good. Great dresses. Very pricey on the alterations. Professional staff. Charged my bridesmaids for delivery...blah!

I'm rather suprised at the positive comments. My experience here was not even enjoyable. Found the same dress for $355 at another salon less that 24 hours after I ordered it. The owner/manager wouldn't do anything about it. She said I had signed a contract and that was that. Do your research prior to making a purchase here!! Too many other salons in the area that want to see a bride happy

They are amazing! they had the exact dress I was looking for! I was able to order it and it came in in a timely fashion. WE even had a mix up and they did not do my bustles, but I took it in and they had it back to me the next day! We also rented all of our tuxs from there, and they were awesome!

I got my beautiful Maggie Sotterro Dress at Bridal Designs. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The staff was very friendly and helpful everytime I was in the boutique.

I visited 5 other bridal shops before visiting Bridal Designs. I will have to say that when I first walked into the shop I wasn't that impressed w/ the selection. The dresses seemed a little plain compared to the other shops I had visited. Also, the shop wasn't as nicely laid out as others that I had visited. But, my Mom and I continued looking. We ended up finding "the dress", which I didn't think was much on the hanger :-) However, as I learned - you have to try on the dress before you can really make a good decision. And the prices of their dresses are very affordable. I found my dress for a 1/3 of my budget, which was also a great plus! Sharon was our salesperson and I feel like she was helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this shop to other brides and reiterate "not to judge a book by it's cover" b/c this shop definitely has some hidden gems. I also think they have a good selection of bridesmaid dresses.

Bridal Designs were excellent. This was the only bridal dress shop were I found the dress I loved. They were great to work with. The dress came in just as they promised. The alterations also were done right on time. The final steaming was ready when I picked it up the day of my wedding. Everything was perfect! They were great to work with. I highly recommend Bridal Designs!

I bought my dress there and I got an AMAZING price...However, when we went to order the suits for the guys, they forgot to order shirts, the store was not open on Wednesdays and it was one problem after another. Everything was fine in the end, but it just added to my stress level!

Service was ok...not really flexible.

I went in with my mother in law and husbands aunt. I tried on several dresses that I "thought" I wanted. Even went back to two dresses and tried them each on multiple times. Nothing gave me that WOW factor. The owner of Bridal Designs is the owner for a good reason, she knows her stuff! She brought over a dress that she wanted me to "just try on for her"...it was the one. I fell in love with it as soon as I looked in the mirror. I never would have picked up this dress, but I loved it so much I bought it that day and walked out with it. The service and knowledge of the ladies is wonderful. The woman that was helping us from start to finish was also very fun and easy to work with. With my mom not able to be there it was hard, everyone there made it a good experience.

I purchased my dress and bridesmaid dresses at Bridal Designs. They were all delivered exactly as we thought and on time. One of the ladies made a comment to one of my bridesmaids about being pregnant- and she wasn't! That kind of upset me. And, all the dresses were too big! But they did price match an online price that I found! Overall- great experience!

I got a beautiful dress at a decent price.

I bought my gown and the bridesmaids dresses here. I fell in love with a dress I found at this salon and figured I would just order it from a salon in Dallas since I live so far away from Bridal Designs. But, after shopping in several Dallas salons, I wanted to give Bridal Designs my business. The ladies there are so helpful. The cost was more than reasonable and included a free veil. All of the dresses came in early. I highly recommend this store. We had a great experience.

I ordered my dress (Maggie Sottero Brielle) from Bridal Designs. They were great to work with. I had to rush my dress for it to get here in time -- it ended up coming in earlier than they quoted me. I also used Bridal Designs to add my bustles. I had them add an extra 2 (I had 5 total instead of 3) -- none of my bustles broke during the wedding!

I got my bridal dress from here and it was made by a designer who only works with their store. Needless to say, that meant my dress was practically one of a kind (especially since I got married in a city 5 hours away from where I got the dress), and it was everything I was looking for!

I love, love, love this place! They are very professional and care so much about helping you. And they always remembered my name when I came in. My dress actually came in early, and the store let me know as soon as it did. I would highly recommend this store!

My bridesmaids got their dresses from Bridal Designs and they were beautiful! They were reasonably priced and the order came in within a reasonable amount of time. They even offered a discount if at least 4 dresses were ordered! The shop ladies were very nice and helpful. The only problem was they ordered the dresses according to measurements instead of size and 3 of the 4 dresses needed alterations. Only my maid of honor insisted that she wanted the dress size she tried on and knew fit. I know it's easier to take in dresses than let them out and it's better to be safe than sorry, but the girls had to pay an additional $80 for alterations on top of the dress cost.

We found the bridesmaid dresses here. The selection was wonderful. Nearly one stop shopping. They also had an amzing selection of wedding gowns but when we went to look for bridesmaid dresses, I had already bought my wedding gown. All of the bridesmaid gowns came in together. Only two needed alterations and that was only for height reasons. This store has great customer service.

Bridal Designs is a great place to find the perfect wedding dress. They have several of the top lines available in addition to their own custom designs. They also offer great prices on their gowns. They do a great job at communicating dates that the dress will be available and they keep up with how your wedding planning is gonig. They also offer alterations, dress preservation and a large selection of bridesmaid gowns and bridal accessories.

i found my wedding dress at bridal designs. it was the first dress that i saw that another bride was trying on. bridal designs did a great job in ordering the dress and fitting went well the first time. i also had my dress pressed there a few days before my reception. the staff was friendly and professional.

I was so happy that I had an experience with Bridal Designs.The boutique was specious and carry all kinds of gorgeous pieces. And I loved atmosphere in it - very relaxing and stuff is very helpful.

I love my dress! The people at the shop were very kind and helpful. Best of all they were not pushy and gave me the time I needed to decide on a dress! They never made me feel pressured or rushed. I would recommend them to anyone

I loved my dress from this vendor and the price was very affordable for the quality. The service was good and they worked well within my short engagement time frame. The measurement service was my only complaint. They were not very helpful in my measurements, but overall I was very pleased with my dress and the service.

The ladies here were very helpful in assisting me to find *the* dress. And when I found the one I had to have, they even helped me arrange to get it for less money! Great value, lots of options, lots of fun.

Bridal Designs was the first place I went shopping for my dress. They were great in helping me select what style I wanted. We had to do a rush order since I only had 5 months until my wedding and they delivered my dress before the wedding. They also did the bustle and it held up beautifully (also a rush job). I am sending everyone I know to this store for wedding dress shopping....they match prices and are great to work with.

They were very helpful. My dress came in early as well as all of the bridesmaids. The prices were also great. I changed the whole top of my dress and added extra length and had no problems
