My fiance wanted a 6 month engagement and many dress places I called would not even make my appointment. Melissa at the Bridal Mart was EXTREMELY helpful and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. She was attentive and patient with me (and my mom) when picking out the right dress. I love my dress and appreciate everything the Bridal Mart did to get me my dress in time for our wedding!! Very reasonably priced!!

I definitely recommend Bridal Mart to any bride on a budget who still wants a dress that is high-quality and unique. What I found refreshing about BridalMart was that they had a huge selection of dresses that I had never seen---and they were very reasonably priced. Unlike the experiences I had at David's Bridal & Alfred Angelo, the staff at Bridal Mart really seemed to listen to what I was looking for rather than bringing me dresses they thought I would like. They have a large selection of dresses in every size. They never asked me to try on a dress that was too big or small, which was also different than many bridal gown stores.

Customer service was hit and miss. A lot of looking around by yourself.

I really liked Bridal Mart. This was the first place I came to try on gowns, and I actually bought the very first dress I tried on. The consultant I worked with, Ronnie, let me wander through the racks and pick a few different dresses to try on; I really liked that I didn't have someone breathing down my neck while I looked at dresses. The prices are right, and the in-house alterations business, called Simply Elegant, was really good. The only thing I didn't love was the lay-away program. While I really liked that you could store the gown at Bridal Mart while you paid off a little each month, I thought it was kind of weird that you were not allowed to try on your dress again until it was all paid off. We didn't really need the lay-away aspect; we took advantage of the program just so we could store the dress there. It would have been nice to try on the dress during that time period. However, this was the only small downside to Bridal Mart, and overall I was very happy with them.

The ladies at Bridal Mart in Rancho Cordova, CA are excellent! They helped me find the dress of my dreams and made me feel so good about everything!

i really liked the the price i got for my dress. but the people who help was not all there.the was a couple more ladies there buying wedding gowns and theirs costed way more then mine. so they got more attention then i did. i stayed in the dressing room for a good 10 min til someone came and help me zip up. they told me they were short of staff. watever it didn't bother me .i found my dress...

This place was absolutely terrible. I'm still not sure on certain things, since I just ordered my dress. I was told that my dress was by Allure Bridal, the dress was really pretty, she pulled it and it looked great, but when I checked the Allure Bridal website, I could not find my dress anywhere.
I don't really know what to say about the issue, I love my dress and it looks really great with my figure, but I just feel like I got conned a little with the designer name.
The lady that helped me, was really pushy and she was honestly a little ghetto (if that's possible with an older white lady) and she yelled at the other girls, maybe in an attempt to impress me? But I did find my dress, and I guess that's the point. I know it's asking a little much being that I was a little behind schedule in ordering my dress, but I just expected something a little bit more professional.
The place itself is pretty terrible looking, it honestly needs some updating (i.e. silk, faded flowers are not cute). I probably could have just purchased the dress that I wanted from Maggie Sottero (Janessa) for a few more hundred dollars from Bianca's Bridal in Modesto, CA, where I bought my prom dress 6 years ago, but I was already there and the dress looked similar enough.
My suggestion would be to only go there if you're planning on purchasing a dress of the rack, that selection is pretty decent.

I bought my dress with Bridal Mart and they didnt call me when the dress was in I had to call them to see when or if it was there. When i got my dress some of the beads were coming off and the dress was way to big for me in the chest. They were not very helpful at all. the only thing i can say good about this place is the price.

I wasn't impressed with the gowns they carried or the service I received there.

I bought my dress, veil, and then shoes at the Bridal Mart. I got great deals and loved my dress. My only issue was purchasing shoes from them. I thought that I wouldn't have any problem getting the shoes dyed (FYI it can be very hard to find a place to get them dyed), and when I called back to the Bridal Mart a few days after searching through the phone book for a place to get shoes dyed, they told me they do dye shoes but I would have had to have asked when I purchased the shoes, I couldn't bring them in after the fact to get them dyed. I was a little annoyed I wish they had told me that when I bought them instead of then having to search high and low for a place to get them dyed.

They advertise themselves as one of the best discount warehouses, but they seem a little outdated, not only with their decorative sense and old wooden dressing rooms, but their dress selection as well. They organize by size not style, which my or may not be something you like. When I called to make an appointment I was told that they had destination dresses but when I was there I only found two truly informal destination-style dresses. Plus for a place that claims to be discount I found them to be one of the more expensive places on my bridal store extravaganza.

Bridal Mart has a great selection of Wedding Gowns and Bridesmaid dresses in every color and size. My Wedding Gown was the 4th one I tried on - it was perfect! I picked out the Bridemaids' dresses the same day. The styles complimented each other beautifully. I had to get $400 worth of alterations - but they were worth it! My gown fit like a glove on my Wedding day.Our guests raved about my gown and the dresses. Bridal Mart is a place to check out in the Sacramento-area.

I found the perfect dress at Bridal Mega Mart the first time I went there. It was an order dress, since they do have some, in addition to the in stock dresses. It came in right when they said it would. I bought my veil there, and it was beautiful. It was hand made, like most of the ones they have there. The tulle that it was made from was so soft! I had ordered a cheaper one online, but it was so stiff and un-bride-like that I sent it back right away and paid a little bit more for the one from Bridal Mega Mart.I also used the alterations company that is located in the same building and they were great, although a little pricey.

Not impressed. This place is a place that someone with EXTREME patience can shop. The selections are completely scattered and confusing and frustraiting to go through, there are quite a bit, but alot of the styles are OUT OF DATE! They need better organization, more color selections and WAY MORE SIZES! I would hate to walk in this place again...dreaded.

Went shopping for a bridal gown and we ended up stopping at Bridal Mart Super Stores. The Ladies running the shop were helpful and very ambitious in helping us find my bridal gown. The selection was really good and also they had gowns in all price ranges. I ended up getting a very beautiful gown and a reasonable price. The ladies running the shop were very helpful and I am very satisfied with my experience with them.

We stopped here once on the way to Tahoe. This was when we first got engaged. The store seemed nice but I didn't care too much for the dresses. They have other vendors in there as well, kind of like a continuous bridal faire.

They aren't very professional there. Yes, they provide the same service as all other bridal shops but they seem to rush you in and out of your dresses, not giving you much time to decide whether this dress is "the one." For the cost, yes, they were just okay but nothing spectacular. They also never answered the phone everytime I called.

I got my wedding gown here and it was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't believe the choices they had and the prices. I found this dress and it was within my budget and I have to say my husband was very shocked to see me. If you have time to look through dresses, go to Bridal Mart, because they have selections that will blow you away.

My shopping experience was so easy and painless that I would send anybody to Bridal Mart. I found the dress I just loved the 2nd day I went into the store. And the staff catered to my every need! The alterations took only 4 weeks and I was thrilled with the outcome.

I drove to the bridal mart in sacramento from reno and I found my dress here. They have a pretty good selection but they are floor models. They charged us a storage fee for each day that we left it there. They also made a lot of promises that they didn't follow through with. First, the told me that they would have it cleaned and repaired when I came to pick it up. When we got there it was still filthy. Next they swore to me that every dress had an extra 2 inches incase it needed to be taken out. Well they were wrong. When it went in for the alteration, it only had 1/16" of extra fabric, so the entire back of my dress had to be redone. I really love my dress but wish I had gotten it elsewhere because of all the trouble it was. I guess that's what I get for shopping at a mega-low-mall

This is a bridal attire "warehouse" so while you can get some great deals, you are very limited and restricted by what they have in the store that's in your size. I got a lovely off-season gown for about 600 that would normally have been 1200. The consultants are helpful, thoughtful, responsive, and not at all pushy. I would not use their in-house alterations however, as they charge a screaming fortune and do not care what the dress looks like after first alteration, since they've already got their money. Alterations by Patina is nearby and much better.

Great store to pick any formal dress I purchased my wedding dress here and you had a lot of choices to chose from

Bridal Mart is a place where you get what you pay for. The dresses are nice and they are cheaper than other places. I loved my dress, it was one of the higher end dresses from Bridal Mart. The service is good before you purchase a dress and then once they have you buying a dress, they stop treating you so well. I had a nightmare with my bridesmaid dresses with them. They told me the wrong date when I could order dresses by and then they all had to be rush ordered and extra money was spent and they wouldn't cover the cost even though they told me the wrong date. The sales woman somehow threw away some of my girl's information and said it was my fault and I told her to throw it away. It was a bad experience and very stressful.

It was fine, nothing spectacular, and I found my dress off the rack there and it only needed hemming and bustling. A little pricier than I expected, and a little more high-pressure sales than I wanted, but it turned out fine.

I was not impressed! 5 MOB dresses and one rack of FG dresses, I was hoping to have tons to choose from!

This was a great place to get a dress. In fact, I went, as a fluke, the day after I got engaged and found my dress! It was the last one I put on and was perfect! The price was incredible and they also have on site alterations so it was great. We also got our invitations done there, we had "save the date" magnets done, I got my shoes, purse, veil, headpiece, unity candle, guest book etc. there as well. The only problem we had, and it wasn't really a problem, was apparently you can "rent" space there for them to keep your dress, so that it doesn't get ruined at home. It is humidity controlled etc., and they will hold it for you. Well, we paid for the dress in full the day we found it, and so apparently once you do that you can't rent a space for them to hold the dress for you. I thought that was really strange and not cool. They did help us out by holding it for us a bit longer than usual, until we had some alterations done, but it seemed really strange. My mother also got her mother-of-the bride dress and shoes there as well.

I went around looking for dresses for months and once I went to bridal mart I knew this was where I wanted I purchase a dress. The selection and prices were very reasonable, I would definitely recommend this place to purchase wedding dresses. The only pressure is they might not have the dress you like the next week so there is a lot of pressure to buy when you like a dress. But they do get new styles often so it took me a couple trips to find the one I really liked. When you find the perfect dress you will know so do not get pressured to something you are not sure about. One bad experience was after you purchase your dress the service is not that great. I spent $1600.00 on my dress and it was a little more expensive then most the dresses they had, but once i purchased it they were not as friendly. You can tell they are on commision.

The sales lady that followed me around was very pushy and starting to stress me out. I didn't trust her opinion because she kept trying to sell me accessories when I told her I needed to find a dress first to make sure the style matched, and she was only showing me the more expensive gowns which were out of my budget and styles she liked but that I had told her over and over again that I don't like. Once I was firm with her and told her to back off and let me and my mother decide together and alone on my dress the experience was better. She did help me carry the dresses into the dressing area and found me a slip and bra to borrow for trying the dresses on which was very nice of her. I found a veil and purse and the most beautiful set of earrings and necklace that was so beautiful and antique looking that everyone was asking if it was passed on from my grandmother or great-grandmother. I ended up storing my dress there at the Bridal Mart for about a month but the price for storage was very low, something like 27 cents a day. They also had someone there in the store that does the alterations and was able to alter my dress twice as well as press it for me. If you like people telling you what to do and that would steer you in the right direction this is the perfect place for you. If you don't but can have the courage to speak up and tell them to back off this could also be a great place for you. I figure getting the perfect wedding dress was worth the experience I had with that lady at the beginning and I would reccommend this place. Just maybe take someone with you so the salesladies won't be able to pressure you into something you don't want. I don't know if they work on commission but their actions sure made it seem so.

I found my dream dress on the first day looking. The staff was very professional and assigned a woman to help me. There was no pressure at all, it was a wonderful experience. They had a very large selection of dresses in every size and style you can imagine. They also have dresses that are more modest especially marked. They also have great sales, so check those out. I went in expecting to pay around $600 and only spent $100. I also bought my garter and slip from them.
