I recently visited Bridal Gallery to find my wedding dress for my wedding next year. The consultants were extremely helpful and very friendly.And with their help (specifically Lauren) I was able to find my dream dress. I am very impressed by how personable they are. I was very surprised to find a card in the mail thanking me for coming in and purchasing my dress. It wasn't just some generic "thank you" either. I will definitely be recommending Bridal Gallery to all of my friends and anyone else I know that is going to be getting married! Thank you ladies for all of your help and thank you Lauren for the wonderful thank you card!

Huge selection and fair prices however the entire set up feels like a free for all at a yard sale. I was also told that the designer of the dress I was interested in was going to be there and had to make an appointment to meet with them for a special fitting which was a total lie. There was no designer and my "fitting" was anything but special. Service was friendly and I have no complaints with the staff however the over all feel of this place resembles an assembly line. If you want personal service and your dress search to be special this is not the place for it.

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Gallery. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and overall it was a great experience from start to finish. I walked in with a few ideas of what I might like, but for the most part I wasn't sure which dresses might look good I me. My consultant Elyse was very helpful in this area. She helped me try on a variety of dresses within my price range and then I told her what I did or didn't like about each dress. She helped me narrow it down from there and found me the PERFECT dress. I liked the helpful but comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery.

I would absolutely recommend shopping at Bridal Gallery for a wedding gown. Although the store's exterior look leaves something to be desired, the inside is clean and nice! Originally I ordered a gown, but changed my mind and ended up ordering a different one. Luckily, they were from the same line/designer and the staff was great with answering my phone calls and I was only charged a $50 restocking fee because they were able to transfer my deposit from the first dress to the second! I also bought my bridal undergarments from here, which the staff was very helpful while trying to help me find the perfect bra! Thank you!

I loved working with Bridal Gallery! Everyone there was so friendly and willing to help! When there was a minor mix up with my veil they were very quick at fixing the it and even cut me a break on cost because it was there mistake. Would recommend any bride to go there!

Working with Bridal Gallery was absolutely fantastic! Judi helped me find my dream dress - I thought I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door, but I wasn't quite so sure after the first few dresses I tried on. Judi totally came to the rescue, and I adored the wedding gown she helped me find. The entire Bridal Gallery team was friendly, helpful, and made the process of finding my dress enjoyable and fun. I also want to point out that the price was very reasonable - gowns can be ridiculously expensive, but Bridal Gallery has a wide array of dresses in several price ranges. I cannot say enough about the genius of Aubrey's ability to make alterations. My dress featured pretty intricate beading and needed quite a bit of tweaking, but Aubrey worked quickly, efficiently and is an amazing seamstress. While I hope I don't need another wedding gown again, I might just stop in to try on dresses and see these wonderful ladies! I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery to anyone in need of a beautiful bridal gown.

I LOVED my dress and everyone commented about how beautiful it was! Bridal Gallery had great service and great quality dresses. I also got my alterations done through them and she did a great job as well!

First off I loved my dress!! and I loved the service that I received at Bridal Gallery. The bridal consultant was very attentive and listened to what I loved about dresses and what I wanted different and helped pick the dress of my dreams! We also got the bridesmaid dresses here and they were great with ordering and helping out when one of my bridesmaids found out she was pregnant and needed more material. The seamstress did a great job on my dress for the minor changes I needed and overall was just a great business to work with. I would recommend this store to all of my friends and have!

I absolutely LOVED my dress and the service when I found it! The girls working were so helpful and so nice! I did feel like when I went to pick up my dress they gave me very poor service. My dress wasnt hanging right in the bag and jewels were hanging from some of the flowers. Also we ordered a hair clip and paid a big price for it and when we received it there was no hair clip on it it was just a flower. When we called to see if they could add it they said they could and when i picked it up and brought it home there was still no clip so then I had to pay my seamstress to make the flower a clip for me after paying $60 for the flower itself. I never complain but I did feel like they had already sold me the dress so they didnt care about it anymore when I went to pick it up. I just wish they would've been more helpful for my final fitting there but other than that every other time I went there they were more than helpful!

I loved my dress! My bridesmaids also got their dresses from here and they were so unique and beautiful.

The Bridal Gallery was a good place to go to find a large selection of gowns. They have hundreds in the store and any bride should be able to find something that they like. Their consultants for the most part are younger college girls, maybe not extremely skilled in finding "the one" or giving you the "say yes to the dress experience". If you have an idea of what you like, this is a good place to go. I got a name brand dress at a reasonable price and would recommend this place to my friends.

I bought my destination wedding dress here and it was perfect for the beach. Great price, quality material and just what I was looking for! The girls at the store were very helpful in helping me find my dream dress, although I wish I would have had more assistance in the fitting room. Overall, an excellent experience!

Very small shop with a lot of dress' crammed in together. Hard to look around because it is so small. Fortunately I knew what I was looking for before I went so I just gave them the #'s and they found the dress for me. They have a pretty good selection and prices are comparable. If you're going to go here, I would have an idea of what you're looking for and definitely make an appointment.

Bridal Gallery is great! When driving down the road it looks so small but once you get in to the store there is so many dresses! Go to Bridal Gallery!

Loved that I found my dress here! They were so nice in helping getting my dress to fit perfect for the wedding day!

Bridal Gallery has so many dresses to choose from and were so helpful as I tried what seemed like them all on. Needless to say I found the perfect dress there and they were so helpful in getting my dress ordered and fitted. I also bought my veil and hair piece. I received a $100 giftcard for the veil and hair piece after purchasing my dress. They were very accomodating and welcoming every single time I went in. I would absolutely reccommend checking out bridal gallery while looking for a dress!

I would recommend bridal gallery to any bride searching for a wedding dress! I loved my dress and it was very affordable. The staff was very friendly but not overwhelming. I liked that you didn't need an appointment to try on dresses or bridesmaid dresses and that there was a shower curtain ring system to select the dresses you wanted to try. This laid-back style was perfect for me. Saturdays were usually fairly busy but during the week was better if you wanted space. I was not crazy about the seemstress and ended up taking my dress elsewhere to be altered. Overall, this place was great and I would recommend them to anyone.

A huge thank you to the lovely ladies at the Bridal Gallery for helping me feel like 'The Bride' on my wedding day. I found my dress at a different salon and found that it was $50 cheaper at Bridal Gallery. After my first fitting (with a wonderful, wonderful seamstress at the store), I had a panic attack thinking they had ordered the wrong gown. Everyone, including the owner of the store, was so sweet as my mom went back in to check everything out and make sure it was ok. It was the right dress and they answered everything question I had and made sure to ensure that we felt comfortable moving forward. Everything went smoothly and the dress looked perfect when I picked it up the week of the wedding. I would send all my family and friends to the Bridal Gallery!

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at The Bridal Gallery. From the outside, you might not think this store will have nice dresses, but you will be blown away by their selection inside. The Bridal Gallery will hold trunk shows for some of its designers, which is an excellent time to go if you know the designer you want. My dream dress was from the Allure Couture line and was from a couple seasons ago...but the staff was able to special order my dress and it didn't break the bank! When it came time for alterations, the seamstress knew exactly what she was talking about and wanted to make your dress fit you. I didn't have to pull up my dress once during the whole wedding! Excellent store!

Loved my experience here! Went in there to try on bridesmaids dresses and ended up getting my dress there as well 6 months later. They have a large selection and their prices are good and made even cheaper if you pay all up front. They helped me order a custom veil and everything came in sooner than they promised. Everyone was friendly and they steamed my dress and veil for me before the big day. Would reccommend to anyone!!

Bridal Gallery has amazing customer service. I liked the fact that I didn't have to set up a specific appointment to look at dresses. Other places in the area were difficult to deal with, and while my parents live in Grand Rapids, I live in Chicago so it was very easy for me to stop in to Bridal Gallery to look at dresses while I was in town. They referred me to an excellent alterations lady and I couldn't be happier with my wedding dress. It arrived exactly when they said it would. I'd highly reccomend this store to other brides.

I was very shocked when i received a call 1 week after getting measured for my dress. It had come in by some freak way that quickly. When I went to try my dress on, it was almost 4 sizes too small. I had to take my dress to a seamstress and have her rebuild the whole thing, changing the back of the dress and using the extra material from the bottom and shawl to make my dress work! I was very disappointed in their customer service and their attitude was you signed for the measurements, so it's your problem. Funny thing is I had lost 15 pounds after I was measured. My seamstress and I got on the dress designer's website and saw what the measurements were for my size dress and then measured the dress. What do you know, the tag was either incorrect or they didn't order the right way!

Although it's a very small building, I found so many great dresses at Bridal Gallery. Their selection is large, and they even have several dresses you can buy right off the rack. The customer service was excellent, and we were attended to every moment of our visit. They steamed my dress before the wedding, and I am thrilled I came across this shop!

I had looked for dresses at several other stores only to be disappointed by the plus size selections until I drove up and just dropped by Bridal Gallery. The selection was impressive and took up several racks! The staff is very helpful and pulled at least 15 - 20 dresses of my choice (from a selection of at least 75 to 100) to try on. They will help you with every detail or also let you try on and see how you feel on your own. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't followed around the store and that my mom and I were allowed to wander and see what we liked. Order time was faster than expected, alterations were amazing, they special ordered and rushed a veil for me (last minute decision on my part) and were truly a pleasure to deal with. The owner was there on most occasions and was also professional and nice to deal with. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

I was extremely happy with my experience at Bridal Gallery. The associate that helped me during my first visit pulled dozens of dresses until we found the perfect dress. The pricing was great, the staff was incredible and the seamstress was so helpful!
I purchased my bridal gown and bridesmaid dress from them and would recommend to anyone in the West Michigan area.

The selection of dresses were wonderful, and the sales attendant that helped me, Becky, was phenomenal! My seamstress Aubrey, did a quick and wonderful job, it was the dress of my dreams and I found it at the Bridal Gallery :)

The atmosphere at Bridal Gallery is so comfortable and informal. I didn't care for the stuffiness of some of the "higher end" bridal salons. The staff will assist you as you look through the dresses on the racks, but they won't smother you. Once you're ready to try them on, the staff was very helpful in fitting, suggesting veils. Our daughter's dress was gorgeous, and I know my husband was thrilled it cost $800, not thousands like the magazines promote. Dress came in on time, no surprizes, would recommend highly.

Fantastic! Loved this place! Very helpful and gave me an honest opinion on what looked the best and even what didn't. Selection is huge and they are good at choosing what looks great on different body types. I would go back to these guys in a heart beat... or atleast recommend a friend! :)

Great selection and service. The just seem to get a little busy during summer, and less attention to detail is paid to the bride and/or bridesmaids.

Found an amazing dress on clearance in my size and bought it the same day. I was able to bring the dress to a seamstress who added lace and a sash to create my dream dress. Great values!

I was a budget minded Bride with a set idea of the style dress I wanted, what I was willing to pay. Bridal Gallery has a vast selection of gowns from informal to opulent. I was looking for an informal, off the rack dress. I was pleased to find that they didn't just have offered a couple of out of style dresses, but instead there was a row of dresses in all sizes. I found the perfect dress; it was somewhere between informal & semi-formal, simple, yet elegant, in my size, and an even better price point than I could have hoped!

Let me start by saying that when I began looking for a wedding dress I had no clear idea of what I wanted. So, what I first appreciated about the Bridal Gallery was that they didn't seem to mind that I wanted to try on about every dress in the store. Then, months later, when I finally decided on a dress that I found at another store, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Bridal Gallery now had it, and at half the price! After that and working with their wonderful staff, I decided to purchase all of the dresses for the wedding through the Bridal Gallery. They were a great value as well as just nice to work with.

A discontinued Mori Lee was the bridal gown I wanted! I called just about every bridal shop looking for this exact one in a size close to mine. Finally, I found it at Bridal Gallery. The price was right because it was discontinued, so I ran right there. The quality of service? What service? They handed me the dress and told me fitting rooms were in the back.... They never came to check to see how I was doing, the employees were all gathered around chatting, and they never asked if I wanted a nice bag to carry it home in. The only reason I bought my dress there was because it was the only place near me that carried it and ordering online was not an option.......

I loved working with Bridal Gallery. After ordering my dress & my bridesmaids dresses I received a hand written thank you card for choosing them! The dresses even came in a little earlier than expected and everything was perfect.

They were very helpful when picking out my dress. When the manufacturer shipped the wrong the dress, they were quick to find out what happened and assured me they would fix it. Everything turned out fine, the dress was beautiful, the alterations were perfect.

Judy and the whole staff were excellent to work with! We loved the dress and they did such a great job with alterations and the whole nine yards! They even helped and were flexible because I live in California and was only there occasionally! Great place! Huge selection and great help!

I loved Bridal Gallery! From the first time I went in, I knew that I would love it. It isn't as fancy as some of the others, but their attitude toward brides is what sold me (AND, the millions of dresses!). I had visited other bridal shops where the bridal consultants followed me around, asking way too many questions (I DON'T KNOW what kind of dress I want, I have to see them, feel them, try them on!!!!). But at Bridal Gallery, they show you around, then give you rings so you can browse for as long as you like and put the rings around the hangers of the dresses that catch your fancy. Also, I must say that all of my visits after I bought my dress here were just as good as the first one. About two months before my wedding, I noticed that my veil was damaged, so I called them up, they told me to come in and they exchanged it right then and there, no questions asked, no cost to me! Saved me from having a meltdown :)

We purchased both our daughter's wedding gown and veil at Bridal Gallery and my mother of the bride Dress. We were pleased with how well they treated us, the alterations and the timely fashion in which everything arrived. They were very pleasant to work with.

They were awesome! I tried on like 20 dresses before I found mine and they were great the entire time! I even got my bridemaid dresses from there and it was awesome! It was the best experience ever and I have been in many weddings! I would recommend it to ANYONE!!

The selection at Bridal Gallery is GREAT...so much so that I was willing to drive myself and my mom and sister 3 1/2 hours one way downstate to check it out =D Their customer service sucks...seriously, they might want to work on that! If they had comment cards I would have filled one out...they put the dresses I wanted to try on into the dressing room for me, but that was IT! The employees were all huddled around a size 2 customer "oooohhhing and ahhhhing" over how beautiful she looked to help me into one single dress..so thankfully my mom was there to help me lace up my dresses! I'm not saying I needed them doting over me at all...but seriously A LITTLE HELP would have been nice....instead ALL of the employees were just standing around this one girl doing nothing....no joke...I wasn't the only customer who wasn't being helped by the employees that day either! However, the Bridal Gallery did carry Mori Lee (none of the Bridal Stores carry Mori Lee where I live) so I was able to try on and order my DREAM DRESS!!!!! YAY the dress took 4 months to come in...I had to call THEM to see if it was in. They did not call me...which I thought should have been the other way around...and when I did call them, they acted as though it was a big CHORE to just LOOK if my dress was in....which it was in so I guess I was glad I called since they obviously didn't do their job and CALL ME when it came in! My mom, sister, niece, and I drove the 3 1/2 hour drive back down to get it in a blizzard (February in MICHIGAN...it was bad..but still it was the only weekend we all had to go downstate) We get there which was more like 4 1/2 hours cause of the weather and I walk in and I tell the woman behind the counter "Hi I'm here to pick up my dress" and she says "Ok" She goes and gets my dress..and hands it to me...and I was like "Um can I try it on?" Wouldn't that be assumed with a wedding dress? I don't know maybe not...she said "Yea go ahead" so I go back to the room...and we're just kind of standing there..my mom finally said "Am I supposed to help you get into it?" I was like "I guess so" all the employees were just standing around the front counter gossiping. So my mom laced me up and I went out and did my little twirl and my mom took pictures and whatnot. None of the employess offered to help me with viels or shoes or accessories...(like I had seen them do with the size 2 girl the time we went down to try on dresses) so MY MOM then helped me out of my dress, MY MOM put my dress back into my bag. My sister tried on some bridesmaid dresses and my niece tried on some flower girl dresses and the employees did absolutely NOTHING to assist us. We did end up ordering a Bridesmaid Dress and a Flower girl dress..but NOT from the Bridal Gallery.....if it weren't for them having my dress (which by the way was PERFECT in every way...and if ANYONE else around here sold Mori Lee we would have bought it from them!) we wouldn't have even bought that there-VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!..but they did sell my dress so I guess that was the only plus to the whole situation =D My awesome dress that I love-even though the Bridal Store sucked =P

All of the representatives were very helpful here. The selection for bridal gowns was great! Not as many choices for bridesmaids/mothers of the bride but a decent variety if name brands.

My only complaint was the seamstress here. Not only the cost but the service, professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done. I would recommend taking your dress elsewhere if it needs to be altered and even steamed. I picked up my dress and all was finally good but it took a lot of stress to make it fit right. I did have to take it somewhere else to steam it again.

I stumbled upon my wedding gown at Bridal Gallery, and though I continued to shop to be sure it was "the One," it didn't take long to determine that it was. I had great service there, and didn't feel rushed or pushed by the sales people. The only hitch I ran into was with getting fittings and alterations completed (I live out of state, and was only in Grand Rapids on weekend, when fittings aren't available), but the Bridal Gallery recommended a seamstress that they work with who would be able to do an early morning fitting over a holiday weekend. She was excellent, and I wound up with a gorgeous, perfect-fitting gown.

I was one of the those brides that took awhile to find her dress. I had gone to three different shops that had some pretty dresses but weren't the right ones for me. I finally found my perfect dress at Bridal Gallery. They have a lot of dresses to choose from. I liked how they had dresses you could order or buy now, plus ones on clearance. There prices were about average and comparable to other shops. They also let me keep my dress there until I took it to my seamstress.

But the best part was that I ordered my dress 4 months before my wedding and I ended up getting it in 2 weeks. The company Bridal Gallery goes through had it in stock so I was able to get it right away. I got VERY LUCKY. New brides please note this is very rare and always get your dress well in advance.

Bridal Gallery was a great place to get my wedding dress. They were very friendly and not pushy at all. They gave me my space to try on my dress. They were very quick with alterations and calling me to know when my dress was ready.

I was very disappointed with Bridal Gallery. We had gone in to order my wedding dress almost 8 months before the wedding. I had picked out my dream dress and had it ordered and 4 months later the dress came in and I got a call that it was the wrong dress. They said that the manufacturer had messed up and sent the wrong dress. They offered to have a new one shipped but said it would be here within two weeks of my wedding! My only option was cross my fingers and hope it came in time or to take the store sample at a discounted price. I went in the next day to make sure the in store sample looked clean with no discoloration or beading coming undone and the dress looked just fine, but when it came time for the discount, they offered me only $100 off a $1000 dress that had been tried on probably more than 50 times! Not only that, the girl who had actually ordered the dress came up and apologized to me and said she had written the wrong dress number down! They had tried to pawn it off on the manufacturer and say it was there fault when it was the store employee the entire time. After I let the manager know the whole situation she still only gave me an extra $100 off. So I got a dress that had been used for 4 months in store for only $200 off. I was very unhappy and to make matters worse the alterations were horrible! They have a lady come in and do them in store and I ended up having five fittings and on the day of my wedding it still wasn't right. I would not recommend in anyway shape or form on getting your dress altered here. I understand mistakes happen with dresses so I would still recommend the store but just be careful.

They were very helpful!!! With only two months to find a wedding dress they were very helpful. They called at least 8 warehouses looking for different dresses in my size. In the end I found my dream dress when other stores called my hunt futile.

I was looking for a dress that was unique and not strapless like so many you see now, and I found it at Bridal Gallery. From the moment I entered the door, they were extrememly helpful and provided a personalized touch. I found my bridesmaids' dresses there too, and all were reasonable. It seems like there is something for everyone here. The seamstress they recommended for alterations was such a sweetheart! I would definitely recommend Bridal Gallery to any bride.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff was so helpful and attentive, and they had a huge selection. Even tons of clearance dresses that were beautiful! They helped me pick out dresses, get new ones (continually), and even provided helpful opinions and insights. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. As a bride, I looked through DOZENS of bridal shops, but the Bridal Gallery was exceptional.

They have a great selection of dresses from some of the best designers. The dress came in on time and they did a great job of helping me find a dress that looked great on me. The seamstress, however, should work on her customer service skills. After explaining that I had 2 pairs of shoes to wear for the night she told me I "couldn't have my cake and eat it too." and that I "only needed one pair of shoes, any more than that was being silly."

I would tell any woman getting married to go to Bridal Gallery to get her wedding gown or even her bride's maids dresses. They even sell dresses just for dances in general. They have top notch service and will let you know every detail possible about anything. They help you find a seamstress for alterations and will help you every step of the way. From head to toe. They have something for everyone. They have shoes, veils, head pieces, DRESSES GALORE for any age and size, jewelry, etc. I went to other places and they just didn't stand out like the ladies at Bridal Gallery. Thanks to them, I had the most wonderful dress ever! Thanks!!

I was very impressed with the service here. I loved my dress and was very impressed with the alterations. My girls were very happy with their dresses as well. They looked wonderful.

I bought my dress off the rack there for a steal - great deals! My first shop, first dress I picked out. LOVED it :)

They were very nice to me. I bought of the rack cause I waited till alst minute but they were helpful. I also got my matron of honors dress there. Very nice People

They were very helpful and patient. It is not the most elegant bridal shop but it does house a lot of different dresses. The prices are pretty good. For instance if you buy the dress on the spot you get it at a lesser price. If you have to order it then it is a little more. I was very pleased with my experience here.

This was the worst expirence ever! The service was awful! I went 5 weeks before my wedding with all of my bridesmaids expecting to pick up the dresses only to find out they had not even been started on alterations! The seamstress was really rude! Anytime that i had to call for questions on the dresses they were snotty and I had to be the one to call them when they never called to give me prices on alterations! I did in turn get my money back for their screw up but that was the only plus side to using them!

They were exceptional with their service and price on their dresses. I was only engaged for 8 weeks and they were able to get my dress very quickly and it was great quality.

This place had a TON of dresses all categorized by style, which I thought was wonderful, because you only had to look through whatever styles you want, instead of picking through all the ugly ones! haha :) The people were very helpful as well, and my dress came in about 5 WEEKS after I ordered it!!

The staff at Bridal Gallery were great!! They were very helpful as I was looking for that "dream dress" and the alteration process was fantastic. My sister also got her dress there was was very pleased as well.

I highly recommend Bridal Gallery. They have a huge selection in any price range, but overall their prices are much better than a place like David's Bridal, and the dresses are much more unique. All of the staff have great taste and will help you to select the perfect dress for you. They also have an on-site seamstress to make everything go smoothly. I absolutely loved my dress!

At the time, I was about 60 pounds heavier than I am now and I thought finding a dress that would flatter my figure and look stylish would be a bad experience. My now husband and I went together, as he would let me know what looked good on me and what didn't. I didn't have any family living in the same state as us, so I figured he, as my best friend would help. The selection was great, even if I did need a size 18. I found the perfect dress within an hour. I did try on about 8 dresses and sure enough the one I bought was one of the first ones I saw. I would highly recommend this store.

They had the dress of my dreams! The service was pretty good, but a little bit off putting. Fabulous selection, which is what really mattered to me.
