I started out by booking Adrienne after scheduling a trial. My hair trial went fine so to book my date she required a $90 fee for the trial plus $100 deposit to hold the date and she said it would go towards any services she did on the day of the wedding.
Well thats not what happened! She did my hair as well as my moms hair. I guess since I was busy being the bride and getting ready she told my mom the total was $140 for both of our hair styles.... she did not take out the $100 deposit I already paid. So since my mom didnt know I paid her a deposit gave her the $140 plus a very generous tip.
So after the wedding when I found out my mom had over paid her, I thought maybe Adrienne had forgotten about the deposit and thats why she took more than what she was owed, so I emailed her. I got a response from her about a week later and she was basically circling around the whole ordeal. I gave her my address to return the $100 she overcharged us and it has been over a month and still have not received anything, not an email response, phone call, or the $100.
My whole experience with her was very unprofessional. She should not charge a $100 deposit if it is NOT a deposit and she is not planning on giving it back. She very clearly stated and wrote in an email it would count towards any hair service done on the wedding day!
I know it is only $100, it is just the point that I was told something and was cheated out of $100 basically because brides are busy and dont have time to pay their hair personally on their wedding day so she took advantage of someone who didnt know about the deposit. I feel lied to and hate that I had to deal with someone very unprofessional when it is something as simple as a deposit and doesnt get returned. I hope for her that the $100 is worth an unhappy customer and all the bad reviews I will write to warn other people about my experience with her.

Here's the real story:
The information about the trial run and deposit was correct until the day of the wedding. Her wedding planner told me to get to the location at 1:00 PM; I got there thirty minutes earlier to set up so I can be on time with the wedding party. Well the bride and her wedding party did not show up until 3 PM! I sat there three hours waiting for her. Previously Jasmine signed a wedding contract with me and it clearly stated, if the wedding party is late and myself and my assistants are waiting, the deposit will not be refunded. I made myself clear to her mother, who was paying, that the deposit will not be refunded. She agreed and paid me for the hair services. A few weeks later I get an email from Jasmine demanding her money back. I replied professional and told her to refer to the wedding contract she signed.
Also another thing I should bring up on the contract Jasmine signed it stated that there will be five people in her wedding party and there were only four. It clearly stated on the contract that the bride will be charged for five services. I was nice enough to waive that $70.00 and just keep the deposit.
I had done hundreds of high end weddings in the past and all my previous clients have been happy with my professionalism and work. They also followed the wedding service contract they signed. I have never come across a bride so spoiled, petty and disrespectful!
I have now had two hair trials with Adrienne and they both turned out great. She is very talented and works very fast. The styles are elegant and beautiful. It is important to have a really good idea in your mind of what you want and pictures do help her determine what style to go with. She is doing most of my bridesmaids hair, as well as mine on the day of, and is coming to out hotel room, which is a relief so we do not have to travel everywhere on the day of the wedding. She is willing to work with schedules.

I did my trial with Adrienne and was unsure about my hairstyle. She was very easy to work with but I didn't feel like we nailed the style I wanted with my tiara. Adrienne assured me that we would get it right for the wedding day so I was confident with hiring her.
My mom on the other hand... she decided that she wanted someone else to do my hair for the wedding and I felt bad telling her no. I still kept Adrienne booked to do my bridesmaids hair but I gave in to having someone else do my hair.
Well on the wedding day the hairstylist my mom booked showed up late and did a horrible job on my hair. The trial I had with him looked soooo much better. Once he left, I asked Adrienne if she could fix my hair which of course she did without any hesitation. If it werent for Adrienne, I would have probably cried before walking down the aisle. She saved my hair! It turned out beautiful after it got a touch of Adrienne. And all my bridesmaids looked stunning! She even gave me a goodie bag with hair stuff.

Adrienne did my hair for my wedding. She did an awesome job!!! I first meet with her months earlier for a trial, I wanted extensions for my wedding and then wanted my hair styled. I went to someone else for the extensions and they were HORRIBLE!!! Adrienne was honest with me and let me know they were not going to work. She also gave me some other options and I came back with better hair a couple of weeks later and the hair style came out much better.
Adrienne showed up at the crack of dawn the day of my wedding. She had great attitude and was ready to work on my hair, my bridesmaids, flower girls, mothers and grandmothers. She also stuck around to touch up my hair after I took pictures in the morning.
Adrienne was a great pleasure to work with any my hair looked fantastic all day long. I could not recommend her enough. She is fantastic!
Bridal Styles by Adrienne - did my wedding party last month.
She was a referral - I looked her up and saw so many reviews that were all positive. So I emailed her, I got a fast response. She was very professional. She put together a contract to ensure me with all the prices and to save the date. We set up a trial, she came to my home for the trial. I fell in love with her! My up-do looked so pretty, I didn't want to take it down. So a month later was my wedding -she arrived early and we were all complete on time. My bridal party looked good! I recommend Adrienne for everyone getting married!
Bridal Styles by Adrienne came out and did my wedding May 2, 2009. She made us all look so beautiful! Our hair was classic, flawless and beautiful. Also very accommodating. Adrienne brought free samples of hair products for us to keep, free hairspray and pins. My bridesmaids and I sipped on wine while we were getting pampered.

She was very organized, whenever I had a quiestion she was quick to respond.
The day of my bridal party was 6 people. Adrienne and her make-up artist was on-time, they did exactly what we wanted. No complaints at all.

I found Bridal Styles by Adrienne, in a Bridal magazine. I read so many good reviews about Adrienne; I didn’t even see one bad review. So I contacted Adrienne, herself. She was very professional and just so sweet. She gave me all the information I needed; she did a trail-run before the wedding. I loved it so I got her to do my entire wedding party of 9 girls. Adrienne also provided us with a complimentary Kit, which included hairspray, clips, bands, mirror, bob pins, nail file, and a moisturizer pack. She also provided a make-up artist to come out and air brushed us for a good price. I believe her name was Rebecca. We all looked like celebrities. Our hair was so nice; it was exactly what we wanted. The make-up was also very good. I'm so glad I used this vendor. Everything was perfect!

Bridal Styles by Adrienne did my best friends wedding party last year in Houston and I was the bridesmaid so she did my style then - I absolutely loved my hair, so I kept her in mind for a whole year then gave her a call and see if she would make the drive out for me. So Adrienne came out to do my wedding party; we couldn’t of been more pleased. We all looked great!
Adrienne came to my hotel room. She was on time, even brought along a make-up artist and her assistant to give me and the girls manicure and pedicures. Adrienne did a great job for my wedding hair! She was on-time, prepared and did not rush at all! She finished and waited until I put my wedding dress on to take a final look at my hair before she left; she had to make sure everything was in place/ perfect! Bridal Styles by Adrienne, did a great job for my bridal party wedding hair. She did hair for me, 5 of my bridesmaids, my mom, mother-in-law and a little flower girl. Everyone just loved their hair and we got so many compliments through out the day. Our hair stayed perfectly for 15 hours Our photos were breath taking.. Just perfect, I couldnt ask for anything better. Adrienne and her make-up artist showed up in my hotel room on time when everyone was still sleeping ;-), she made sure we had enough time to get ready. She brought flowers and cute hair accessories and showed my bridesmaid how to put the veil and take it off ( she offered to put it on but I didn't want to wear it until the ceremony) . She even brought us a little emergency kit that had cool stuff in there for me and my girls.. well more for me :) and I even got cool hairspray.. Her price is very reasonable and she charges low travel fee. She's very professional, sweet and a good listener. I would recommend her to every bride in Texas. Researched and found her online, she did an amazing job on my wedding party!! Would recommend to everyone whose getting married. She was on time, even brought me a emergency kit , free can of hairspray, accessories/flowers for my hair ! Plus she didn’t charge me a travel fee. A reasonable price for a work of art.

Of all the vendors I worked with for my wedding, Bridal Style by Adrienne were BY FAR the most professional! Adrienne always responded to my emails and questions in a timely manner. She was also very flexible with scheduling my consultation & trials due to my hectic work schedule. The day of, she arrived to my house at least 15 minutes early (believe me, this was a relief, cause things are soooooo hectic on that day). She also added make-up for a bridesmaid that was not originally scheduled, but stayed on track with the timeline. Very impressive if you ask me! She provided recommendations for style, head-piece (and saved me tons of money on that item), and most of all she was able to create me into a beautiful bride. I am so impressed by her and her services, that I hope to use her again someday for a special event, just so I can look that awesome again!

How much do you charge for services?
Every client is unique and needs specialized services to fulfill their needs. We always provide a customized service package tailored to every individual client. We offer high quality services at an extremely competitive rate. We will do our best to work with you to meet your budget for this once in a lifetime event. We strongly encourage you to select your hair and makeup services primarily on quality rather than cost.
Is there a Trial Run available?
Yes, a Trial Run service is available to our clients, and we believe it is a valuable service. In the trial appointment, the client could insure their wedding appearance(s). We will assist our clients to design the specific style(s) suitable to her wedding dress(es) and personality. A trial appointment is usually performed 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding date, although it is strongly recommended to book your wedding services sooner than the trial to ensure availability.
How many looks will the stylist design during the Trial Run?
We work closely with our clients to design particular style(s) suitable to their personality and character. It is our duty to assist the client on determining the perfect look for her big day. We will provide alternative style(s) upon request. Client satisfaction is extremely important to us.
How important is the Trial Run?
We strongly recommend every client to perform the Trial Run. It is an extremely valuable service to assist the client on determining her desirable look for the big day. A non-trial package is available per request.
What do I need to have at the Trial Run?
We encourage clients to have all information ready during the Trial Run appointment, including but not limited to, photographs of ideal style(s), wedding dresses (regardless of decided or undecided), accessories and jewelries. All information is valuable during the Trial Run appointment and we will work closely with clients to design the style with the information on hand.
How does the stylist know what style looks the best on me?
Our stylists are highly trained professionals who have worked on numerous weddings. We will utilize our expertise and experience to assist you to design the style you want. Our clients’ final appearance and style are designed through careful evaluation of personality, personal style, wedding theme, selected dress, accessories and jewelry. We will assist our client to determine the style from all perspectives to ensure the final result.
How long will it take on the wedding day?
It really depends on how many services you request and how much time we are allotted. The typical time frame is approximately 4 to 5 hours for the entire wedding party. The rule of thumb is 1.5 hours for the bride per service and 45 minutes per bridesmaid/mother per service. Another great reason for choosing our company is that we have timing down to a science. We will provide multiple stylists on set to work with our client’s time frame.
Can I book services solely for bridesmaids?
We offer services to any client who would like to be pampered. However, we require a minimum of 5 services. This allows us to be more effective and cost efficient with our services.
