Choosing Brian was one of the most brilliant things that we did for our wedding! He was so amazing! He sang a ton of our favorite songs and then let loose at night and dj'd the best music! Everybody danced the entire reception! Brian also acted as an MC and helped the evening move along. He was amazing! I cannot rave enough about how talented and great he is! My husband and I can't wait to see him perform again in Wine Country! He is a must addition to your wedding!

Brian and Mike are absolutely wonderful! During the entire planning process they were around to answer any of our questions and toward the end they even helped us with our timeline. They are both incredibly talented people and I would highly recommend their services. Our family and friends are still talking about their performance at our wedding and we all can't wait to visit them and see them play at another venue. Mike and Brian are a class act. Great value considering they do live music and DJ!! We got so many compliments regarding the music and Brian even learned a very difficult song for my wife's processional. They were the first vendor we booked and we were EXTREMELY satisfied!!

What can you say about the music of Brian, other than he is the most amazing music artist I've ever heard. When my husband and I first heard Brian at a friends wedding, we were in the planning stages of our daughters wedding, and new that Brian was a given for our daughters wedding. Next to our daughter, they were the talk of the wedding, you guys are AMAZING !!! We have hired Brian for other affairs, and will continue to have him as a part of us forever ~ it's not a celebration without him ~ you deserve 1000 stars !!!! I'm going to plan a party just so I can have him there !!!

Brian played for our ceremony, sang at our dinner and then turned into the DJ to our reception. Everyone raved about his performance throughout the night. We were absolutely blown away with how well everything went during the entire event. Prior to the event, planning was easy and he was always there to make suggestions and guide us in the right direction. Brian even coordinated with my husband so he could surprise me and sing to me (totally made my night and sounded amazing with Brian on the guitar). We cannot recommend Brian highly enough. He was always on top of things, played the right songs and kept the night flowing and upbeat. Many people at the wedding even asked where else he played so they can go see him again. We feel truly blessed to have such a consummate professional for our big day!

A unique way of having a DJ - the two are DJ's but they also play live music, which is great for cocktail hour when the wedding party is taking photographs are guest are having drinks and hor'dourves. Easy to work with, professional and flexible - and high on the "cool factor".

When I first was proposed to, I knew two things for sure: I was getting married in San Diego AND Mike & Brian were going to do the wedding music.I was an "industry bride", meaning I work in banquets on a daily basis. We are WORST than bridezilla and bride divas because we have seen it done a million ways and just want to be different...like not having a time line!! Brian and Mike were very understanding of the vision we had for our special day and they made it happen. Brian's performance of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" during our ceremony brought the crowd to tears. Thank you for being such a big part of our special day! I could not have asked for anything more!

We hired Mike and Brian for our outdoor wedding in May. We heard about them from word of mouth and went to check them out in Temecula at a winery. It was a no brainer! The ambiance they provided was ideal for an outdoor wedding; or for any special event. I was a little aprehensive to pay the extra cost above what a dj would cost, but thank god I decided to do it. My guests are still talking about them and I still get calls asking for their info. One of my guest even commented, "I didn't even realize they were playing live because they sound so good." My most memorable moment of the night was walking down the aisle with my dad. Brian sang "Angel" and it brought so many guests to tears (even my husband's friends!). More importantly, they are true professionals. Brian kept great contact with me and drove out of his way a few times to meet with me and go over the logistics. I think what I love most about Mike & Brian is they don't treat their service just like a business, but they are truly passionate about what they do and will treat each event like it's a friend of the family's. They can run the show without being cheesy or taking away the lime light. Lastly, if you are reading this then you are probably endlessly searching for the perfect band/ dj. I know how you feel because I was there just a few months ago. I want to assure you that you won't be disappointed. In fact I hope you don't choose to go a cheaper route just to save money (like I thought about doing). You're wedding day only comes once! I didn't hire a wedding planner for my wedding and was super anal about all my vendors. That is the reason I chose Mike & Brian. I knew I would get everything I had hoped for and more...without ever having to stress about their committment or quality of work.(Wow sorry for going on and on. You would think they are family or something. I just know how stressful it is planning a wedding and the assurance you want to feel about booking a vendor.) Mike and Brian were unreal! They played on the beach for our wedding and at the reception. Brian can sing and Mike did a great job with being a DJ. They just played music and I really appreciated it! Brian and Mike were incredible! I did A LOT of research up until a friend mentioned them. The minute I heard their music, I was sold. They provided the exact service that we were looking for, live music and DJ, at such a reasonable price!! They were so nice and easy to work with. The live music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner was amazing...we still talk about them with our guests!:) The DJ'd portion was so much fun and we were all able to dance to exactly what we wanted to. Our wedding was a celebration that we will never forget, and Brian's music and friendship are part of the reason why. We saw Brian play a few times before our wedding date and each time we left his performance we would comment how fantastic our wedding was going to be because we knew he was going to be performing. After meeting Brian for the first time to discuss our wedding, we really felt like he was a person we wanted to know for a long time, we had complete trust in him and making sure our day was perfect. Of course, it was magical. There was not one thing I would have changed other than to have a wedding that lasted for a whole day. Our wedding guests loved his music and loved that our wedding was different than most. There was a fantastic air of "specialness" that his voice and melodies added to the night. It seemed like a vacation, everyone was relaxed and enjoying conversation while having this fantastic background music that just made people smile. I must say, however, when it was time to kick the party into DANCE PARTY, Brian and Mike were awesome. I am almost embarrassed at my reception photos at how much fun people were having on that dance floor. We were lucky to have found Brian to perform at our wedding but now we are just as lucky to call him a friend. We plan to see him as much as we can.

Brian sang live as well as DJ for my wedding. I cannot say enough how awesome Brian was as our entertainment vendor! Brian has a beautiful voice and he does Coldplay songs so well which we love. I gave Brian a short list of the types of songs to be played at our wedding and he did not fail to sculpt our reception into an elegant affair. The music was beautiful from beginning to end, from live to pre-recorded. We did not have an MC so Brian took on this role as well in announcing the grand entrance and all the wedding activities. Brian is professional, attentive, and always has a beautiful smile on his face. He was perfect for our wedding and he helped made our wedding perfect. I cannot recommend him enough!

We hired Brian and Mike for our wedding at a winery in Temecula. Their live performance was awesome. I just wanted to say thank you for making our wedding day very special. I was recently going through some DVD’s and came across your live DVD from Mt. Palomar Winery. It really brought my husband and I back to our wedding day, the ambience was so relaxing and peaceful, exactly what we had experienced at our wedding in Temecula. My husband and I sat down to dinner tonight with your DVD playing in the background and it really was a treat! We had Brian play at our wedding last year and to sum up in words to describe his performance, I would have to say, superb! Talk about a classy smooth free flowing pace of ambience great sound, music, dj, Brian does it. He was very accommodating to the nature of our location and was a most brilliant addition to our wedding night. I wish I could go on and on and harp on about how great Brian is, but until you’ve seen and hear him as well as Mike play. He is an outstanding choice for any grand event.

I first heard Brian play a a wedding boutique and just had to have him play at our wedding. We went to see him play at the wineries multiple times before the wedding and he always sounded great. Prior to the wedding Brian met with my husband and I at the wedding venue and went though how the day would go step by step. This was so helpful to me as there were many aspects of the day that I had forgotten to place in my timeline. Brian was amazing (with Mike's help of course), the music was perfect and we received so many compliments, but above that, his professionalism and MC skills made the entire day flow so smoothly I don't know what we would have done without him. The attention to detail really paid off and our wedding went off without a hitch.

I could not be happier with our decision to hire Mike and Brian for our wedding! They provided the exact mix of classy elegance and fun party music that we were looking for. Mike and Brian were the perfect addition to our wedding. We first heard them play in Temecula, CA and instantly knew they were exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want some cheesy DJ, but live music can be so expensive. Mike and Brain were the perfect combination of classy live music and DJ-ing. The live music was so perfect for our ceremony, cocktails, and dinner. Everything was customized to exactly what my husband and I wanted. We received so many compliments from our guests about how great the entertainment was. Since my wedding, I have recommended these guys to anyone I knew who was getting married.We also try to go see them play whenever we can since it is always such a great experience.I forgot to mention that they are willing to learn at least 2 new songs for your wedding. We had them learn our first dance song- "Sail Away With Me" by David Gray, and it was wonderful. If you are looking for some great live music to make your wedding more unique but still want a DJ for when it's time to dance and get the party started, these guys are exactly what you need! I promise you it is worth every penny.
