Bridal Rings Co.

We ended up here by chance, after being turned away from Icing on the Ring because they were too crowded (but were still very polite and professional). When we walked in, Bridal Rings Co. was also very busy, but right away we were greeted by Paula and Jay, the owners. Paula was very helpful as I picked between tons of rings, and then Ned helped us pick the diamond. They have a large selection of rings and diamonds, as well as very good prices. They also offer unlimited warranty and free cleaning as part of their service. We ended up with a very nice ring, the rock within our specs, and a price that was lower than we expected. :D

Update: we had to go back a few times as we had some problems with the ring (small diamond on the side falling off). It fell off three times and three times they fixed them as promised and with no complains. But I did take a star away for durability.

If you have any hang ups about shopping in downtown LA, have no fear. Their location is on an upper level of a nice, secure building. Not the cheapie places on the street level. Jay is the co-owner I believe, that assisted us. We arrived just as they were closing but they allowed us in (smart move). Other shops in the building didn't even greet us as we walked in (too bad for them, lost thousands) since it was close to closing time. They were very patient and we ordered our custom ring that day!
