The ladies at Bridal Lane are very easy to work with! They were accurate in their measurements. They were very helpful in answering my questions and making sure I was satisfied with my dress!

We got our bridesmaids dresses from Bridal Lane and loved them! The ladies there are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dress for any special occasion!

They were fabulous. I can't say it enough, but I really loved working with them. I can't imagine having to get my dress from anywhere else! They were willing to beat the price of another bridal shop, and all their prices were reasonable. I didn't pay an arm and a leg for a gorgeous dress!

I had went to every bridal shop from Grand Rapids to Detroit and was quite pleased with Bridal Lane. I had actually found the dress I wanted at a different bridal shop and then ordered it at Bridal Lane. They offer 10% off if you pay in full and it was definitely worth it by the price of my dress. It was annoying how far the drive was from my house but that's not their fault. They we pretty good about everything I needed. I actually found the perfect shoes and jewelry here too. Even more, they have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses. We went to a lot of stores but my girls loved theirs by far. I was very pleased with Bridal Lane.

The best shop in the world! one of the first places I looked. Found my dress and came back almost 6 months later after looking at every other store in the area. The Service was excellent, the staff is nice, sweet and caring. I got my wedding dress, shoes, and bridesmaid dresses here. Plus they work with Bunny Tuxedo so I was able to do everything in one store, LOVE IT!
They just opened a new shop across the street from the old one and it is even better with more room to look and relax.

The Bridal Lane has awesome dresses. Way more selection than David's Bridal.You will get a more unique dress there.In addition the staff is great. They will help you in any way that they can.My only complaint is that my dress took almost 5 months to come in.

I would not recommend the bridal lane to anyone. I got my bridesmaid dresses there, and the whole thing was a complete disaster. They were not flexible, and would not offer to help with a great problem that was the manufactures fault. They treated my bridesmaids with disrespect, and I was extremely unhappy with how they handled my situation. I will never recommend this place to anyone that I know!

Overall, my experience at the Bridal Lane was great. They gave me a discounted price on my dress so that they would have the lowest price in the area. Ordering was easy, and you do not have to pay in full in order to get a discount like you do at some other bridal shops. My dress came in in average time (about 4 months). Staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.I did not have the Bridal Lane do my alterations; I found a private party with whom I had previous experience to do it at a more reasonable cost. Because of this, I can not attest to the quality of their alteration services. I can say, though, that the estimate on alterations for my dress (only shortening the hem and bustling my train) was outrageous!

Bridal Lane is Awsome! They are so friendly and professional. They make sure you have everything covered as far as dresses and accessories (which are much cheaper than other places). My dress was amazing, make sure to shop around to find the perfect dress, but order for Bridal Lane, because they handle most brands and lines and they are very reputable, they make sure your order comes in on time.

Sweet little shop with excellent service, good selection, and able to order from a wide range of companies. I found the perfect color for my bridesmaids, the PERFECT bridal gown for myself, and it all came with plenty of time for alterations and no stress. (My wedding was planned in just under 5 months.) The staff suggested an excellent seamstress for alterations that was professional, agreeable, and did a wonderful job! I tell everyone about Bridal Lane.

They were great. I got my wedding dress and my flower girl dresses from there. I got a discount on BOTH, and my wedding dress was a very good brand for a VERY good price. They helped me out in any and every way they could.

Bridal Lane has helped with many family and friend weddings. We have worked with many brides who have used them and everyone has nice things to say about the staff, selection, and pricing. Bridal Lane offers our tuxedos and they do a great job at that too.
