I ordered a very simple "destination" dress in January, paid extra for a size 18 and extra length (3" according to the manufacturer).The dress came only one month before my wedding (June) and when I tried it onl there was no extra length. The owner insisted that he took a tag off the dress that indicated it had extra length, but I told him that the dress was the same length as the sample dress I tried on in January, which was one size smaller and regular length. I took the initiatve to ontact the manufacture on my own and there were very prompt in contacting the bridal store. I got a phone call shortly there after from the owner of the bridal store acknowledging that indeed they did not order the extra length.I spent a month of restless nights and four fittings trying to get more length from the dress so that my feet did not show. Finally, the dress fit well enough to wear on my wedding day, the seamstress managed to get extra length from taking apart seams and hems and separating the sheath from the chiffon, but I definitely felt the look of the dress had been changed and I did NOT feel confident and beautiful wearing it.On a positive note, the store has a nice selection of dresses and my one bridemaid had no troubles with her dress, but I would be cautious in using them. They will beat most other pricing but you need to watch them like a hawk when then actually place the order. Don't be afraid to be a pest and call constantly. A lot of unnecessary stress and too long to wait for a simple sheath and chiffon dress.

I purchased my dress in florida, but had it shipped to this store in willoughby, oh. they were very nice, organized, and efficent. i purchased my flower girl's dress and they did her alterations for FREE!!!

I know there are other reviews on here that are really bad, but I had no problems working with them at all. I did not get my wedding dress here, just the bridesmaids dresses. All of the dresses came in early, and Mike was very nice and helpful working with me. Some of the girls paid a little late, and he was very patient about it and made sure the dresses were in on time. The dresses were beautiful. Any question I had I called and they answered me officiantly and quickly.I will say that most of my girls got there dresses from somewhere else, but one of my bridesmaids that did use them to alter her dress did have a little bit of an issue. She also ordered shoes from there and it took a lot longer for them to come in than it probably should have.

It was a horrible experience and i DO NOT recommend them!!!!!!!He didn't return my calls, and i wanted 8 months for my dress that should have only taken 3 months! granted the dress wasn't that expensive, but i would have gotten the same price at any shop! i believe that he is running a scam shop and i am not done investigating him. The only good thing about that shop is the seamstress...she did a great job taking care of my dress and the bridesmaid dresses.the bridesmaid dresses also came in VERY late! there is no reason for this! being that all other dress shops i called told me that the designer i ordred from were coming in 2 weeks early for every order!!!Once i threatened my laywer--my dresses showed up!

My dress was orderd way to big. My alterations were not done proplerly and the dress didnt fit. They were extremly rude and wouldnt admit to being wrong. I had to argue to get them to re-do the alerations. When I went back, it was still uncomfortable and not fitting correctly. The lady was very rude and treated me awful. She even tried to rip the dress off of me, threating to keep it (althought I had paid for it months ago). She told me i should have gone somewhere else. They gad no concern that I was unhappy and did nothing to resolve the issue. I was told the store did not have a manager, and the owner had not been there for years. There was no one to complain to or deal with the problem. I was still charged for alterations on a dress that didnt fit. I ended up having to take it to another bridal shop to be fixed.
