The attendant was so helpful and honest, she made me feel very comfortable. As a plus size bride, my search for the perfect dress was very difficult. We had already spent 2 LONG days shopping, and while I saw several nice dresses at the mainstream stores I was surprised how few offered plus size dresses to try on. I found a dress off the rack by a local designer that fit like a dream. She helped us pick out all the perfect accessories to go with the dress and my personal style. She took the time to listen and understand what I wanted.

Their store is a bit of a drive for me, but I kept going back (at least 4 times) to decide between 2 dresses. I found a store closer, but their prices for the dresses were more than at Bridal Elegance. Plus, I got personal attention from Bridal Elegance, and enjoyed the store's atmosphere. I wasn't pressured at all, and was given honest feedback.

Bridal Elegance by Bea has beautiful dresses, and they did a great job matching the perfect dress to my desired vision. The customer service unfortunately depends upon who is helping you (though this was my experience at all bridal shops). The owner, Bea, does all the fittings quickly and professionally, and their seamstress does a wonderful job. If considering Bridal Elegance, I would recommend requesting an appointment with Daniele. She is by far the most patient and professional of the bunch. Rene tends to get impatient and can be a little rude at times, and Robin was not as knowledgeable. My bridesmaids enjoyed their selection of wedding party dresses, as they were a little more unique than what you'd find at a nationwide store, and we all liked giving our money to a family business instead of a chain.
