with and super helpful and responsive. They sounded great, did a great job getting everyone dancing, and really got to know the crowd. Everyone was talking about the band and still is....you want these guys to play at your wedding.

I've been a big fan of this Jersey Shore cover band for years, so when it came time for my wedding I knew I wanted them to play at my reception! I booked them nearly 2 years in advance and I'm glad I did, they are a hot wedding commodity! Brian Kirk and the Jirks were absolutely fabulous at our wedding! They really played to the crowd and everyone was up dancing all night. They learned 2 songs for us, our first dance and the mother/son dance. Nicole, their event coordinator was also great to work with, very responsive! They made our wedding reception and I would highly recommend them!

Love these guys!! They are amazing. We chose to have the guitarist during cocktail hour and everyone is still raving about him. The one area that needs improvement is the communication with the girl that handles the song lists - we had asked for no Kool n the Gang and they played 2 of their songs.

While searching for a band for our wedding, we were very discouraged by the "wedding bands" that were out there. I left the job up to my husband after getting so frustrated. He began to search local NJ bands and we actually came across Brian Kirk & the Jirks on youtube. Brian invited us to one of his performances at a bar in NJ so that we could hear him in person. The band is amazing and definitely not the typical wedding band. This band has such high energy and really entertained our wedding. They worked with us for song selection and Brian even learned how to play our wedding song. The entire band is a group of really nice people who truly have a gift for entertaining. They were definitely a highlight of our wedding that our family and friends are still talking about!

The band did a great job and everyone loved them.
