Pros include:

I found exactly the dress I wanted. I brought in a picture and the staff found it for me. It turned out to be beautiful and fit wonderfully. The dress was quite inexpensive and very good quality ($525). I also bought my shoes, veil, and jewelry there. There was a lot of selection and the staff was nice.

Cons include:

Do not go there expecting to have one-on-one attention from the staff, especially on the weekend. You will pay a lower price than the pricey boutiques, but won't get the service you would get at a higher end boutique. The dressing rooms are very small and there is not much room for anyone going with you to sit. Also, I don't suggest buying the accessories there. I found them to be overpriced and you cannot return anything even if it still has tags on it and it was only purchased a few days earlier. So be sure that you for sure want what you buy.
