This is a very small boutique but with a great selection.

I got my Bridal Gown at Bridal Boutique in Lewisville, Texas. I had some really good service from the bridal consultant and they let me look around and pick out each dress at my own pace. I found dozens of dresses that I liked but I ended up finding the special one that fit me just right and went well with my Big Day In Dallas my wedding. I now have my bridal gown preserved so it can stay in one piece as I want to always be able to pull out my special dress I got from Bridal Boutique and be able to look at in whenever I like without getting it ruined. Now when someone I know is getting married I recommend them to Bridal Boutique.

I actually ordered my dress from here versus the place that I tried the dress on at because their service was so much better than all the other places I had visited in Dallas. They have a great selection and lots of sizes to try on so you're not trying to shove yourself into a size 2 sample. My bridesmaids were also happy with their dresses.

The service by the boutique itself was good.

I was a little skeptical at first to go to this old Bridal dress shop. It has been around for about 20 years, after-all my sister had bought her dress for her wedding almost 12 years earlier.
After going to the houttie touttie boutiques, and the discount stores, I decided to give it a chance. Sure enough this boutique had just about every price range in mind. The location is small and a tad crowded, but I really enjoyed the service I was provided by all of the ladies that worked there. The owner, Carolyn, was very nice and always helpful. And of course I found the dress I had been waiting for!

Every experience I had at the Bridal Boutique in Lewisville was perfect! I received the best help while trying to find my dress. The help was the only reason I found my perfect dress, actually. I recieved my dress without any issues and quickly. The alterations for the bussel was quick without problems. I can not wait to wear it on my special day!! Very affordable for the amazing quality and look of the dress.

The entire staff at Bridal Boutique is amazing! Their selection is unsurpassed and they were so accommodating in so many ways! Thank y'all so very much for everything! BTW, we bought the wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, MOB dress, and Little Miss Madison's dress there, in addition to a TON of bridal accessories.

After casually visiting a few places in town, I set up a ton of dress appointments the weekend my mother came in town to help me find a dress but I put Bridal Boutique at the very front of the weekend, hoping that surely with their vast assortment of dresses, I would be able to cancel all the rest. I was right! After a few "meh" dresses, I found 3 right after one another that would do the trick. This amazed me, being a plus sized bride. Its amazing how much more pleasant the dress appointments are when they have dresses that actually fit! I found a perfect mix of lace and sparkle in a Casablanca with the help of my great consultant. They also make it simple to pay, making one deposit the day you go in, and a final payment on the day you pick her up. I did however, forgo buying a broach they had available and was glad I did because I found a comparable piece for 80% of the cost at Sam Moon.

I love Bridal Boutique! I found my dress originally at Patsy's in Highland Park. The dress was La Sposa and cost $2000 at Patsy's. After leaving, I found the SAME dress at Bridal Boutique for $1500. However, Patsy's allows you to store your dress there (BB does not), so I thought the extra $500 would be worth it. I went back to Patsy's, and commited to buying the dress, at which point they quoted me approximately $1200 for alterations - $1200!!! I immediately went back to Bridal Boutique where they quoted me no more than $300 for alterations (the final price was $259 for alterations). I saved around $1400 then for going to Bridal Boutique for the EXACT SAME DRESS. I worked with Wyn, who was fantastic, and helped pair an amazing sash for the dress, which really made the dress. Further, they pressed the dress free of charge before the bridal portraits and again before the wedding. All of my interactions were great. Aside from this, BB has a huge selection of dresses. I was trying to decide between two dresses (the La Sposa and an Allure dress). Bridal Boutique was the only place in Dallas that I could find that had both dresses as most boutiques do not carry both brands.

LOVE the dress from here! I was one of those annoying brides who changed her mind a month after ordering one dress, but they were able to change my order for me! AND the new dress came in in only a few weeks! I originally brought in a folder of dress photos and they were able to pull them all for me without having to shuffle through thousands of gowns! Professional personalize service and knowledgeable staff!

I had such a blast at the Bridal Boutique! They offer you your own personal attendant when you come into the store to help you with all of your dresses and trying them on. They have a very nice selection of wedding gowns and they even have a section upstairs with bridesmaids dresses! My dress came in very timely and fit exactly how I had asked when ordered!

This place was so comfortable and relaxing relative to every other shop I visited. I really appreciated that they were never snooty, worked to help us get a deal on a dress, and had a great eye for what would look good on me.

I bought the very first dress I tried on!Wyn was my attendant and she is truly a professional!She worked with me to get the perfect fit and made sure I got the dress off the floor when the designer couldn't guarantee my dress to me in time.Truly amazing!

I purchased my dress on the first day I began to look for dresses. The personalized service and professionalism was exactly what I needed. Bethany assisted me and made me feel like I was the most important bride ever. I really had no idea what I wanted and I walked out of there with my perfect dress. I would recommend making an appointment as they are SWAMPED on the weekends.

I loved Bridal Boutique and I am so happy that I got my dress there! They treated us so well from the time that we walked in to the time that we left! I really enjoyed working with Janet. She was so honest and sweet with us. We went to the store a few doors down first to see their discounted dresses. Technically, it isn't the same store, but from what I understand, they get a lot of dresses from the Boutique. The lady there was very honest and wonderful to work with as well. We found a few dresses there. Then we walked down to the Bridal Boutique. It has a small store front, but has SO much variety! I found the dress I wanted after trying on a ton of them. No other dresses were as beautiful. I came back to try it on 3 more times before I ordered it. I also looked through at least 6 more stores in the DFW area...I didn't enjoy any of the sales people as much as I did Janet. She didn't put any pressure on me and gave me honest, real feedback. I ordered my dress with exactly 5 months for it to arrive. I was really nervous, especially after reading some of the reviews on here. I let them know that I was worried and they assured me that it would arrive on time. I trusted them and they came through!! The dress arrived a week earlier than we expected and I had plenty of time to have it altered. I went to a tailor nearer my house to have the dress altered and she pressed it as well (Ensy Tailor in Bedford). That was mostly out of convenience. Bridal Boutique said that they would steam it before the wedding...I was just too busy to bring it to two places. I would go to Bridal Boutique again and I would definitely recommend them to other people. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! :)

I absolutely LOVE my dress and it held up beautifully. Got a little chocolate on it during the reception and it just wiped right off! Yes!

I found the perfect dress, veil and jewelry at Bridal Boutique. They take great care of their dresses and clients! Bethany is the associate who helped me and she was amazing. She was able to hone in on my taste and provide great direction. I would recommend her to anyone!Thanks Bethany!!!

I did a lot of wedding dress shopping at some very nice and upscale boutiques in the Dallas area. None were as friendly as the crew at Bridal Boutique in Lewisville. They have a GREAT selection of wedding dresses and you don't have to make an appointment (I would recommend NOT going on a Saturday if you going for your first look). It is a small store, but there is plenty of room in the dressing area and they have several mirrors available. I also found my veil and tiara there and they offer a discount for bridesmaids/mothers as well as two free dress pressings.

Love my dress and service. I have recommended the place to friends.

This was my first stop when searching for the perfect wedding gown. After being given 3 dresses to try on, it was the second dress that was made for me! Thanks to all the ladies who helped find the perfect wedding dress!

I LOVE the Bridal Boutique! In fact, their service was so wonderful and Julie was such a kind consultant that I actually came back after finding my dress elsewhere (and spent slightly more) because they were so fabulous! I have recommended them to every girl I know who has gotten engaged and will continue to sing their praises!

I went everywhere before stopping at Bridal Boutique: countless local bridal stores, Alfred Angelo, David's Bridal, and many more. I remained unimpressed until I walked into Bridal Boutique. The dresses are beautiful, the selection is vast, and the service was perfection. Every time I entered, I was greeted with a smile. Even when they were busy, they took the time to see me. (I returned twice after purchasing my dress just to try it on for my bridesmaids. The staff was incredibly kind about it. They did not act as though I were wasting their time!)I bought my veil and headband here as well, and I had my gown cleaned here after it got slightly soiled during my bridal portraits. My best friend was my maid of honor, and now that she is getting married, she has chosen to purchase her gown from the Bridal Boutique as well. She was equally impressed with the service and selection.I would definitely recommend this place! Without a doubt! But if you are looking for the best service, make an appointment! They are busy women, and you cannot just walk in and expect someone's undivided attention. Make it easy on everyone and call ahead. Thank you to the staff at Bridal Boutique!

Although she is young, Riley was more helpful and professional than anyone we met at any other bridal salon. She did a great job of incorporating what I wanted into something that looked good on me in my price range. The rest of the staff is helpful too. The only complaint I had was that the store is often VERY busy (because of the quality of service, I'm sure) so it's sometimes hard to call the salon or get an appointment on Saturday. But overall, I was very pleased and would recommend Bridal Boutique of Lewisville to anyone.

I went to multiple places before I found my dress at Bridal Boutique. Donna helped me narrow down the styles to find my perfect dress. Every time I went back for fittings, shoes, jewelry, etc, there was always someone that was helpful and attentive.

I was fairly pleased with this vendor. The time they quoted was right on, but when I picked up my dress I was disappointed that it was very wrinkled in the sack and not one salesperson offered to help me try my dress on. Other than that, good vendor overall.

I visited a couple dress stores before Bridal Boutique and while I found a couple dresses I liked, I wasn't 100% comfortable with the service, etc. When I met with Bethany at Bridal Boutique, she was so helpful and personable. They have thousands of dresses in their store, and I knew right away I would find my dress there. I also bought the bridesmaids dresses there, the selection is great and the prices are very comparable. They were very helpful when talking with the bridesmaids to get everything arranged for them as well.

We went all over Lewisville, & Denton and couldn't find anything..... until we went to this place!!!! I fell in love with it. They had my dream dress and I also found a vintage headband with flower it was perfect.... they have everything from shoes, dresses for brides maids, flower girls, moms, prom dresses, not so fancy to really big and very expansive!.... I would recommend this store any day.

Wyn was great! I had no idea what type of dress I wanted but we narrowed it down eventually! Wyn helped get my dress in as early as possible (dress lead time was longer than my wedding date). She even called the manufacturer to get an exact date- 11 days before my wedding. Dress came in early thank goodness! I guess the point is they work hard to get you the dress you want unlike other places who just say 'too bad.' Purchased veil and shoes their as well. Veil although gorgeous was very expensive I thought.

Y'all were very helpful in helping me find my Dream Dress and very gracious to help me with my flower girl dress as well. Sometimes things seemed a little unorganized which scared me but everything I did with your company was great and Thank you for everything.

I loved this store! I went to about seven other stores before I finally found this one. They have an awesome selection of dresses that are almost all under $2000 which was my budget. I tried on about 25 dresses and the girl that helped was amazing. She was very patient and had good suggestions. You also get 10% off of your bridesmaid dresses if you order your gown there as well. Definitely recommended and you won't find a better selection on a budget with gowns you won't see everywhere else!

I went to several boutiques (Lulu's, Terry Costa, Circle Park, Bridal Couture) before I purchased by dress, including two trips to BB. They had a great selection of dresses in the $1,000-$2,000 price range and I was really happy with my experience. I thought I found "the" dress at Lulu's but made one last attempt at BB. I found the same dress at BB for $200 cheaper plus one I liked even better. The stylists were very nice, helpful and respectful of my budget and I would recommend them to anyone.

They did have me order my dress too big because of my chest. If we would have gotten one size smaller it would have fit perfect with no alterations but the length.

After finding the perfect dress, I went to multiple places throughout Dallas to find the boutique that I trusted and enjoyed shopping at. The ladies at Bridal Boutique were so eager to help. They made me feel like I was the only bride in the store, and I certainly was not. The salon is small but full of great dresses. I also got my dress cleaned and pressed there after doing my bridal portraits at the McKinney Cotton Mill (gorgeous pictures, but rustic and dirty floors make for a dirty dress). They did a great job cleaning it for a great price!

When I first walked into the boutique and met with Wynn she asked me to explain what I envisioned for my overall wedding. After I explained it she walked over to a dress that completely captured what I said. Though I tried on about a dozen dresses, I ended up buying that first one she picked up!! She was so in tune to what I wanted and what looked good on my body and I had so much fun. I took my bridesmaids back to get their dresses and Wynn was just as helpful then with all my girls and she found them wonderful dresses within their budget. I highly recommend the boutique and all the staff. Even though it is a bit pricier they going to David's or Alfred Angelo's the experience was worth every penny!

These ladies are great!!!! 4 of my friends got their dress her and I had to too.I would advise that you go during the week day. Weekends can get hectic. Also, call for an appointment. They were very friendly when I called and answered all my questions. They also called me to let me know my dress was in before I could call them. That says a lot.

Absolutely fabulous and personal boutique with a wide selection

Bridal Boutique has been around for so many years. I have bought my 1st pageant dress from them and this is where I went for my bridesmaid dresses. I enjoyed working with the staff at Bridal Boutique they were very helpful. I like the fact they were flexible with payments and even recommended an outstanding seamstress. Thank you for all your help.

The store is pretty and has a great selection and a good price range. The service is also wonderful - everyone is very sweet and helpful.

I absolutely LOVED my wedding dress! I would not change it for the world! The dress was beautiful! I would have liked a little bit more personalized attention there. They seem to be too busy to handle individuals in a personal way. I made an appointment to pick out my dress on a Friday and it was not very busy, but I still did not get a hole lot of personal attention. When I picked up my dress, it was on a Saturday and luckily I brought my sister-in-law with me. Otherwise, I would have had no one to button me up or give me the ok.

I shopped at this store for the experience. I loved going in and having people wait on you and help get it all together. I loved my dress! It is absolutely beautiful and I paid a lot of money for it. Some of the staff were amazing but some left something to be desired. I paid the extra money for the experience and I wanted a little bit more than what I got. I got my dress steamed before my wedding and then they crammed it back into the bag which left me to have to steam it again on my wedding day. I had to carry it out myself and dresses are very heavy and delicate. My dress and accessories were amazing, I loved them. The service lacked.

the service by the boutique it self was good. But everything else was a mess! My dress was three months late. Thank goodness I ordered it in plenty of time. Make sure you shop around for seamstresses for your alterations. I went with someone that the Bridal Boutique used for all of their alterations out of convenience and it wasn't that great of an experience. Donna was the one who did my dress and it was a constant battle with her to get her to do any alterations period! My dress was over two inches to big in the waist and she didn't want to touch it! She stated that she didn't think that there was anything more that she could do to it! To make a long story short, she ended up walking out on me with a dress that still didn't fit properly 4 days before my wedding!! Luckly my mother-in-law is an excellent seamstress and was able to save the day and make it fit properly for the big day!!

The saleswoman who worked with me showed me dresses that I never would have picked out on my own, and it was one of those that made my MOH cry when I came out of the dressing room. Since I never would have found it on my own, I bought it from the shop, even though I could have found it cheaper online (if I could have found it online, since they only tell you the designer, not which dress you are trying on, and don't allow pictures). They also let me try on the sample dress to show my mom (who lives out of state) on a busy Saturday, which was very nice of them. The saleswoman also showed me some accessories that I wouldn't have thought of, which complemented the dress nicely.

It was a ok place

The staff is friendly, yet at times, not everyone who works their seems fully trained and aware of what to do. It's a nice shop, but seems disorganized. Sometimes the communication would be good, other times terrible. Maybe since I got married during the holiday season, things were a little off. Either way, I was very stressed with them towards the end when things were not delivered or ordered yet. I ordered everything through them thinking that I was doing myself and my bridesmaids a favor. Including the tuxes. In the end everything turned out beautiful, but towards the end was VERY stressful, which I hated. The seamstress they recommended was terrible and had also put me into a stressful state only a few days before the wedding. I'm not sure if I would recommend them.

I had an amazing wedding gown and they have the best selection in town. Literally, hundreds - maybe thousands - of gowns to try on. My out-of-state bridesmaids received each other's dresses. When they called the store, they were placed on hold or never received a call back. The boutique's solution was for the girls to mail them to each other and no refund of shipping costs were offered. The sales girl I worked with a couple of times is self-consumed and inappropriate.

The dress I purchased from Bridal Boutique was absolutely stunning. The veil I ordered through them as well was! However, they gave me the wrong veil two times in a row and asked me if I was sure that it was wrong. The groomsmen ordered their suits from there as well as the groom, and the grooms pants were too short. They had to rush deliver the right size a couple of days before the wedding. The also stated that all groomsmen had not given them their sizes or been fitted so they would not order the suits. Upon my husband going through the list of people, they realized they had misplaced some of the information and they did in fact have all the sizes. So, they finally ordered. The bridesmaids ordered their dresses through them, and 1 bridesmaid had a stain on her dress upon receiving it (and was insulted by the staff) and 1 had an assymentrical dress (which wasn't the style).

I really thought going to a boutique in Lewisville would be better than in the big city of Dallas. But I was mistaken. I was on a short time table so I was rushed from the beginning. Then when I went to order my dress it was in the wrong size, making it necessary to be altered two days before my wedding. Too much stress that could have been avoided. Luckily my dress came out beautiful but I felt like once they got my money they wanted to get rid of me as fast as they could. They could be a little more personal and professional throughout the ENTIRE process. Brides have enough to worry about. I will not reccommend the Bridal Boutique.

I was very disappointed with the Bridal Boutique of Lewisville. The only positive thing was the wonderful lady that helped me find my dress! She was very caring and enthusiastic. Beside her I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone! I had a short time till my wedding and we had to rush order my dress. The store "claimed" that I would have my dress in 4-6 weeks. By the end of week 6 I hadn't heard anything from the store so I called to get an update. They told me it would be another month till my dress came in!!!! I got married in a month!!! My bridal portraits were in 2 weeks and I still had to get my dressed hemmed. I called another bridal store and gave them my dress and my size and asked if they had to order it when it could be in... they told me 3 days! I called bridal boutique and told them what I found out. They told me there was no way that was possible and I just had to wait. I asked to speak to the manager about the situation. She was very rude and told me she would call back. An hour later I received a call explaining to me that someone made a mistake and my dress will be there in 3 days. When I finally went in to pick up my dress they were beyond rude and wouldn't help me try my dress on before I left the store. I was very dissappointed with their customer service and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for their dream dress! It was a load of stress that could have been avoided! The only reason I gave a 3 star for value is because I loved my dress but that reflects more on the designer than the store!

Ordered my dress, put a rush on it, came in on time, but they didn't call me to tell me, I had to call them! Staff is friendly until you have a request or question, they never went out of their way to help me when we were having problems with the BM orders, all I ever heard from their staff was, "Sorry, but..."Crowded store, they have a large selection, but the experience isn't ideal and definitely not professional. They made a lot of promises about what could be altered, but when I took it to a seamstress, I found out otherwise.I was very disapointed that they nickel and dimed me when it came to ordering my BM, MOB and FG dresses, gave me 15% off the dresses but not the sashes that came with them! Charged me for shipping the dresses to the shop as well as to the girls...so I got charged for shipping TWICE! Really feels like a rip-off! Some BMs got charged one price, and others a different price!! BEWARE, they have reasonable prices but they try to make their money in other ways!

While they do have a huge selection of dresses, the customer service at Bridal Boutique is HORRIBLE! My dress came in the last possible week that they said it would be there, and rather than calling me like they said they would, they sent me an email. When I tried to make an appointment for alterations, there was a lot of confusion. I ended up talking to one of the managers and she was very rude and condescending. When I confronted her about it she got very defensive. I am not a confrontational person, so it was very difficult for me to stand up for myself. In my mind, this is not how you treat your customers! I'm trying to find a dress somewhere else off the rack, but I'm afraid that it might be too late. Besides I've already paid them half of the balance for the dress. I will definitely be getting the alterations done somewhere else. Now I will have very negative feelings when I put on my dress, and that should not be the case on such a special day like your wedding day. Trust me, do not do business with them. Once they have your deposit...customer service goes out the window!

Extremely disappointed with the service and the professionalism (or lack thereof) from this company. Loved all of my other vendors except this one. The purchase of the wedding dress was fine. I wanted one off the rack and after several boutiques, this one had one I loved that fit. However, I had made an appointment and there were so many people in there without appointments or they overbooked, that there was no personal service and my aunt was the one helping me in and out of the gowns. Then, they give you a 10% discount if you use them for the bridesmaid dresses but all of them are scattered, difficult to find, they didn't have up to date fabric sample boards, no samples to hand out and the dresses were over priced compared to other stores offering the same dresses. Even with an appointment there was no set person to assist us. We could not find help when needed. And then it went downhill from there. I was told that no order would be made without all 6 orders in. No returns as it is a custom dress - understandable. My girls only had one week to get orders in because the dress needed a 3 month lead time. That didn't happen. 3 girls got their orders in. 2 were out of work and the other in school and were unable to aford the nearly $165 dress. Such as life. As no orders had been officially placed, I asked to have the dress cost refunded so that I could go to a less expensive place. I was put off for almost two weeks deferred to the owner when they double charged my credit card! I called extremely upset. They were not going to refund either charge - not even the mistake which they refused to admit to. I was later emailed - not called - by the owner and told she was putting the orders for the three dresses in even though their were only 3 - not 6 - that I needed. Exasperated, I just decided to have two different dresses. Two weeks before my wedding when we are wondering where the dresses are, I'm told they NEVER ORDERED THEM. They KEPT the money, never refunded my girls, BUT ORDERED NO DRESS. Seriously!?!?! They did finally refund the money and Nordstrom's saved the day, but this place is run by some seriously unprofessional woman who lack customer service skills and business sense. DO NOT USE!

It was a horrible experience going to Bridal Boutique. We found great dresses for the bridesmaids and they measured all of them for their sizes. Three our of five of the dresses came back with the wrong sizes. One was sized 8 sizes larger then what she needed. All of them had to go and pay to get serious alterations. We asked for the Bridal Boutique to exchange these dresses since they were not what was ordered from them. They would not provide the exchanges or give any money back. There is a lot to deal with when planning a wedding and the large amount of stress that they added to it was unacceptable. When you go and spend as much as you are spending on something, you expect good service. They were rude and unhelpful. We suggest you go to a place that will make your experience pleasant and will make it their goal for you to walk out of their satisfied. Avoid Bridal Boutique.
