This bridal shop was amazing! After trying on at least 100 gowns at other shops, I had the feeling I would find my dress here from the minute I walked in. On the Bridal floor there are little nooks that house each designers dresses which made it very easy to locate my favorite designer and try on all the styles I loved. They also have a runway for the brides to walk up and down to see how the dress wears. My consultant spent two hours with me and I knew I found my dress the moment I put it on. The store also has an online live video feed that allows friends and family to see you in the shop and give approval on gowns. It was very helpful having this since my mother lives in Ohio and I live in Atlanta. The store is very professional and everything happened as they said it would; their alterations department is also very efficient and helpful. I didn’t have a single problem with this shop and recommend them to everyone that I can.

I walked into this swanky bridal shop and almost immediately turned around, as I was sure that nothing would be in my price range. However, I grinned and beared it and immediately told the sales girl my price range before we even began to talk about silhouette. Though she acknowledged that that would be difficult to fulfill, she said she would do her best to help me. She showed me to the racks within my price range, and also showed me the samples. I was able to find a sample that was gorgeous and in perfect condition. Gorgeous! No beads missing, nothing ripped or stained. Never once did she try to push the limits of my budget by showing me any other dresses.

They were very easy to work with and patient with me as I took a long time to decide on my dress. They did my alterations as well and did a wonderful job.

I absolutely loved my dress. Bridals By Lori was so fun! They dress you up and put your hair up with the veil and then you can walk down the runway--it was very emotional for my mom and I! This was my favorite part of the planning!

Loved this place! They have so many dresses to chose from. I knew that I wanted a Rivini gown and NC doesn't have many boutiques with the brand so I traveled to Atlanta for the weekend during a Rivini trunk show. They had so many different dresses, they could accomodate anyone. They were very helpful and found the perfect dress for me. I would definitely recommend this place to future brides. Very much worth the drive.

Bridals by Lori was fabulous! We bought our daughter's bridal dress, her bridesmaids' dresses, and all accessories there in addition to renting the groom's party's tuxes. Everything in the process went without any problems and it was an amazing experience! The service was fabulous and they were even very helpful when I brought in my veil to see if it would match the dress- it did beautifully and Monty even showed my daughter how to wear her hair (he did an updo in around a half a minute) with the veil. Flo was fabulous helping my daughter to select the perfect dress! BBL is the perfect location for Say Yes to the Dress!

I had a great experience with Bridals by Lori and I highly recommend them. All of the consultants were very friendly and offered their oppinion when I tried on dresses. My bridal consultant was Cindy and she was pretty good. I didn't have a consultant helping me pick out gowns to try on which was fine with me because I knew exactly what I was looking for and I was actually thankful to not have someone hovering over me at every turn. They gave me, my mom and my friends free reign to look around the store and pick out dresses. The store is very well organized. The dresses are separated by designer which makes them easy to find, especially if you have a particular dress in mind or if you have a favorite designer. In my opinion, Bridals by Lori has the best quality dresses of bridal stores in Atlanta. No other dress that I tried on even came close to the one that I purchased at Bridals by Lori. If you are looking for top quality, designer dresses, this is the place to go. P.S. I recommend shopping here last so that you explore all of your other options first. Lori's bridal;s is amazing. I found the perfect dress for my wedding. I got nothing but compliments. Also the staff is very professional and helpful.

I may be biased because I grew up with the owners daughter, but I think this is the best place to get a wedding dress in the world. It's one on one service, and since I need a plus size I was very nervous about getting into a dress to see if I would like it. They made me feel very comfortable, and I found the perfect dress by the 3rd one I tried on. For the men, we were looking all over at tuxes, and we ended up pleasantly surprised to discover that the tuxes at Black Tie by Lori are vastly nicer than anywhere like Men's Wearhouse, and only about $10 more per rental. We got the bridesmaids dresses there too, and since everyone in the bridal party was out of town we were worried about getting measurements and alterations. Bridals by Lori took care of everything, and made it stress free and easy.

I had originally found the perfect dress in Washington DC, but the 4500$ price tag (plus alterations) was out of my budget and I was formally told that the sample could not be sold. Living in Norfolk VA, I called around and found that Bridals by Lori in Atlanta had the exact dress in the same size and color in great condition. They sent me dozens of pictures of the dress, including a close up of a missing button cap, which they included with the dress. They also took close up pictures of the hem to show that it was slightly dirty. They were incredible honest with the dress condition, which was excellent. They gave me 40% off the price tag and shipped it that day. They understood that it very nerve racking to purchase a gown that you have never seen and made the whole process so easy. At my resort wedding, dozens of people came up to me to tell me how beautiful the dress was. Bridals by Lori really went the extra mile!

Bridals by Lori was fantastic!!!!! They had such a great selection and made my dress shopping so special! I didn't buy the first time I went to try on and I never felt pressured. I continued to shop and ended up back here and with the very first dress I ever tried on!! They were amazing!

I purchased my wedding dress from Bridals by Lori. Although it is a little intimidating when you first arrive, my bridal consultant Patricia helped us find the perfect dress in our price range and my size. Since the sample didn't fit me, she even asked one of the other consultants to try it on for me so I could see it on someone. She recommended the style that would be the most flattering and all within the cost we were comfortable with paying. When the dress arrived, it was absolutely amazing and fit perfectly!

This is the perfect place to find your dream gown. They were very helpful in understanding my vision and pulling gowns to try, as well as allowing me to browse and pick my own selections. The facility is just gorgeous and very nicely organized. Different rooms for different designers. Everyone is very kind, not snoody as you may expect from caliber of a bridal salon. She got my vision, and pulled the perfect gown for me. I worked with Marta.I also got my bridesmaids dresses from here. I went in with one vision, and that completely changed when I talked to Efran about wanting a dress that is truly re-wearable and sexy. He showed me the Amsale short jersey dresses. They were perfect, and allowed the girls to pick their own styles. Efran is so nice and wonderful to work with.I went ahead and had my alterations completed here too, which was done beautifully. They're great too!Customer service is dead on at Bridals by Lori, they really take care of you here. No complaints at all.

Bridals by Lori by far is the best bridal salon in Atlanta. They are extremely professional and helped me find my perfect dress! The bridesmaid department was great as well. They follow-up with you on every detail and ensure that orders and fitting stay on schedule. Even the accessories specialists give you personal attention to help you find the best jewelry for your day. I recommend that everyone at least visit Bridals by Lori and if you don't find your perfect dress I would be very surprised.

This was a great place to go and find dresses. I didn't find my wedding dress here but both my mom and mother in law found their dresses at this location. They have tons of options and are great to work with.

My dress was gifted to me by my aunt so when she wanted to take me to Bridals by Lori I was super excited! I knew that they would have a lot of options to choose from. I’m a tomboy so I figured it might be a challenge to find the right dress. I didn’t want to look like a cupcake or a princess b/c it’s just not me. Well it was no challenge for them! They really do have something for everyone! With their help I found the perfect dress for me and felt beautiful on my wedding day! They were a little thrown off that I didn’t want a veil and they did try to up sell me on accessories but it could have been worse. My jaw dropped when they told me what the alterations were going to cost so I ended up going elsewhere for that considering I didn’t need much done. I would defiantly recommend Bridals by Lori! My sister is engaged and I know my aunt plans to take her there as well!

Extremely professional and helpful. Although it may look intimidation when you walk in, they are very nice and not nearly as intimidating as many other bridal shops. They were as caring as could be even though we were near the bottom of their price range. They could be more helpful!

I found my dream dress at Bridals By Lori in Atlanta. After experiencing such a horrible experience at another bridal location in Atlanta I was thrilled to be treated like a princess at BBL. They didn't rush me and I felt comfortable. They also gave me their honest opinion and helped me to select the dress that would wow everyone. I just wish I could find an event to wear my dress to again.

I worked with Melissa, she was awesome! so helpful and patient as I had no clue what I wanted. They were very helpful with my bridesmaid dresses as I changed my mind 4 times. Dresses do need to be ordered out about 6 months.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I had been to several other stores, but not any who were set up so professionally. The staff was very nice and patient. I had tried on so many dresses and when I put on the dress the I bought, I just knew it was THE ONE. I cried, my mother cried and even the sales assistant cried. Maybe it was because she was glad I finally found a dress... or maybe she knew how much it was and she made commission, :) but either way it was really sweet. She was so helpful and we had so much fun with her. She made the experience less stressful by helping me find dresses for my body type and the style I wanted. There are SO many dresses to choose from that you can get lost and frustrated so easily, but the staff knew just what to do to keep that from happening. I spent WAY more than I ever intended to, but I have not regreted one penny of it and I have been married for 3 years. I am still in love with my dress and sadly it has to live in a protective box. I would highly recommend Bridals by Lori, it is a beautiful and memorable place to shop for your dress.

I had a wonderful experience at Bridals by Lori. My consultant, Maureen, had me in and out of so many dresses and I was getting frustrated at not finding "the one". After trying on several, she went into the back and pulled a dress out that she wanted me to just try. If I had seen it on the rack, I probably never would have pulled it into the fitting room. However, when I put it on, it was magical. It was absolutely the dress and my mom, best friend and future sister in law were all crying as I walked around in it. I also used BBL for my alterations, bridesmaid dresses and Tuxes. My seamstress was wonderful and made the dress fit me perfectly. The only drawback was that she was only there on Tuesdays. However, it was worth the small inconvenience as she did a wonderful job. The bridesmaid department was fabulous as well. My maid of honor found out she was pregnant after she ordered the dress and the manager went so far as to find somewhere for her to get the dress altered and went with us on the appointment to make sure it looked how I wanted it to. Christine in Black Tie by Lori was awesome. She helped get a very unorganized group of guys get organized and outfitted very quickly. She was also extremely professional and easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about her or any of the other staff members in the Bridals by Lori Family. They were extremely attentive and professional and they played a huge role in making my wedding so memorable.

My bridesmaid dresses came from here and they were beautiful. The staff was right on with the sizing. My girls didn't even need to make alterations to their dresses. I shoped there for a wedding gown as well. They are just as great upstairs! I was just looking for a different style dress than they carry.

Bridals by Lori has the nicest staff! However, their dresses are very expensive (but worth it). Be careful though because the alterations lady left 2 pins in my dress and they prickled my feet throughout my wedding ceremony.

Every girl dreams of shopping for her wedding gown. I can truly say that going to Bridals By Lori in Atlanta made the whole experience a dream come true. They were extremely helpful and friendly and treated us like royalty. They give a discount on bridesmaids dresses as well if you purchase your gown from them. Fun Fact, because I had a 4 month engagement I bought a sample dress from them (the dress everyone tries on) for %50 off the real price. I had it cleaned and it was perfect!!

Great experience with Bridals by Lori. We scheduled an appointment. I started to get discouraged because I was not finding anything that I liked, but then the bridal consultant brought out a dress for me to try. I tried it on - and it was the one! It was perfect in every way. It fit me, my personality, and the wedding day! I did my alterations with Toni - she did a wonderful job making it fit just right. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to adjust my dress once, because it fit that perfectly! She is amazing! I wish I could wear my dress everyday! Rivini was the maker and I could not have been more pleased with the dress! It just made me smile when I put it on.

Very professional, very responsive. They were able to help me choose dresses that best accentuated my figure. Although we spent way more than we were planning originally, the dress was stunning, and because they were able to fit it specifically for me, needed very few alterations when it arrived. Lots of designer dresses and lots of people to help you find what you are looking for. Additionally, a very wide and beautiful selection of veils.

Bridals by Lori is a great place to purchase a gown. My sales associate Flo was great and very personable. She picked my dress, one that I probably wouldn't have picked for myself, but it was THE dress. The service was great from start to finish. No pressure to purchase and they will work with you on the price, especially if you purchase during a trunk show. The alterations were great and my Amsale gown and shopping experience was incredible.

Bridals by Lori has a great selection of dresses for a wide range of prices. But expect to spend at least $1,500 to $2,000 on any dress you find there. I shopped and shopped and shopped for a dress and did not find one I loved until I went to Bridals by Lori. The customer service was great - Cindy is who helped me. She was awesome. I only wanted to spend about $1,000 on a dress when I walked in, and even though they do not have any there I know of for that price (except maybe some on clearance/off the rack) she helped me graciously. We found the one I bought for originally over $2,000 but they were running a special where I got about $300 off. It was well worth spending the extra money because the dress looked absolutely amazing (and it is only one day you get to wear a wedding dress).The store is amazing! It has an actual runway with mirrors all around it so you can actually look at yourself walking in the dress. That was just fabulous. Another really good thing about Bridals by Lori is they have dresses in all different sizes if you are not a size 0 - 6, don't worry. They have dresses to try on in 10s, 12s, and 14s I believe. I know in my wedding dress shopping, I got very frustrated with some places - especially Bride Beautiful - they did not have but 3 dresses I could try on because I was a size 10 and was too big of a bride for them. Bridals by Lori is also a full service bridal salon - so they sell shoes, accessories, veils, bridesmaid dresses, etc. I bought my veil there. Cindy helped me match my dress up to the perfect veil. I tried the dress and the veil on together on the runway and fell in love with it.I got my dress altered by Bridals by Lori. Alterations went smoothly at first, but I warned them that I was going to lose weight before my wedding day, and they told me not to worry about it. I was signed up for 3 fittings, but at the second fitting they told me I could take the dress with me. I told them, no, that I wanted to keep the final fitting and that I would probably lose weight. Sure enough, I lost weight, and found at the third fitting, that the dress needed to be alterated by approximately 2 inches. The alteration department kind of got frustrated with me because I lost weight and the dress had to be ready within a week. Alterations told me that I should have told them I was going to lose weight and to make sure I let people know ahead of time in the future. They acted like it was such a huge problem to have to perform alterations that quickly. So I thought that was really rude since I had told them the whole time I was losing weight, and that was the whole reason I kept the 3rd fitting. That is why I am rating the professionalism, quality of service, and flexibility 4.5 instead of 5 (only due to the treatment in the alteration department). But I would give them a 5 in responsiveness because they did have my dress ready in time, and it fit perfectly. I just had to pay an arm and a leg for rushing the alterations at the end (hence the 4.5 in value for cost).Overall, my experience at Bridals by Lori was good. I trusted their alteration department to perform my alterations because if they did mess up my dress, it would have been on the company, not me. And the alterations were really done well. I just thought they could have been more professional at the end.Everyone loved my dress, and I would recommend guests on a budget at least go try out Bridals by Lori and see what could be there for them. My guests said I was a picture perfect beautiful bride.

Bridals by Lori was great. I had a bit of an issue with the dress that I ordered (same as a friend) in the beginning and they were very understand and let me come in to pick out a different one (without penalty). I thought this was fantastic since I had practically signed my name in blood when originally ordering the dress. The staff was very attentive and helpful and they will help you in any way possible.

The number of dresses to choose from is unbelievable, and the one-on-one attention and advice is unsurpassed. I love my dress, and am so thankful that I bought it at such a beautiful boutique.

Most of my positive experience is due to my consultant at BbL. I have heard that a few of the young saleswomen can be snooty, especially toward brides over a size 10. I am a size 14-16 (in a normal dress) but found a beautiful dress that I never wanted to take off. If you plan to visit several stores make this your last stop- if you purchase the same day you will save at least 10%.

They are amazing and personal, but it definitely matters what sales representative you get. I had Charlotte in the tux shop downstairs, and she was a dream. They carry every major designer for wedding dresses as well and help in every aspect of the selection process. Lori herself is around often. BBL did everything for me from my dress, to the groom and groomsmen, to the bridesmaids, to groomsmen and bridesmaid gifts, to jewelry and shoes. They are really spectacular.

Excellent variety and styles to choose from. Although the prices on the dresses I tried on, were quite high. Still love it!

My experience with Bridals by Lori was wonderful. They were extremely professional and thay have such a wide selection of gowns. I got an Amsale gown and my mother got her dress as well. I got my bridesmaid dresses there. They were the first place to treat us with respect after we told them we only needed bridesmaid dresses.

I was pleased with the staff at Bridals by Lori. They were attentive and worked within the budget I had given them. I didn't feel pressured at all. They allowed me to take my time and come back as many times as I wished. I wound up purchasing my dress at the Judd Waddell trunk show which saved me a lot of money. He was great! He rebuilt one of his original designs for me so that it would be a perfect fit and exactly to my liking. Alterations were done promptly and everyone was very courteous throughout. Bridesmaids dresses were purchased as well. We found Jim Hjelm dresses with alternating tops and bottoms so that everyone in the bridal party (mostly out of state) could choose styles they liked using online photos. It was very convenient!

Loved working with SANDRA there, I would not have given them this high of a review if it had not been for her. She was amazing and made me feel like a princess when I was trying to figure everything out. She really helped me get my entire look down for the day!!!

Great selection, very helpful sales people. The one draw back was that you could only schedule second fittings on Tuesday. Being an out of town bride, this was very frustrating and so I had to get my dress altered elsewhere.

Good selection. But they had a way of making me feel like the red headed step child. Selecting the dress was great! But the alternations people were so-so. They were not very personal, they were not very flexible, and messed up the first time.

I really enjoyed most of my experiences at Bridals by Lori. My consultant was really patient and helpful. I really like that they let me go through all of the rooms and pull dresses. They even took dresses off the mannequins for me to try on. They let me come in and try on the sample dress as many times as I wanted after I had decided on my dress. When my dress came in, it was definitely big. The bodice was really complicated with beading over lace, but the alterations department was able to custom fit it to me and the dress looked amazing. They had to basically take the whole bodice apart and put it back together, and I couldn't even tell that they had unstitched anything. The only thing that really put a damper on my experience was when I put my dress on on my wedding day it looked like they had the temperature too high on the steamer and scortched a small piece on the front. When I inquired about it after the wedding, they said that I must have spilled something on the dress, even though I had left it in the bag with all the tissue paper until I put it on. It was really frustrating that they weren't even willing to consider that they had made a mistake. Fortunately nobody else noticed it.

I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal's by Lori. The staff here were fabulous and helpful. I would purchase here again for something so special.

I LOVED my dress- they had a fabulous selection. My main frustration came as part of the alterations- we got very close to the deadline that I had given them for when I needed my dress for my bridal portraits. Also, if you're not getting married near Atlanta, you should reconsider using them for alterations because I had to drive back so many times & sometimes there was absolutely no difference in the dress from the time before when I had an alteration done. Thiw was very frustrating because I lived two hours away.That being said, my dress was beautiful & they were able to alter the dress so it was exactly what I wanted.

I used Bridals by Lori for my bridesmaids' dresses because it was the most central location for my girls. I looked at wedding dresses there but decided against them because of the snooty attitude of the consultant that was assisting me. Their bridesmaid department staff was much nicer and easier to work with.

BBL is definitely a place to go to check out the gowns and get ideas, even if you can't afford the dresses, because there is such a wide variety there. There is a great amount of gowns in all different price ranges, and they do offer a good discount if you order the first day you're there. With me, they extended it to the second time since I found the dress I loved when I stopped in on a whim and my mother, who was paying for the dress, was out of town for the next few days. Overall a good place, though the sales associates can be rather cool at times. I have to say that some of the gowns by Reem Acra were a couple hundred bucks cheaper at Saks from what I saw, but that might not matter if you get the discount.

I loved my dress and the woman I worked with while I was there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasant experience and a great selection of dresses.

The staff was very helpful with choosing the fabrics and co=-ordinating the bridesmaids attire. Theonly difficulty was that they enforced buying sizes which were too big, resulting in un-neccessary alterations.

My experience at Bridals by Lori was a bit of a rollercoaster. I ordered a custom Christos dress, it came in a month late (but I expected that given the custom order). Gorgeous dress, but alterations were a nightmare. I lost 60+ lbs from dress ordering time until alterations time, so that didn't help. First alterations experience was like a cattle call-- 7 brides hustled around in a tiny tiny space. Once they had our money, I guess the bells and whistles were dropped. They hustled us out, and scheduled my next fitting for 3 weeks before my wedding. Um, bad. Called back very upset, moved next fitting up. After 5 fittings, we picked my dress up 2 days before the wedding. Fast forward to the reception, and I realized that my bustle and bust were screwed up-- things were out of place, the dress was falling apart in places that had previously been fine. I ended up hauling around a train all night, and the bottom got destroyed. Early trash the dress session I guess.Also, for our bridal party, they added on tons of extra charges for extra length on girls that DID NOT need extra length. Frustrating. Given the choice, I guess I'd do BBL again... Wanting the dress I did didn't really give me much options, as it was the only Christos retailer in our area.

I absolutely loved my dress! The first time I went in I was not given much attention and had to wait for fitting rooms. The service was not great, but the products were amazing. The second time I went in was during a trunk show where I was able to meet the designer of my dress and he sketched me in it - wonderful part!

I thought this place was very expensive compared to other bridal shops. When I mentioned I wanted to find a dress under $1000 I got a sympathetic head tilt, like they wouldn't have anything like that. The people were very nice and professional but this shop was just too pretentious for me.

I LOVED my dress and would recommend the designer to anyone. However, my experience with Bridals by Lori was sub-par. They have the best selection in Georgia, without a doubt, but the post-purchase service was abysmal. I was yelled at by the manager and seamstress for ordering a size that was too large. (Although this was the size recommended by the saleswoman). My voicemails were left unreturned, and once I had made the initial payment, it was clear that I had become a very low priority. I would go here to browse but purchase elsewhere if you can.

We used Bridals by Lori for suit rental only. We thought they were doing a great job when we were determining what suits/ties/etc. to use. They were very helpful in-store. However, they sent us a standard email to send to our groomsmen, who all lived out-of-state, so they would go get their measurements and send them in on an online form, along with their payment. Well our groomsmen all got their measurements, but then the website was down. Bridals by Lori then provided us with an email they could send their measurements to, but they never responded to confirm receipt of the measurements. We would call to check on the status, and they constantly told us they had never received measurements or payment from people we knew had called or emailed, because they copied us on the email or updated us when they called (they usually had to leave a voicemail when they called). Bridals by Lori told us they would just personally call our people to get their information, but our groomsmen all confirmed that they never received any phone call from them. Finally, the week before we left for our wedding, they said they still had not received payment from my brother or my fiance's brother. We checked with both of them, they said not only had they called multiple times and left messages to call them to get their credit card info, but they had never received one phone call from Bridals by Lori. We called AGAIN to see what was up, and they promised us they would call them soon, which they did. Still, not something you want to be dealing with the week of your wedding. They weren't super-flexible with our pick-up and drop-off times, as we had a destination wedding at Jekyll Island and they made us pick up on Thursday and drop off on Sunday, even though we were going to be there from Wednesday-Monday. We would have incurred an additional charge for the extra days, so we had to have someone else pick up the suits and drop them off.THEN, our groomsmen all put on their suits, and they all fit pretty well, EXCEPT for our ringbearer's. He is 6 years old, and his suit jacket was at least 4 inches too long on the arms. The shirt they sent would have fit a grown man. I know with people living out of town, we incur a liability with the measurements being possible slightly off, but afterwards, our ring bearer's mom looked at the measurements and they were not 4 inches off, nor would they have led to a grown man's shirt being sent. The day of our wedding, ON jekyll island, where there are no retail clothing stores, his parents had to drive to Brunswick's Target and buy a new white shirt. The ring bearer couldn't even wear the jacket for pictures or down the aisle. On our way back to Atlanta, we received a phone call from Bridals by Lori because our groomsman who returned the suits let them know what happened. My husband spoke to them and the person said the manager would call us to discuss it. We never received a phone call from the manager. My husband then went by because he had forgot to give his tie to the person who returned everything... he spoke with the sales associate again, but the manager wasn't there. He was again told the manager would call him. Three weeks later, we never received a phone call from the manager to apologize.

I bought my wedding dress and veil here. Although I absolutely love my dress, the service was awful. Don't go there expecting to be pampered and have a quality appointment. You have a short window to find your dress, otherwise, you are being rushed out because their next appointment is there. If you try to call them...good luck! I had 4 people tell me 4 different things. It's as if the departments don't communicate with each other. They have a great selection of wedding dresses, but if you want a one-on-one quality service appointment, where you feel special, go somewhere else.

Poor Customer Service – Not Worth the MoneyThis wedding dress venue has a large selection of very expensive bridal gowns. It was fun going to the store the first time and trying dresses on. Once I had selected a dress, I received poor customer service. The staff gave me misinformation which resulted in me having to rush order some things I wanted to add to my dress and pay extra costs. They are difficult to contact and I didn’t get phone calls returned in a timely manner. I further received poor customer service in the alterations department where I was once again given incomplete information which resulted in me having to make an extra trip to the store on the week of my wedding which caused more stress to be added to an already stressful time. I would not recommend this store to other brides and would never go there again myself for anything. Not only are they way over-priced, but the customer service certainly does match what one would expect when paying a lot of money and from a well-known bridal store. We also rented my groom’s tuxedo from Black Tie by Lori and found out later we could have rented the same thing from another store for much less cost. Be Aware!

I was displeased with the service I got from Bridals by Lori. Our bridesmaid dresses were late, my husband's tux was wrong and one of the groomsman tuxes was missing the bowtie. I wished I would have gotten everything at New Natalies, where I got my wedding gown.

Just wasn't impressed with the selection within my budget, and felt pressured to spend more than I wanted too. They made me feel rushed when trying on gowns and felt like I was imposing on their time when I still was not happy with the dresses I had tried on. I went once, and never went back.

Not a nice place to go. They were very snobby and not interested in helping someone who wanted to buy off the rack. I made an appointment but it was clear the person assigned to me was busy with other clients.

My wedding dress was everything I could hope for and my bridal consultant Kim was amazing to work with. When my bridesmaids bought their dresses there however, it was a complete mess. We chose $350 Amsale dresses for them. One bm tried on their sample dress, which fit perfectly. The bm consultant didn't take her measurements, and ordered the dress in the sample size my bm tried on. It came out too small, and then they refused to change, alter or call for an exchange. They told us my bm had gained weight it was normal to get alterations.We were so mad about this.

So they say that going wedding dress shopping is supposed to be memorable and memorable Bridals by Lori certainly was – just not for anything that one would want to be remembered for!! We went last Friday afternoon and I can honestly say that I have never had such awful service in my life. The woman was incredibly rude rolling her eyes and sighing at every request – and by every I mean a request for a sash, a bra, and a flower for a single dress – and yet you would have thought we were asking for her first born child. Needless to say, my friend loved the dress and it’s the only place in Georgia that sells that dress, but the lady was experience was so bad that my friend is now traveling out of state to buy it and while it’s going to be more expensive it was totally worth it to her out of principle more than anything else. Oh and it didn’t help that they were filming “Say yes to the dress” while we were there. If the service is going to suck while they are filming, then close the shop, that’s fine, but if the store is open then provide service to the customers who are in the store! So word of advice to all future brides – steer clear of Bridals by Lori, it is all show and no substance!
