Bridal Suite

My experience purchasing a wedding dress at the Bridal Suite was a good one! They were professional and very helpful. Amanda, was great at pulling dresses based on my body type and the style I had told her I was looking for. The store if fairly large and the change rooms and mirrors are large and give enough space for you to really examine yourself in the dress. The dresses are of high quality the prices are very reasonable. Their in house seamstress is good. I used her for bra cups and the bustle. Once again the staff was friendly, helpful and I was very happy with their services.

During my first few visits to Bridal Suite, they were professional and polite at the onset. Their customer service soon soured after I paid my deposit on the gown. If I had known Bridal Suite would order my dress several sizes too small despite the given size chart; gave false information about ordering times (I double checked this by phoning Windsor Bridal and asking about ordering the same dress); not bothering to follow-up with their customers; providing unreliable and poor customer service; and treating their customers disrespectfully, I wouldn’t have ordered from them. You may want to exercise caution if you decide to visit Bridal Suite. Purchasing and altering my gown at this store was not a "joyful and relaxing experience!"

I recently bought my dress from Bridal Suite. I must say when first walked in I was blown away from beautiful interior of the store. They had an amazing layout and a selection of bridal gowns to choose from. I was welcomed with amazing service; the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. I felt no pressure, they were extremely helpful and they met all my expectations that most brides are looking for. So from buying my beautiful gown there I also bought all of my bridesmaid’s dresses there along with my flower girl dresses. So for all brides to be I Highly urge you to check out Bride Suite it will blow you away. Just amazing service!!!
