Tux One and Bridal

The young ladies and manager at Tux One were friendly and attentive to all my requests. After trying on about nine dresses we found my dress. Wow what a dress. Renting a dress was the best. There is no way I would have paid what my dressed costed retail. I got a flabolous gown with all the bling that I love. My rental package came with 3 accessories. The earrings were a perfect match. And yes I even rented a garter that was so cute.

My husband got his tuxedo from Tux One. We didn't know anything about them because the appointment was scheduled by our wedding chapel. I'm so glad they made our appointment here instead of one of the other places in Las Vegas. The tuxedo appointment went smooth and we were able to pick out the perfect tux in about 20 minutes and take it with us when we left the store. I was worried that we would have to wait forever on alterations because my husband is 6'4" and wears a size 13 shoe, but apprently they have a huge stock because we were able to get the tux we wanted and walk out the door with it with no alterations needed.

The biggest reason I am happy we had Tux One is because after getting to pur hotel and unpacking my wedding dress that we brough from Florida I found that it was BEYOND wrinkled even though the bridal shop in FL swore it wouldnt be. I called Tux One and they were able to steam my dress and have it back to within a few hours!

Horrible experience. Mostly high school age girls work there, so don't expect a professional experience. Never took my measurements, and as a result, we ordered the wrong size dress, which they wouldn't return. Also, they were supposed to order extra fabric for me (so I could add sleeves to the dress) and after being assured that it would be ordered and that I would get a phone call to confirm, the fabric was never ordered. No one apologizes or anything, and I had to call 4 times to speak with a manager. When the dress finally got in (no one called to tell me it was in, I had to keep calling every week to see if it was there yet), they told me I still owed a balance on the dress! I had paid it off when I ordered it, a month before. Still, they insisted I still owed them hundreds of dollars, and again I had to call 3 times to speak with a manager and get them to look up the receipt. Unprofessional and rude. Avoid.

Wow. What a great store. We were so happy to find a gown in stock that fit my dreams. We also got our tuxedo there and the whole process took about an hour. I recommend this company to anyone especially those people without alot of time.

Could not ask for better service and quality. I loved my dress! Got all the alterations done there and even the tux's. One stop shopping with a very friendly, helpful staff. Even did last minute changes.
