Bridal Elegance and Formalwear

I would not recommend Bridal Elegance. Their pricing was good, but the service was not. Everytime I needed something I got the run around and would have to eventually ask for Luann the owner to get results. There was one saleswoman in particular, Tracy, who was rude on many different occassions. Georgine, the seamstress, did an amazing job. I live in Milwaukee, but they told me I could only have my fittings during the week when she was in, but after talking to Georgine, she suggested we meet on a Saturday because she had two other brides that day. I'm not sure why I wasnt' told that to begin with? She did an amazing job on both my dress and my mom's dress. Jan also did a great job on one of my bridesmaid's dresses. My bridesmaid ended up being pregnant for the wedding, so they had to make a whole new skirt for the dress and it was great! They were really flexible with her coming from Milwaukee and on the day of-you could not even tell the difference! The ladies in the tux shop are very nice as well! Just stay away from Tracy and you should have a good experience!

I got my wedding dress here and it was an amazing experience. The price was great and the service was fabulous!

They have an awesome selection of wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. They also have a separate part of the building to order tuxes. It was nice to have everything under one roof and we were able to match up colors for the girl’s dresses and the guys tuxes. The staff was very helpful and they had specials for the bride/groom and the wedding party if the bride got her dress there. I really recommend this Bridal shop!!! My mother in law and grandmother in law also got their dresses there. Bridal elegance also has a seamstress there who did all of mine and the bridesmaids alterations. She had so many great ideas and was so accommodating. She came in on her day off the day before my wedding to make sure everything was all in order!! 6 STARS!!

Good hours. Great deals for tux rentals with dress purchase and percentages off on accessories. I was very pleased with the seamstress that they had there!

This bridal store in unlike any other. They are so friendly and personable and really want to get to know you, your style, and learn as much about your wedding as possible. They assist you as much or as little as you want, and give you their honest opinion without pushing certain styles or prices. They also have their own tailors who are amazing at altering the dresses. Both the dresses and alterations were very reasonable and the same bride and bridesmaid dresses were at least $20-50 more at other stores nearby.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My brother and sister in law also used Bridal Elegance for their wedding. The store offered reasonable prices and had a wide selection of dresses. I was also able to purchase flower girl dresses and junior-bridesmaid dresses there that were the same style as the bridesmaid dresses. I had found the same dresses at other local stores, and the prices at Bridal Elegance were always cheaper.

The ladies who did the alterations were excellent! My dress required a lot of work—bought a size sixteen dress about a year before our wedding…worked really hard on diet and exercise and lost sixty pounds—but looking at my dress, you would never have been able to tell what size it started out as. The ladies were professional, personable, and completed their work quickly. 
 
 


The price was excellent. I found the dress elsewhere, they ordered it for me and gave it to me for a lower cost. They also were extremely flexible with me coming in to try the dress on, since I came from out of state.

Affordable, easy to work with, and nice facility. Great place for tuxes.
