Bridal and Tuxedo Galleria

This was my one and only stop when looking for a bridal gown. The reason I went here was because I knew they would have a good selection of affordable bridal gowns. The bridal salon could use a bit of a makeover, but I came for the dress prices, not the ambiance. I found a perfect dress for $900 and also had my alterations done here and had my dress pressed here. The seamstress is excellent and did a fantastic job. I only needed a hem, a bustle, and the neckline fixed (the boning in the dress kind of made the lining stick out). I was very satisfied with her work.

I loved my dress, the service was OK, but it was my dream dress so that was ok. My bride's maids found good deals and service as well.

What I enjoyed about picking my tux was the variety the store had. I believe they had my size in everything I picked out so that was cool. They offer same day service which could be helpful to others, although I didn’t have to use it. I also took pleasure in knowing my wife and her entourage were able to get fitted at the same time as mine.

Happy with the price and overall outcome, but not easy to talk to them over the phone. The seamstress is awesome!

The staff is not the friendliest but the dress was absolutely gorgeous. I love every bit of my dress and it was relatively cheap, I saw it at one store for $1200 and I got it at Bridal Tuxedo for $750! They definitely win in price but customer service wise they could work a little harder.

I had a lot of problems with this business. I live in Arizona and ordered a gown from them in San Diego because nobody in Arizona carries the designer I was looking for. When I first went into the store, it was very busy, and since I didn't have an appointment, I did not expect to receive much help. However, I was given the opportunity to try on the wedding dress that I was looking for. I purchased it that day because there was an incentive for buying on your first visit to the store. The price was extremely reasonable without the incentive, and making a trip back to San Diego to pick up the gown would not be a hassle. However, they ordered the wrong thing for me at least twice, and I never got an honest answer out of them when I called. Thank goodness I ordered my gown over a year before my wedding, because if I had waited until six months before my wedding like so many brides do, I would have been in huge trouble... For some reason my instinct told me to call the store and confirm my order about four months after I placed the order, and thank goodness I did because they forgot to add extra length to my gown. They re-ordered it for me in a timely fashion and it ended up taking an extra month for me to get my gown with the extra length. When I called several days AFTER the expected arrival date I was given, I was told my gown had come in that day, although it was obvious that they forgot to call me when it came in. When I went in to the store to pick up my gown, I ordered a petticoat for it, paid for shipping to have it shipped to me in Arizona, and never received it in the time period I was given. Once again, I called to follow up and she danced around the subject, telling me the petticoat was in, but having to get my address from me again to ship it to me. By the end of it all, I had a gorgeous gown with a perfect petticoat, but all I can say is BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS ONE YEAR OUT.

This is one of those times where you get what you pay for. Their prices are amazing and way better than anywhere else I went. However with low prices be prepared to get little or no customer service. My wedding planner warned me of this so I order my dress way in advance of my wedding. I had ordered an all white dress with white bedding. Somehow about 20 pink beads ended up being sewn on the dress. They fixed it for free but getting them to return my calls and finding out if it was reading was liek pulling teeth. I wish i would have bought my dress somewhere else, but being on a budget, this worked bedt for me. Just order early in case there are any problems.

Thought I did get a good price on my Maggie dress here, I have the feeling I would have been able to haggle the same way at nearly any other dress shop. I also got $100 in free accessories with my dress order, which I applied to most of my crinoline, as I already had my shoes, veil, tiara, etc.
We did buy my veil their a few weeks before the dress, and they neglected to call me when it was in. They also neglected to call me when my crinoline came in. They DID call when my dress came in, thank god! I came in that day to try on my dress, and let them know I'd be in with my mom later to pay the remaining 50% balance. Later when I came in to try it on again, but prior to paying off said balance, I was told I couldn't try on my dress because there was a balance due! To which I quickly replied that I had already been in to try it on, and I had already paid them nearly $400 thus far... did she think I was going to abscond with a 50lb wedding gown without her notice? After hemming and hawing, and picking up the wrong dress from the back, she finally DRAGGED my dress across the store to a dressing room so I could try it on.
Needless to say I was livid at this point.
Fast forward to a month later, my MoH and I went in to order her BM dress, one week after confirming the correct dress info with the shop, and when we arrived, and couldn't find the BM dress on the rack... THEN they informed me it had been discontinued the week before.
So with little to no apology, and ZERO helpfulness in helping us pick out a new dress, we spent 2 hours looking for and eventually finding a new bridesmaids dress at the last minute.

For sheer lack of helpfulness I give this vendor 2 stars. I should have been notified when: my veil arrived, my crinoline arrived, and most importantly when the BM dresses had been discontinued. I shouldn't have been met with severe attitude every time I went into the store.

Like the previous writer, I had a similar experience. All of my bridesmaids dresses were 3 sizes too big, 3 out of 4 tuxes were 2-4 sizes too small. My wedding dress was 2 sizes too small. When I asked the manager why all of the sizes were wrong he said that it was because the wedding party wasn't measured at his store and he isn't responsible. Which was a bold face lie, he measured 6 out of 10 people in my party. He still refused to take accountability for it! This place is a nightmare!
