Jenny was amazing! Even though I knew she had other clients to work with, she was incredible at being flexible enough to work with my hectic work/wedding schedule. She was very understanding but pushed me when she knew I needed it! She was great!!

I was looking for a personal trainer for my wedding. I interviewed a couple of those physical training facilities. I left uncomfortable and suspicious if they really knew what they were doing. Then, I ran across Jennifer's Brides Made Fit website and utilized her services for approximately 4 months. I lost 27lbs prior to my wedding.
I completely recommend Jennifer. She just loves the art of being fit & helping others achieve their goals. Her enthusiasm is infectious. I was very impressed with her knowledge of this field. She altered exercise plans on the spot to accommodate my vertigo problems if needed. She provides advise/tips on food. What is interesting is that she can come to you and will provide exercise assignments on the off days which you can do right from home!! How convenient is that?? Jennifer not only focuses on your short-term goals, but your overall ongoing health/fitness. She teaches you that a person doesn�t need to kill themselves with exercise or live at the gym to achieve amazing results. Jennifer really takes your mind off the fact that you are exercising. She�s a very extroverted person who anyone can spend hours talking to (no matter what age). She's hilarious, very attentive, and took on the role of my mental counselor through the stressful wedding process�.that in itself, was greatly appreciated!!

What is the recommended Brides Made Fit package for me and for how long?
Your free consultation will allow Brides Made Fit to recommend a program and its duration based on your goals, time, schedule, and budget.
I have heard that 12 weeks is the typical duration a fitness program lasts. Do I have to commit to that?
A 12 week program is recommended and favored by most fitness professionals for optimal results. Why? Because as your body changes, we make sure your program evolves so you don’t hit a plateau on your journey to becoming a sexy bride!
Where do our workout sessions take place?
At Brides Made Fit we offer many different options to get in shape. If you own your own equipment our trainers can come directly to your home (the ultimate in time & money savings). If you do not have equipment but still perfer a home visit, our personal trainers have a "travelling gym" that can give you an effective workout. We also use a residential location in Sterling Heights, Michigan that hosts a full gym. And finally, in the summer we take advantage of Michigan's warm weather by taking the workouts to local parks, trails, and tracks. The choice is yours and we always make special arrangements to fit into your comfort level and scheduling needs.
Will Brides Made Fit work with my budget during this busy time planning a wedding?
Brides Made Fit gives you the option of purchasing your program in full or in monthly payments. The bonus is that your program is an investment that will help keep you looking great way past your wedding day!
What kind of payments do you accept?
