Andrea helped me in selecting my dress. She was extremely patient, and offered helpful suggestions throughout the process. I ended up finding and purchasing the exact dress I had tried on previously in another state, but thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with her.

They have a fantastic selection of dresses and she was great at explaining how to sort through the racks (which were initially very overwhelming).

They were AMAZING! I couldn't find the dress I wanted anywhere in the entire state. When I called them they called the vendor, got the dress shipped to them instead of another bridal shop in a different part of the country, and made sure I got it with more than enough time. They were the only shop that offered help out of all the shops I called (even a shop that had the dress in the store but not in my size) and went above and beyond!

I love shopping at Bridal Exclusives! It was the first place I shopped at to find my wedding dress. They have a beautiful selection of dresses. The consultant helped me find the perfect wedding dress. They knew exactly what complemented my body, and they have a lot of experience with wedding dresses. They customized the dress to flatter my figure and style.

I bought the cutest accessories at bridal exclusives for my wedding. I needed a veil, headpiece, shoes, etc. Even though I didn't make an appointment, and spontaneously walked the staff was incredibly nice to me, and took the time to look for accessories that complemented my wedding dress.

The lady that helped me during my appointment was awesome! I loved my dress, and the appointment was a pleasant experience.

I absolutely loved my dress. Anyone I know that's getting married I will definitely recommend these guys to. They made every experience, from the shopping to the fitting and alterations, a fun, easy and memorable experience.

I LOVED Bridal Exclusives! When I came in they had me pick a dress from every different type. This process totally works for finding a dress! My consultant also did not put any dresses on me over my budget!

Maybe the 6th or 7th dress was "the one"!

My consultant was EXTREMELY rude though! She was really short with my family, and even made comments about my size! But, somehow I still had a great experience!

I went back two months later, tried the dress I ordered on, and they helped me pick out bridal accessories. Unfortunately, I got the same consultant, who again, was super rude! They were so nice, and I got accessories dyed to match my dress!

Then my date changed due to the military. I called very upset. The person I talked to (Kim I think), called the designer personally and tried to get it rushed for free. She kept me updated regularly (like every few days). And now it is coming the 2nd week of December, perfect for my late January wedding!

I have been recommending this place to everyone I run into who is getting married. I had such a great experience buying my dress. When I first went in I didn't really know what I was looking for, or what would look good on me, so they had me try on every dress shape in the store. Chelsea, the associate who helped me, had me really look at what I liked about certain dresses to help me decide which ones I liked better. Her process of elimitation was amazing. She let me have only one favorite on the favorite rack, this way I was always comparing two dresses at a time. If a dress was the no longer the favorite then the new favorite would take its place. Finally when I was down to the last two that I loved, she was able to find a dress that had all of the parts of both dresses that I loved on one dress. I loved my dress, and it was perfect, and affordable (under $1,000). They were also vary helpful with bridesmaid dresses and alterations.

I had the best experience with Bridal Exclusives from start to finish. Chelsea was my consultant. She is incredibly efficient and has a system down for not letting you get too "confused" when you are trying on like 10 dresses in an hour. Chelsea is very supportive but down to business at the same time which is really helpful when you are feeling overwhelmed and indecisive. Upon choosing my dress, it arrived in a very timely matter. The alterations team is fantastic because my dress was on the small side when it arrived and had to be let out twice. Everything was done so carefully, you couldn't ever tell anything had been altered. My bridesmaids also got their shoes here. we had them dyed to match a particular color of taffeta. They came out great, weren't expensive, and arrived on time. I chose to pay for their steaming right before you pick up the dress for the wedding which was totally worth it. The dress was so big and heavy it is best to leave it to the professionals! Overall, my time with Bridal Exclusives and Chelsea was worth every penny I spent. I would recommend the Tigard location to anyone in the market for a wedding dress. Their selection is excellent and the consultants really know their inventory!

I purchased the Maggie Sottero Karena Royale from Bridal Exclusives and after reading reviews online about the alterations department I was SOOOOO SCARED!!! I was literally terrified but did what my gut said and went with them. My dress turned out perfect. I think many brides are hoping that every time they go in for a fitting they are expecting the same feeling as when you originally tried on dresses. The time that truly matters is when you finally put on that dress the day of your wedding to meet the man of your dreams at the end of the aisle. My husband (eeee I love saying that) thought my dress was absolutely beautiful! Thank you everyone for all of your help!

I bought my wedding dress from here and it was absolutely gorgeous! It's actually a dress I hadn't picked out myself because it had straps. I got it altered to strapless and I am so glad my consultant was so helpful and picked out my dream dress! Wonderful.

All of the girls that worked with me were so friendly - and they were quick to assure me that they will do whatever it takes to have my dress fit perfectly! I was so happy!

I bought my gown at Bridal Exclusives because the consultant that I had that helped out, Chelsea, was FANTASTIC! She figured out the style I was looking for before I even knew it and really knew how to put a gown on someone.
I did have an unfortunate experience with the company. They didn't cash my first down-payment check for 4 months. That was only after countless calls and on the last call when I finally asked to speak with the manager's supervisor. After that slip-up, they provided free alterations for me, which I was thrilled about and was glad to see their customer service pull through.
The alterations were great! My gown fit me perfectly! The only thing I have left to do is the gown cleaning and preservation. I would recommend Bridal Exclusives to anyone who is looking for that personalized experience. Though I'm sure all the consultants are great, I would especially recommend making your first appointment with Chelsea! :-)

STUNNING & BEAUTIFUL DRESS- very happy with products from here :)

Found my dream dress at Bridal Exclusives! Used a $100 off coupon from the Bridal Show and my consultant Alyssa was wonderful. Dress came in slightly earlier then expected and had no defects. However, I would definitely advise against using their altering service; Finishing Touch. You have to pick up your dress there when it comes in, and in my brief time there, I was not impressed. I had already planned to use another seamstress though so no problems there. Bridal Exclusives themselves though are great.

AMAZING experience! I went here to try on dresses first, didn't make a decision and tried a few other places around town. After trying the couple other places, I knew I had found a gem right off the bat and headed back to Bridal Exclusives to get the job done. Their staff were super helpful, the plan was great for paying off my dress, their additional location for fitting was a bit hard to find at first, but the staff at that location was also very helpful and knowledgable.
After my wedding was over, I brought my dress back in to have it sent in for preservation and it was delivered back to my house within three weeks and it looked beautiful!

Bridal Exclusive was amazing. They are stern in how many dresses you try on but it makes you make a decision, because it is easy to try on all the beautiful gowns. They have great quality dresses, but yes that means a higher price. I definitely appreciate the quality of my dress as I hope to one day wear it to renew my vows to my husband and pass it down to a potential daughter. I had such a great experience at bridal exclusives!!

They made my dress search a breeze. They were so helpful. I really had no idea what I wanted, 7 dresses later, I found the one. It was amazing.

I went to bridal exclusive to get my wonderful gown. It was love at first sight and I was truly excited to get everything rolling. The attentiveness they pay to the dress and alterations is amazing. I appreciate the time they took in taking care of my mothers veil. It had a headpiece attached so it was taken off and replaced by a comb. It brought tears to my eyes when I put it on. Just fabulous!! Alterations here is a must!! When it came to my shoe order it was quite the sticky situation the actual designer didnt have the swatch my shoes came back pink (dress gold) I was soooo worried that I wouldn't get the shoes I wanted. BOY WAS I MISTAKEN. The manager found the swatch and took care of it herself at Bridal Exclusives and then she gave me the shoes free of cost! I was prepared to yell, but then was presented with shoes. I felt like Cinderella and I thank the whole Tigard Bridal exclusives for taking the extra step to get me my shoes...it was something small to them but HUGE to me. So just that made me feel very lucky. Walking down the aisle I smiled even more because my shoes matched my dress...(and my husband thought it was him..haha jk) thank you Bridal Exclusives!!

I was able to find the perfect dress at Bridal Exclusives. The wedding dresses that I was looking at first were not quite right, but then the sales rep brought me the perfect dress! I could tell she was listening to what I really wanted. They lost a star from me because they misquoted a couple prices and the store is always super packed with people!

Bridal Exclusives was great to work with. They set aside time for my appointment and ensured they tried all options to ensure we got the right look for me. They also give discount if your bridesmaids find their dress there which made the dresses a great value allowing us to find the perfect dresses for my girls.

I found my dream dress with the help of Patty. It came earlier than expected. And the seamstress was amazing. The only thing that went wrong was the undergarments I had ordered got lost and they had to reorder it for me. But the dress is beautiful and I cannot wait to wear it!

This store is wonderful for wedding dresses! I went to 3 stores before this one and had no luck at any of them. This store has such a wide variety, I think they have a dress for everyone! My dress was so perfect for me, and I am so sad that I only get to wear it once!

Bridal Exclusives was great during the buying process. As soon as my dress was ready that's where the problems started. I went to pick up my dress and it wasn't steamed so they offered to deliver to me. Great! I was thrilled with that kind of service. The day it was supposed to be delivered I stayed home all day expecting it. By 3:30 it still wasn't here. I called and after 15 minutes of "looking" no one seemed to know when it would arrive. So I told them I would come get it the next day because I just needed my dress. They refunded me for my slip which was really nice of them.

I absolutely loved my dress! I had so many compliments on it! It was Maggie Sotteros Gatsby dress. When I first went into this shop there was a really nice girl that helped me. I think she wasnt working at the store when I came back though and had someone that seemed to be having a bad day. She wasn't horrible, just not as good as the other. I ended up switching my jewlery and headpiece out for something else which try we're totally cool with (they usually don't, but said they would sell easily). Overall was very happy:)

This review is specifically for the Clackamas location. I had a wonderful experience here. Their selection is good, and they have an interesting process of having you try on one dress from each category when you first come in, and that helps you to determine specifically what you like and dislike about different styles. Then, you narrow down from there. Their dresses are a bit more sophisticated than the run-of-the mill options you get at a David's Bridal type of place, but their prices aren't astronomical. I really like my consultant - she was professional, didn't act overly fake and gush over everything, and she gave recommendations and advice when I asked for it.

On a side note - I have been in to the Tigard location twice and didn't have nearly as good of an experience. I recommend making the drive out to Clackamas.

Bridal Exclusives was pretty easy to work with.
I had a six month engagement and most places say you need at least six months to get the dress. I really didn't think I had time to order one. I met with the ladies at their Portland Bridal Show booth and they convinced me to come in the next week to try on dresses. Dress #5 was it and I had my dress picked out in less than 90mins! And let me tell you I am one picky person. The dress I chose was within my budget, the staff was very nice and let me order a smaller size because I intended to loose weight.
The only thing that I didn't love with BE was the fitting services. It was very busy in the shop and they seemed to be short handed both times I went in for fittings. I had to ask for someone to help me into my dress both times. The seamstress was great to work with but don't expect to spend much time in your dress. I was in and out within 10mins and really felt like I never got a good look at myself in the dress until my wedding day. Also they charge $50 to steam press the dress for your information. I thought that was a free service at most places so that extra fee snuck up on me.
They were very helpful in my finding my dream dress tho so really it was just minor customer service annoyances that probably could be different for others. It wouldn't stop me from recommending them to others.

I loved my whole experience shopping for "the" dress! The best part about Bridal Exclusives is that they listen to what you want but also let you try on a dress from each style so you can see what you really love. They are all very helpful and friendly. This was the first store I went to and I'm so happy I found my dress here!

The selection of Gowns was quite extensive, gorgeous and if you go there you won't want to set foot into big box Bridal stores. The prices are what you would expect to pay for designer gowns, so be prepared for that.

The ladies at this shop were really nice and on the ball! I loved how easy they made it to help me find my dress, pick it up, alter it. I also was able to find my shoes at the same shop. The dress designer: Maggie Sottero. LOVED IT! I wish I could wear it over and over again. I got so many compliments on the dress, everyone loved it as much as I do <3

Bridal Exclusives had a wide variety of dresses for me to try on, which was essential because I didn't know what I wanted. Through Shelly's help, I was able to find the perfect dress for my Hawaiian wedding. I was happy with the time it took to receive my dress after ordering it. The alterations were also very time efficient. My dress received many compliments on my big day, and I was very happy with it!

Between Bridal Exclusives and Finishing Touches (alterations connected to them) they were difficult to get a hold of and I wish they had some different hours. It was a far drive for me so it was hard with their odd hours.
They measured me and picked the size I needed. I asked them to go one size smaller because I knew I would lose weight. They hesitated but did go one size down... when I received it, I still had to take it in 3 inches on the sides ($300 later).
They staff was just "okay" when I tried on my dress. I think they were understaffed and had to help other guests because they left me alone a lot and I just stood in the dresses waiting until they helped me out and into another. Finishing touches staff was very unfriendly and acted too busy for me. Not helpful at all and never smiled. One person helped teach my maid of honor how to lace my dress, otherwise not helpful. And they said I needed to hem my dress ($200+) when I didn't need to at all.
They did offer a great discount at a bridal show so I got my dress for much less which was great, but made up for it in alterations so overall my dress was the same price as the tag, with...

I got the dress of my dreams at the price I wanted! I loved the experience, it was the perfect place and the staff is so nice and flexable, they do what they can to make shopping for your wedding dress the experience it should be.

Bridal Exclusives was the first place I looked for my dress; the dress I found was everything I wanted and more. I went somewhere else for bridesmaid dresses since I could not find any dresses there. They had to reorder my shoes and they did not come in until a week before my wedding; no one was ever able to tell me why they had to be reordered.

Shannon from Bridal Exclusives was a dream to work with. She helped me find my dream Maggie Sottero dress, and was patient through the whole process. My dress came in earlier than expected and was beautiful. Shannon as well as the store is highly recommended in my opinion.

I found a picture of my dress in a magazine and only had a two week gap to order my dress over Christmas (thanks to my mom and the wedding being in Portland and me planning my wedding from Boston). I frantically called almost every store in the Portland area to find somewhere that carried the dress and Bridal Exclusives was the only store that carried it! I tried on other dresses while I was there and I really liked the way they take you through the store to look at the different styles they have. For such a small store I was really impressed by the volume and variety of dresses they had! The only other place I had looked was Kleinfeld's (Yes, that Kleinfeld's), so maybe it is considered a larger store. The only thing that bothered me was the sales lady trying to convince me that I needed to buy a veil with the dress because, in her words, I wouldn't look like a bride without one, after I had told her numerous times that I hated veils and I would be the only one there in the big white dress so I wasn't too worried!

Bridal Exclusives started out wonderful however, as time went on, I felt as if once they made the sale, I was no longer a valued customer. I opted to not get my dress altered there since the reviews are so bad. I even asked them to respond to the reviews and was basically told that it was all the brides fault. I have a hard time believing that the brides are all responsible for the bad reviews. Nobody ever called me when my dress arrived nor did they call me when my slip had arrived. Again, if you want the bridal experience, you'll get it the first time (Amber is awesome as well as Kristin and one other lady whose name starts with an A but whom I can't recall now). The manager on the other hand treated me and my friends as if I were an inconvenience. I would say that you can expect a great time the first time but don't expect much afterwards.

While I did not get my dress here, I went through their alteration shop and they did a fantastic job! They knew my budget and worked with it. They made a fantastic bustle that I loved and were all around friendly! I would definitely recommend future business!

The bridal exclusive store is great. i had a wonderful experience there. BUT the alterations component was awful. They have a sister store called finishing touch and i went there for 2 fittings and both experiences were awful. if you get your dress here potentially look for other alterations options.

I agree with one of the other reviews that stated "Bridal Exclusives started out wonderful however, as time went on, I felt as if once they made the sale, I was no longer a valued customer." One time when I called to check on my bridesmaid dress order I was told the wrong information. One of my bridesmaid ordered her dress (had a confirmation since she used her VISA) and I got a call saying they were waiting on her before they could place the order. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told "we just have too many brides." The people there always seemed stressed and made you almost feel like another number. One positive note is that I really liked Patricia (the consultant who helped me find my dress). I wish I could have worked with just her through my whole dress experience.

The woman that helped me during my appointment, was amazing. The woman that is the manager - acts like she could care less about you, I believe her name is Brielle? I'm so glad that once you purchase the dress you never have to go back to the store. I loved my dress, and my appointment - every question past that was awful.

I bought a Maggie Sottero dress from Bridal Exclusives in December 2010. The employee who helped me was very nice. I was told my dress would arrive mid-end of April 2011. It came in right at the end of May and I picked it up June 1, 2011. My wedding was July 9, 2011 so I had some time to get alterations, but it did cut it a little close. They did offer my bridesmaids a small discount on their dresses, but there was no additional discount for the bride's accessories, slip, bra, etc. which I found a little disappointing. Most places offer a discount on bride's accessories if you purchase the dress there.

They were pretty good. The initial dress selection process was the best. They pulled different styles to try on to see what was the best fit, so it was fun and a little surprising. After I purchased the dress it was a little down hill. They were very nice at the alteration place associated with the store, but they didn't seem very organized. All in all, I loved my dress but had tried it on somewhere else too. It makes me wonder if I would have enjoyed the dress experience a little more with a staff that was on the ball.

My consultant Shannon was fantastic. I came in after tracking down a particular Justin Alexander dress they had stocked in a plus size (the only store in the city to have it, FYI) and even though it was not The Dress, I did find one that was! I had previously purchased a dress from that nasty national chain with bad customer service (you know who you are!) and Shannon finally provided me with the experience I had always wanted. Wonderful wonderful wonderful.

Bridal Exclusives was the second place I had went. I would recommend them to anyone for the fact that the way they have to try on dresses helps you find a style for your body way faster than just picking random dresses and hating them all over and over again because you keep trying on the same style. They had me pick a dress that caught my eye from each style and eliminate as I go the things I didn't like and choose what I did like, until I found MY dress! My overall rating is low because the entire time I was trying on dresses the associate was pushing the accessories on us. We continued to say we didn't want to pick accessories today and the associate continued to say things like, "one of our employees got married and realized her accessories didn't match, you should try them on now so you don't hate your pictures" Which didn't make me smile at all, trying to guilt me into buying very OVERPRICED veils and headpieces.

Once you buy your dress, you are done dealing with Bridal Exclusives, all the alterations are done by Finishing Touches. They are the most disorganized place I have ever been. My first appointment I showed up and they put me in a room and told me to get ready. 20 minutes later I was standing in the mirror with another bride while the seamstress worked on the other bride's dress. Not that big of a deal, but why did I make an appointment? The seamstress was really nice and it was a quick job of getting my hem and all the details worked out. I went to the front to schedule a return, and she was talking about 2 weeks out, and asked when I wanted it done, I told her I would give them plenty of time and gave them a month before I would be back to try on my dress.

Come the day before my appointment, may I remind you it was a MONTH later, I get a call to reschedule because my dress wasn't done because the seamstress was out sick. I rescheduled for the following week, but got no apology whatsoever, which I expected as a professional place a "I'm sorry" wouldn't be too tough. When I finally did try my dress on it was great and I took it with me with the expectation to bring it back the week before the wedding to have it steamed.

I brought it back of course and 2 days before the wedding I have to go and pick my dress back up. When I got there, there was a bride ahead of me, and after about 5 minutes I was next. While I was waiting for them to pull my dress another 2 brides came in, one for a fitting and one to pick up her dress as well. The employee had looked for my dress for about 5 minutes before she had to come get me to find my dress. They had to grab all 3 brides to pick their dresses because they couldn't find them in the chaos of organization they have. There were dresses hanging everywhere in no particular order, even in the front of the store window as a last ditch place to hang dresses. Either way, I got my dress and they wrapped it up. The bride that came in for her fitting was being helped by one employee, while the bride who came in after me was being helped by another. I sat there waiting to take my dress for 15 minutes, that the services were already pre-paid for. The bride who came in AFTER me was helped through completion of finding her dress, checking something on the dress, wrapping it up, and paying, while I sat there. I'm a pretty laid back person and usually don't have a problem with waiting, but with the disorganization it really irritated me that my waiting my needless. What should have taken about 15 minutes total took us about 35 minutes!

My experience with Bridal Exclusives was wonderful. As a plus size bride I was dreading the experience due to some horror stories I had heard about not being able to try much on. This was not the case at Bridal Exclusives! The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and brought various dresses that matched my wishes, to try on. The dress I chose was very affordable and came in shortly before the date they had quoted me.

Bridal Exclusives was the first and last place I went looking for a dress. I tried on about ten dresses with an amazing consultant. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, but I didn't think about that would look like on my body. The consultant had me pull one dress of each cut and see which cut I liked best. Then we moved onto styles within that cut. The dress I ended up purchasing was NOTHING like what I originally had pictured in my head, but I couldn't have been happier with it. The only thing I was slightly upset about was the fact that we had discussed budget at the beginning of the appointment and the dress I ended up falling in love with was almost twice my budget. If my mom hadn't flown in to the rescue I would have had to walk away heartbroken over a dress that was too expensive.

I had already been to one place dress shopping with my mom and tried on 15+ dresses. We left and I really "liked" one of them, but we had an appointment at BE that we wanted to try so we went. I was not overly excited to keep trying on dresses, but the consultant was very sweet and she had me try on dresses from each "category" and I found the category that I liked. I asked to see all of the dresses that were white in that category and she literally pulled them all. I saw a dress at the back of the stack and I knew I wanted to try it... finally when we got to it, my mom cried and we knew it was the ONE! We were there almost 2 hours and never felt rushed or anything. They also helped with my bridesmaids dresses and we purchased all 7 there as well. Great experience! They have an AMAZING alterations shop as well.

What an amazing experience, picking out a wedding gown. Amber was so helpful in helping me find the right gown for my body type as well as for our venue. The staff was also very helpful when it came to the alterations. In the end, my gown was PERFECT! I would definitely recommend Bridal Exclusives.

I bought my dress at Bridal Exclusives. They had a great selection of designers, and the girl who helped me out was really friendly and knowledgable.

My dress came in on time, and in the correct size. My only negative about Bridal Exclusives is that they didn't seem super organized. Also, there aren't private rooms for your appointment, you share a common mirror with one other girl--not a huge deal, in my opinion.

Overall, I'd recommend Bridal Exclusives.

Bridal Exclusives has a great selection and a great system to start trying on dresses by trying on each type of dress. However, the staff are often rude and pushy. They act annoyed and bothered by brides and often point out the flaws brides out in a rude way. Finishing Touch is even worse. My fittings were depressing and horrible because of the comments made about my figure and my thighs etc. It got really old really fast. Finishing Touch did have attention to detail which was helpful but the process was torture.

I worked with Jessica at Bridal Exclusives and she was great. I actually went back like 4 different times and she was really patient with me. The first time I went was with my mom and it was my first dress shopping experience. We went to several shops around town. I then went with my sister a few months later to show her the dress I liked and try on a few others she had in mind. I then went to Seattle and did some dress shopping. Eventually I landed back at Bridal Exclusives and had narrowed it down to two dresses (one my sister loved and one my mom loved). One dress felt like too much for our venue and one felt like not enough for our venue. Inevitably Jessica, having gone through 3 appointments with me, knew just the right dress. She pulled one that had everything (and I mean everything) that I wanted. I couldn’t find the right dress for me – at that point I thought I’d tried everything in the store on – but she found the right one based on everything I had talked about. Everything I wanted came together in that dress and I ended up buying it the next day. I loved my dress from the day I found it until now. And Jessica is great to work with!

I thought that Bridal Exclusives was great. They did a nice job helping me find the perfect dress. I can't remember the name of my consultant, I think it was Amy. She was great! She had me try on every single style of dress to figure out what shape I was looking for. She was nice and helpful, but I felt very rushed. It was my first dress shopping experience and so I didn't appreciate the rushed feeling. Also, the shop itself is very tiny. I was put in the very back in the corner and had no room for the people that I brought with me. We also had to share the space with another bride (which would be fine if the space was bigger) so I felt very uncomfortable. I had to change in and out of the dresses out in the open which was a little awkward for me since people had their dads, fiance's, etc. The in house alterations were very expensive. They also had ripped a hole in the outer layer of the dress and then sewed it up (the outer layer of my dress was a sheer tulle like fabric so it was very noticable). It was the first thing that one of my bridesmaids noticed, and we were not happy. They put more applique's on to cover it, so it ended up being fine. But they did not acknowledge that they had made a mistake or anything, they just brushed it off their shoulder and didn't apologize. Other than that, everything was fine. My dress was absolutely beautiful, and I loved the final product. It fit me great, and I got soooo many compliments on it. I love it and it was a great price. I spent less than $1,000 on my dress, and quite a lot on alterations. I guess the alterations made up for the inexpensive dress. It was beautiful though, I love it.

I bought my wedding dress at Bridal Exclusives and had a wonderful initial experience. My consultant spent over 2 hours with me and helped me try on all the different bridal styles so I could narrow down what I looked good in and what style I should focus on. This was very helpful as it was my first time shopping for a wedding dress. However, when I did not buy on that day (it was my first time shopping for dresses so I was not sure!) my consultant got a bit miffed and let me know she worked on commission... I came back the next weekend and bought my dress after looking at a couple more shops and when I kept thinking about the dress I had seen at Bridal Exclusives and knew it was "The One". After that, it was a lot of calling over the next couple of months until I took the dress into my possession (I did not use them for alterations). Issues with getting an actual swatch of the dress (called multiple times on this over two months and this was a big deal as the color of my dress was slightly pink/peachy so needed the swatch to match all the other things I was buying to make sure the colors would not clash.) Overall, great deal on my dress and I did find "the one" there but some of the customer service was lacking.

I had a great experience at Bridal Exclusives. The staff was very friendly, and they have a nice selection of dresses at more reasonable prices. I was very indecisive, but they were very accommodating to me. When your dress comes in, it gets sent to their alterations place, Finishing Touch. I would recommend taking it elsewhere, as they messed up my dress...

I went to many shops before bridal exclusives. Their selection process really helped me to find the cut of dress that I liked. And Amber was amazing, she was very patient the whole time. I originally ordered my dress in ivory, and the entire next day I was a but concerned it would look too yellow. I called the next morning about my concerns and they put my order on hold and had me come back in to try on the white and ivory. They were VERY accomodating.

Very large selection at a reasonable price. The girls were very helpful and found me a dress that I loved on my wedding day. The bustle on my dress would not stay on no matter how many time we rebustled it, but I could not have found a more beautiful dress for the price I paid!

Bridal Exclusives was great. They did a good job helping me choose which style dress I wanted, and the woman I worked with was friendly, patient, and professional. The shop isn't as cozy or tidy as a fancy boutique, but they do they do sell designer dresses at reasonable prices. The woman I worked with even encouraged me to come back and purchase my dress a week later on the day of a trunk show, so that I could get a discount.

The reason I'm not rating them higher is because they contract with Finishing Touch Alterations, which is not an impressive business at all. I didn't have any catastrophic problems with the alterations, but several of the staff were unfriendly and seemed like they did not want to be there. It made me very nervous that something would go wrong with my dress. My dress did end up being a little too long for me on my wedding day because it got longer once it was pressed and steamed--not a huge deal, but they should have known that, and either they didn't know or didn't care.

They have a great selection and good prices. The sales associate that helped me was very nice and helpful. We ordered my dress the end of January and they said it would arrive no later than the first of June. It didn't come until the end of June (two weeks before the wedding) Luckily it didn't need to be altered. I understand that the there wasn't much that they could do to make the dress arrive more quickly. I did however feel like they lacked communication with the designer and with each other. The reason I gave them a poor rating on responsiveness because every time I called about the arrival date on my dress they would tell me they would get back to me and they never did.

I was very pleased with my experience at Bridal Exclusives. I was greeted right away and my "perfect dress helper" was so amazing. I probably tried on about 20 different dresses but once I found my dress we all knew it was the one. The dress arrived earlier than expected and it was perfect. All in all I had a great experience at Bridal Exclusives.

I bought my wedding dress there and Patricia was absolutely wonderful as a consultant! After trying on dresses at other shops and feeling pressure from other stores, it was refreshing to go to Bridal Exclusives and have so many fun options and go through their 'outline' of dresses to find my perfect one. Definitely a fun experience and my dress arrived with plenty of time for alterations and they honored a discount coupon from a bridal show too!

I purchased two dresses for my wedding, one for my ceremony and one for my reception. I purchased my ceremony dress from Bridal Exclusives, which was an absolutely wonderful experience. Becca (who unfortunately doesn't work there anymore, but has now started her own wedding photography business - Rebecca Dryer Photography) was my consultant, and she was amazing. This was the first store and the first time I had tried on any wedding dresses. I had not even planned on buying anything that day, but after trying on about 25 different dresses, I found MY DRESS!! All with the wonderful help of Becca and the other girls at Bridal Exclusives!!

Be prepared to spend a ton of money on alterations. The consultants in the store will tell you what you want to hear when it comes to not needing alterations.

I loved my dress from this place! The sales clerk was very helpful! The cost of alterations were expensive. I purchased this dress when I lived in OR and moved back to LA for the wedding. Before I moved I noticed that they had the wrong earrings set aside for me, so I let the lady know. When they shipped my dress, veil, earrings and shoes to LA I notice that they still had the wrong earrings. I just got credited for the earrings and it all worked out in the end.

I walked into Bridal Exclusives 8 weeks before my wedding, with only a vague idea of what might work, and little enthusiasm for buying a dress or planning a wedding. I found a dress that was available then and there, gave my 48-yo body a great shape, and totally fired me up for planning a wedding! I got my dress, veil, and maid of honor's dress at Bridal Exclusives. My daughter/maid of honor likes her dress so much she is looking forward to social occasions that call for a formal gown so she can wear it again!

I was pleased with Bridal Exclusive's dress selection - it was a breath of fresh air in my long search for my wedding gown. The sales people were very sweet, really listened to what you wanted and let you pick out different dresses in each style they had so you could determine what looked best. They were also helpful in giving you the frame of mind where you can imagine your wedding day and which dress you would be most comfortable in. I only have a couple gripes: when purchasing the dress, they didn't really explain all that they were signing me up for (the slip, the bra, etc) - so that was extra $ I wasn't planning to spend, but had already signed the paperwork. Also, when they completed the bustle (at their partnered seamstress shop), the job was not as thorough as I would have liked. I recommend going to a different seamstress than their partner. I purchased my dress from Bridal Exclusive after looking for more than 2 months... my bridesmaids and I had gone to probably more than 15 different shops before stopping in at Bridal Exclusive. Wow, I wish I would have gone here first! Their process is perfect for brides that don't know what style of dress they want to wear (or which would look best) and they have you try on a few of EVERY style out there so you can know for sure. They carry a lot of Maggie Sottero brand, which is a great brand for modern style dresses and pricing (most dresses are easily under $1000). Looking back, what really impressed me was that we walked in without an appointment (now I know this is a big no-no usually in bridal shops!). Unlike other bridal shops, they treated us like superstars and found someone to help us right away. The dress came in exactly when they said it would and they were prompt to call and let me know too.
I also like how this shop is closely associated with the place to get the dress fitted. I believe they guarantee the dress so if something gets really messed up over at the tailor shop, they will replace it for you. Overall, this is one of the best dress shops I went to and I went to A LOT in the Portland Metro area. Stop here to check out styles first, shop around, then come back and order your dress here! :)

I was very pleased with my service at bridal exclusives. Becca helped me and was so nice even after my appt lasted 3 hours one evening and 3 more hours the next day just so i could be sure. When I then went to the alterations dept they changed everything i asked. Everyone should go to bridal exclusives... they will take as much time as you need

Over all everything went pretty good, only towards the very end when some people quit and dresses got lost momentarly lol! Other then that they help you and listen to what you want and like and give you everything in the store they have to choose from and they help you decide and try on dresses over and over again till you find the one that is you! It was all a great experience :)

I got a gorgeous dress here for the price and I got it off the rack due to my short engagement. Their customer service is a bit iffy, and if you get alterations you must be very cautious. Other than that I was very pleased with my purchase!

I bought my dress here. It was high pressure from the start! They help you narrow down the search for the dress, but tell you that you have to pick today! I didn't feel ready, I wanted to try on other dresses first. After going to some other places, I really did find the one that I liked at this store. It was beautiful and reasonable priced. Be careful, before you leave the store they will have you talked into a necklace, earings, bra, etc. Everything you need, but at high prices. The shoes I bought at this store were cheaper at David's Bridal and by the time I found that out, I could not take them back. Then before you leave the store, they make you sign a contract saying that you will not return anything. That is fine for the wedding dress, but they sell you on all of these accessories before you have a chance to look around at other items. I paid $70 for a cheap necklace and earings. Later I found much better deals online. Bridal Exclusives kept telling me that I only had about a week to order my dress, even though the wedding was 9 months away. They insisted that wedding dresses take a "long time to make". When I ordered my dress, they called me in 1 month to say that it was ready. When you go to pick up your dress, you have to go to a completely different store to pick it up. This other store does not have their organization down. They gave me the wrong veil and had to reorder it. Also this place is open weird hours and apparently you have to make an appointment to pick up your dress! Everytime I went to pick up an item, there was a problem with it....they couldn't find it or it was the wrong one. I witnessed other brides frustrated with this too. They have beautiful dresses, but if you can find the one you want somewhere else, I would go there.

Just had my dress altered...did a very good job!

I love the service at this store. I had found a dress that I liked with what I thought I wanted in mind. I looked at some other stores and found another dress I really liked in a store when I was on vacation (there service was awful, so I didn't buy the dress. The other store wouldn't tell me who the desinger was and they emailed me the smallest picture you have ever seen, as a referance. With the Customer service that I had recieved at Bridal Exclusives in mind I decided that I would take my tiny picture with me and see if they had anything similar that I would like before I gave my money to this other company that I felt didn't earn it. To my Surprise, Bridal exclusives had the exact same dress so I called my mom. They let me keep the dress on while I waited for my mother to arrive and we looked at excessories. Overall it was a great expirinece and my consultant Amber was a joy to work with.
*note. The alterations company that they are associated with was a whole other story. The alterations ladies don't speak very clear english and it was difficult to get the alterations done the way I wanted and my bussle wouldn't stay up at all so my dress ended up very dirty. I did call and inform them of this and they did refund me some of my money for the alterations to help alieviated the additional cost to have the dress cleaned.

I purchased my dress, undergarments, and veil from Bridal Exclusives. My Bridesmaids also got their dresses there with a discount because I got my dress there. The place was busy most of the time, but you get your personal attendant to help you out, and the dress selection is awesome...especially for the price!! Let me tell you...I went to MANY shops in the Portland area, and wished I would have started here first so I hadn't wasted so much time. Love them!!

The manager is not a very nice woman, she is rude and snotty. However, Becca who works there is kind, intelligent, honest and very good at what she does. She picked out my amazing dress that I would not have even tried on if she hadn't asked me to. I got a great price for the dress, they have a large selection too. The score would have been much higher if the manager hadn't been so rude to me and my bridesmaids.

I loved this place. It was a nice laid back place to shop where there was not any pressure to find a dress, but there were people available if you needed them. They were very easy to work with and very friendly. I just wish I had bought my bridesmaid's dresses through them.

They are great!

The first time I went into Bridal exclusives I was so unhappy that I swore I would never go back. However, they had the dress that I fell in love with. When I went in the 2nd time I made an appointment under my mother's name so that I would not get the same lady that helped me on the first visit. Aubriel, the lady I got the 2nd visit was much better and made me feel better about buying my dress there.
As for the alteration place that they have a contract with, I was not happy with them either. They were fine until 2 days before my wedding my matron of honor and I go to get our dresses and my MOH dress is not ready. She was in over a month before and needed some alterations done. 2 days before the wedding we see that they had not even started on the dress. I was at that point turning to bridezilla. The owner of the shop got the dress done and delivered it to my home.
In all the experience was OK with both the bridal shop and alterations.

The dress turned out better than I had anticipated. It was very beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to have it altered at the place they sent me to and I felt like I was charged way too much for what they did, plus they didn't hem it high enough and it ended up catching and tearing (more than once) on my heels during the reception.

I went to the Bridal Exclusives in Salem. The staff at the bridal shop was very easy to work with and obviously wanted to help you find the perfect dress for your wedding day. The prices there were very reasonable for someone who is on a budget and there was a variety of dresses to choose from. They also offered shoes, veils, jewelry, bridesmaids dresses and other bridal essentials. Once you ordered your dress and it arrived at the shop they have you try it on and there is a lady there who can alter your dress if you need it. They also store your dress until the wedding day for a small fee if you choose.

Different quality of service every time I came in. The train button came off barely into the reception and I received the wrong slip causing some mayhem. They don't do anything complimentary so be sure to add on at least a four hundred dollars to the price tag for steaming, storage, bra, slip, hem, and other adjustments. The seamstress did a good job on the alterations and they had the most unique and defining dresses in town.

My experience at Bridal Exclusives far out-shined my experience dress shopping anywhere else. The woman who helped me find a dress was so knowledgeable about every dress shape and helped me work inside my impossibly small budget. She spent two relaxed and fun hours with me while I tried on dress after dress and finally found the dress of my dreams.
Also I have a very tight schedule - i only bought my dress 10 weeks before the wedding. Even though I knew that was bad, they never made me feel like it would be the slightest problem. Their seamstress is just around the corner, on the next block over, so my dress never had to be mailed across the country for alterations.
They create such a fun atmosphere and give so much individualized attention to each of their brides... they make us each feel almost like we're their only client. I just can't say enough about how great my experience was there.

They were very helpful and very affordable, but charged me for steaming the dress. I love my dress!

I have mixed feelings about this vendor. Bridal Exclusives is a well priced bridal boutique. It carries some amazing dresses. The workers are good about setting up appointments with you and having you try on all the different types of dresses to make sure that there isn't another dress out there that will look better on you than the one that you are picturing will look great on you. Unfortunately, the shop is very small, so it is tough to get any service when you need to walk in and discuss something about your dress. Also, the manager is sort of a rude woman, but the other girls working there are pretty nice. All the little costs with the dress are the things that get you in a money bind when you are working on your dress budget. Hemming is SO expensive, but the woman at the Bridal Exclusives finishing touches place does a great job. Again, a small place and super super busy even if you have an appointment!

The women who helped me picking out my dress, shoes and veil was very supportive. I went in very nervous but I ended up loving my dress. I felt so beautiful and slender on my wedding day. All the women in the shop were helpful and pleasant. The seamstress did a great job.

I bought my wedding dress at Bridal Exclusives after checking out literally every other bridal store in Portland and within an hour’s drive of Salem. They overall truly had both the best prices and best selection. No other stores carried as much variety, especially the modern type of dress I was looking for. The employees could not have been more helpful (without being annoying), and the store manager even helped me design a change in my dress. I liked that I only put half of the money down in the beginning and the other half after the dress came in. Overall it was the perfect experience; most of the people I know found their perfect wedding dress there also.

I had mixed experiences here at Bridal Exclusives. Choosing the wedding dress was great, and they were very helpful in helping me find "the one." However, the experience with the bridesmaid's dresses was a different story. We placed the order for them and I was given an estimate of about 3 months for them to come in. Well that was fine because I ordered them in January and the wedding wasn't until June. I called about two months after I had ordered them, to check on the progress, and it's a good thing I did! They had forgotten to order them, and since it was now March, they had so many orders it was going to take even longer. Needless to say I was pretty upset when they told me the dresses would "hopefully" be in the week before the wedding. They wound up arriving 2 weeks before the wedding, and they threw in free alterations, but it was still an added stress that no bride needs.

Highly recommended!! The girls were all so nice and very understanding when I went back every other day to try on my dress! My consultant picked out my dress for me after just looking at my body type, and I bought the first dress I tried on!

Great service and prices!

For a lower-end bridal salon, it was adequate. I actually found my dress at Charlottes which had amazing customer service and quality. I chose to ultimately go with Bridal Exclusives because their prices were cheaper and offered a better discount to my bridal party. However, they did screw up part of my order by not ordering sash material that they were making custom for me from the same dye lot as the dress came from. They did not match and I ultimately didn't use them since it was just a few days before the wedding. They did not offer to refund the money or apologize for their mistake. They also failed to notify me when my dress came in which is what they indicated they would do.

I recommend this vendor for those who are on a budget and cannot put quality above price. I went with Bridal Exclusives because their prices were cheaper than another salon that I had originally found my dress at. I saved over $100 on the cost of my dress and they also provided better discounts on the bridesmaid dress then the other salon I was working with. However, the customer service level at Bridal Exclusives was much lower. Additionally, I would not recommend the in-house alterations company they work with. They did not order my dress trim in the same dye lot as my bridesmaid’s dresses so there was not a match in color. Also, the hem of my wedding dress was not at the appropriate length and my shoes are showing in almost all of my pictures. I wanted it touching the floor, as I was wearing sneakers.

Found my dress - this was the seventh store we went to. Super helpful, super friendly. Shipped the dress and slip for very practical cost. Fabulous selection! I went with a Maggie Sottero which I could not have been happier with. Wonderful service.

Bridal Exclusives of Salem, OR offered a wide variety of wedding and bridesmaid dresses at a range of prices. Their shoe selection was smaller, but I still managed to find several that I liked in my size (5, which is usually tough to find). They messed up my order a couple times, first ordering my dress in ivory instead of white, and then ordering it in one size too large. However they fixed the error promptly and gave me a discount on alterations. They also ordered the wrong shoes once, but they fixed that quickly as well. Their bra selection was a little limited, and I ended up ordering mine elsewhere.

My dress was exactly what I wanted. They have a great selection, and good customer service, while you are being helped tou feel like a princess.

I went several other places looking for my dress, but found my perfect one here! They have a great selection and the staff was very helpful in navigating me through their large selection of different styles. Amber was very patient and fun to work with! They also had alterations and all the accessories, which made everything flow very well and made my whole wedding attire experience a great one!

I got a beautiful dress from Bridal Exclusives and I was happy with the service I received in choosing a dress. However, first they ordered the wrong dress which we did not discover until it arrived to be altered. They were able to get right dress in time but it was a little stressful. Also, I had 2 bridesmaids (who were totally different sizes!) out of state and they mixed up their dresses. Luckily, the alteration place that Bridal Exclusives works with was great in helping fix these problems. I was a little frustrated with some of the service I received in trying to fix these problems but overall I was happy with my dress.
