Bridal Couture of Short Hills

I cannot emphasize how fantastic this boutique is! I had just started my gown search and only went to two other locations prior to finding my way to Bridal Couture. I wasn't necessarily ready to purchase anything yet, and the shop we visited right before this location was unbearable. I felt like I was on a used car lot. The moment I tried something on that remotely caught my attention, they put on the hard sell. "If you don't buy it today, someone else may get it." It went on and on. They wouldn't let my mother take any photos since "they need to protect their designs." Meanwhile, the same dress was prominently featured in bridal magazines. It would have been laughable if they weren't so aggressive with us. To go from there, directly to Bridal Couture, oculd not have been a more drastic change. It was a beautifully cozy shop, yet they had so many gorgeous, truly unique gowns. We explained that were just beginning the search, so they adapted immediately and just had fun with us. I was able to try on all sorts of gowns, and they kept bringing more and more options. It was a mini fashion show! We had been there close to an hour when they brought out this ivory silk simple gown with a gorgeous lace overlay. At first, it didn't register on my radar. However, when it zipped up perfectly and my mother gasped, I knew we had fouind something special. Coupled with a lengthy veil trimmed in more Italian lace, and the look could not have been more perfect for our traditional church ceremony with outdoor tented reception. Even my husband, who has an opinion on every detail, said it was the most perfect gown he'd ever seen at any wedding, ever. That comment alone sealed the Bridal Couture boutique's reputation for me...I highly recommend them to all brides!
