Bridal Extravaganza Show

I got a lot of ideas from this place. I recommend making your own personal labels at home so you don't have to buy the ones there or hand write your information for the vendors. I also got a lot of coupons and information about open houses. This is where I found out about the venue I chose - The Tuscany in Garden Oaks.

This is an excellent place to go to just get ideas about what all is available to you for your wedding. You also might find the vendors you want to use. Even if you don't find what you are looking for, it is still a lot of fun and it gives you a lot of ideas.

A groom's worst nightmare. It was fun for maybe 5 minutes, but there are just too many vendors. My other issue was the long lines to talk to vendors. So you pay for your ticket, plan to get certain vendors checked off of your list & make it home in time for your fiance to let you watch football in peace & you end up stuck in line behind a bunch of women with no significant others and mere hopes of one day having their dream wedding trying to get a bunch of free stuff. This in turn transforms your 3 hours at the bridal show into a full day of torture!

A few of my bridesmaids went. It was just too overwhelming. It was fun to get out, but I'd probably not recommend it if you're really trying to get down to business.

I recommend this to every bride especially early on before the planning starts. This show is like Operation Wedding. It is a fantastic place to formulate ideas and meet with other vendors. There are many opportunitites to win free prizes. Remember comfort is key so wear comfortable shoes.

I went and they had sooo many different booths and things to offer. It is a wonderful idea to attend the show. You get all sorts of decorating ideas, you get to try different caterers, buy dresses at discount and get extra discount on lots of services including music and venue. The only downside is it is not very beneficial to someone who isn’t getting married in Houston or the surrounding area. I got married in San Antonio and was only able to walk away with some ideas for decor and tux brochures.

Zillions and zillions of vendors from traditional to unconventional ideas for weddings of all budgets. I met lots of vendors and it was really helpful to get ideas about prices for wedding venues, photography etc. Go with tennis shoes on and a big bag to put all of your brochures in.

What a Bridal Show to attend the Bridal Extravaganza Show was filled with all types of bridal exhibitors showcasing all of there products all in one building. All of the items we saw were wonderful and we got lots of information on some of the vendors so we could use them in our wedding. Also we learned quite a bit of information on that day as each exhibitor was full of neat ideas to create a perfect wedding. I couldn't believe on how well the place was set up and it was easy to move around and also the building staff working the show were tremendously helpful in assisting us from one direction to another. We got to see lots of examples that really helped us decide on what direction we were going to go with our wedding. So we had a wonderful time visiting the bridal show.

The cost to get in is very expensive. Plus there is not a large variety as advertised.
