Ordering my dress from Bridal Manor was the worst experience of my wedding planning. My dress came in and it had a ton of problems, but they did not look for solutions, only tried to blame us for the mistakes. Mistakes happen, it is how we handle them is the important part. The one bright spot at Bridal Manor is the seamstress. She is extremely talented and was able to fix all of the problems we had. I would never recommend this company.

I went in Bridal Manor and gave a few specifics of what I wanted my dress to look like...and within seconds LeDane found one on the rack that was perfect! Although my alterations were not done properly the first time (make sure you are SUPER explicit about exactly what you want to change), they fixed them to the best of their ability (once again LeDane was the most helpful with this).

I never expected to find my wedding dress here but, I found the one and the price was very reasonable. Staff was nice however, I can see how some people may be offended. Fortunately, i didn't need any alterations and they only had to add the bustle. One thing that bothered me is that since they are in a historic building, they are not required to have handicap access.

I bought my beautiful gown for 900 dollars. The selection was great for bridal gowns but not so much for bridesmaids. They only had up to like size 6 or 8 and they runs small to begin with. Who wants to order a dress without trying it on? I was supposed to get free alterations on all dresses for a certain promotion I came across. When I suddenly lost 18 pounds 1 1/2 month from my wedding I was questioned why I wanted to try on my dress again, and asked me in front of my whole family. What if I would of been pregnate and gained weight and didnt want anyone to know? I tried it on and it was very loose at the top. When I mentioned an alteration they said "you do know that it is going to cost you something". I caught the owner and ledaine in the back room talking about me when I accidently walked in the wrong room. Down to the point: very rude, not helpful, sarcastic and once they get your money they are basically done with you even if you did spend $2,000 at there store. Dont go here people.

They were wonderful. Everyone who helped me was nice, no attitude, always there to answer my questions. My dress came in on time, as did my maids. They were definitely worth driving over the bridge for. :)

I purchased $300 in crystals, for my bridesmaids. I had them tested later on only to find out they were FAKE! IT was disappointing to know that they had sold me about $3.00 worth of jewelry for $300!I also asked them to hem my dress where I wouldn't step on it when I walked. I get going down the aisle at my wedding, and trip!!!They did NOT hem my dress like I asked them to!They also lied to me and said that all my alterations were going to be $30 when I purchased the dress. yet when I returned to have the alterations made, they charged me $90! I recommend this place ONLY if you are looking to be ripped off and lied to!

Staff wasn't particularly friendly, but the selection was good (bridesmaid dresses and wedding gowns) and so were the prices. I got an appointment during their 1/2 off sale of sample dresses and was very pleased with the discount and quality of the dresses available.
