I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tina at Verde Beauty. She did my engagement hair and makeup and I loved that she made me look natural, but still beautiful and better than my normal self. My fiance even commented on my makeup and that is something he NEVER does. I also had her spray tan me for the wedding... it looked natural and really made me feel more confidant as I normally have pasty pink skin!
Tina and her artists also did my wedding hair and makeup. Again, I loved the end result for me, my bridesmaids, and my mother (who is a very tough critic!). We opted to have everything in her new studio instead of a hotel room. Such a good choice. It has a kitchen for drinks and snacks, and the mirrors and chairs are in the living room with sofas and music. So relaxing, and such a pretty backdrop for pictures. Tina suggested bringing pictures of how we wanted our hair and make-up to look and she and her artists recreated the looks exactly how I envisioned them. So many hairstylists can't do great updos... hers can. Everybody looked stunning. LOVE HER. It is worth it to have real professionals do your hair and makeup... pictures are...

Tina and her crew are absolutely amazing. I was lucky to have them for my bridals and my wedding. Not only did they do my hair and makeup, but they did my bridal party and my mother's hair and makeup. Everyone looked beautiful, and I couldn't have been happier with their services. I didn't have to worry about a thing with them. Tina stayed throughout my reception for touch ups.. I needed them with the dancing, and my husband smashing cake in my face! haha. I highly recommend Verde Beauty Studio to every bride. They are totally worth every bit of money, and you won't have to worry at all about how you and your bridal party will look on your wedding day. The ladies at Verde were flexible, professional and punctual. Also, most importantly, I loved the hair and makeup for both the wedding and my bridal shots. Tina at Verde Beauty Studio is terrific, and I wholeheartedly recommend her! She was very friendly, bubbly, and easy to work with. She was on time and very professional, she listened to me when I described what I wanted to look like on my wedding day, and she definitely delivered (and then some!). I loved my bridal makeup and got compliments on it all night long. We had an outdoor wedding and it was humid and rainy all day and my makeup stayed perfect the entire time. My sister (my maid of honor) and my mom also had their makeup done by Tina and both were extremely pleased. Tina is truly gifted at her art, and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again. Fabulous!

I was married on 10/9/10. Tina did makeup for me and my entire wedding party, as well as for my engagement photos. Being an out-of-town bride, Tina did her best to work a schedule for me to have a trial run b/f the wedding. Also I changed a few things and she had no problem with it at all. She was on time, which eases any brides mind.
I let my bridesmaids choose the look they wanted with their makeup to reflect their own personalities, and Tina was very open and receptive to what each of them wanted. Personally I had no idea what I wanted, and Tina helped me come up with the perfect Wedding Day look

I went to Bridal Beauty Consulting for my hair and make-up needs for my wedding day and couldn't be happier with their services! The owner, Tina, is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Her staff is also awesome! They really listen to you so that they can give you the look you want on your wedding day, and they also help you to have a plan for your bridesmaids so there will be no confusion for you on your big day. I could not have been more pleased with my hair and make-up on my wedding day, everything was just right and I still felt that I looked like myself. The products they used were great and lasted all day in the humidity and heat which was amazing! I would recommend Tina and her staff to anyone!

Tina went above and beyond to make me beautiful, and was so much fun to work with! She did an extra trial run with me when we had some unexpected changes, she did a fantastic job keeping me touched up in 80-degree weather for my bridal pictures and even helped bustle my dress and carry flowers, and she had a drink ready and waiting when I arrived for my wedding day appointment (she knew I would need it!).
I feel that Tina provides very personalized service and has a wide range of talents. My makeup and hair were fantastic. I looked like myself, but very polished and dressed up. I was comfortable, and everything held up all evening in very humid, warm summer weather. My bridesmaids and mom also looked great, and they were all VERY happy and really enjoyed the pampering. I would recommend Tina to anyone I know.

Question: Why should I hire a professional makeup artist? Will I really look better than if my friends did it?
Answer: Definitely get a professional! That's like asking "Should I hire a professional photographer"? Just as anyone could take a picture, would you really want someone untrained behind the camera? It always looks best with a professionals knowledge and experience. Personally I wouldn't trust the way I looked forever in pictures to my nervous hands or an inexperienced friend.
Question: What type of makeup products do you use?
Answer: I only use the highest quality luxury brands and professional quality products that look best in photographs. All the products used are "camera ready". We use both traditional liquid/creme foundations and airbrush foundations suited for all skin types and tones.
Question: How long will my makeup last/ will my hair fall?
Answer: Your make up will stay intact through out the wedding and reception. Foundation will stay put even if
you cry thanks to the silicone based formulations. I specialize in keeping make up on in the HEAT and
HUMIDITY in South Louisiana! We use quality products made to hold up all night.No hair falling!
Question: How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date?
Answer: We accept booking from 1 month to 12 months in advance.
Booking earlier is best because I do book up during peak season.
Question: I have a large party, how many makeup artists/ hair stylists can be provided for my wedding?
Answer: We can provide as many make up artists or hair stylists as needed for your bridal party.
No party is to large. We can aslo provide assistants if you are in a time crunch to be ready :)
Question: How many months before the wedding will you do the pre-wedding consultation?
Answer: You need to do your pre-wedding consultation (trial run) at least 1 month prior to the wedding or
as soon as possible to book your wedding date.
Question: How long will it take to do the makeup/ hair?
Answer: Make Up will take at least 30 min per person and 45 min if we are applying faux lashes.
Hair, depending on the complexity, will take 45min to and hour.
Question: What if I don't like my makeup/ hair at the trial run? Can I suggest changes?
Answer: Definitely! We are creating a look that makes you feel and look your best! I want you to be completely
happy with your final look. We work with women, trust me, nothing can hurt our feelings!
Question: Will I need a touch up between the ceremony and reception? Is this included or an extra service?
Answer: Lipstick may need touching up so that's why you will receive a small "bridal goody bag" for your big
day. If you'd like for an artist to stay through your wedding and reception you can hire one per hour
for an additional charge.
Question: What is your event cancellation policy?
Answer: Ideally cancellations should be done as soon as the bride knows about the change in plans.
All cancellations will be charged a $100 fee. Cancellations with in 2 weeks of the event/wedding
will be charged 1/2 the total balance.
Question: What is your customer satisfaction cancellation policy?
Answer: If you are unsatisfied with your results after your trail run, no fees will be charged other than the trail
run costs. I will provide you with the names and numbers of other make up artist in the area for you
to use for your wedding/event.
Question: What are your standard payment terms?
Answer: Payments for bridal trail runs are due the day of the trail run prior to make up application and is a
seperate fee than that of your wedding. 1/2 of the entire cost of the event/wedding is due to book
the date of the wedding. The rest of the balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the day of the event.

Answer: We are a team of licensed professionals in the state of Louisiana along with having over 12 years of
combined experience, we have specialized in Bridal Glamour for over 5 1/2 years. As a makeup artitst,
Tina Rodosta, has been to many training sessions for skin care and make up and is continually
learning more and advancing her skills. Chey, Lead Hair Stylist, has worked in the field as both a
stylist and educator and has attended many functions to hone her skills.
As freelance artists we are not bound to any specific cosmetic brand or product line and are not a
"glorified sales girl", this means that you will get customized skincare, make up and hair style that is
choosen specifically for your needs, reguardless of brand.
