Cheapest place I found to rent linens. My order arrived the scheduled date but was missing two table clothes. I emailed and left a voice mail. By the next morning I had received an email saying that my missing linens had been shipped and would still arrive two days before my wedding and I got a phone call to confirm that I got the email. They were very responsive the linens were perfect. Very easy to send back. I put the return labels on the boxes as soon as I opened so I wouldn't lose them and so after my wedding all we had to do was throw the linens in the boxes and ship them back.

I rented lace overlays for my daughter's wedding reception. Called for information 3 months prior to event and received samples, etc. I received very good customer service prior to receiving the linens. However, I did order a sample overlay which I never received nor was I charged. I was told it was an internal error but was never sent the sample, which by that time it wasn't important since we had decided to go with Bright Table Linen Rentals based on the courteous service I received on the phone with Sheila and Eileen, plus the fabric samples looked very nice. Three days before the wedding the linens arrived on schedule via UPS. I opened the box and the first thing I noticed were the white stripes 5 inches apart all through the ivory overlays. If that wasn't disappointing enough, I took the first overlay out of the box and thought to myself, "This doesn't look like 72 inch sq"?
So, I began measuring each one and they were all different rectangual sizes. No two were the same. They actually looked like hemmed pieces of different size lace fabric rather than square overlays, not to mention the ugly seams on each side of every one. The 90 inch squares did not have the white stripes, however, out of 9 of them, there was 1 that was the correct size. So, out or 21 overlays, one of them was the correct size. The invoice however, did state fourteen 72 inch square overlays, and nine 90 inch square overlays which really was a big lie. I immediately called and reported the wrong sizes because as the policy states, if there is a mistake in the order, Bright Linen Rentals will ship out the correct linens over night to be received in time for the event. I was told that the white stripes were because the weaving of the lace is tighter in some areas, and the odd sizing is due to shrinkage and stretching of the lace due to laundering over time. Even if this was true, which it is not, why would they keep these in stock and have the gaul to fill orders with these rejects? I would have totally been embarrassed to have these linens on the tables at my daughter's wedding reception. I was told by Connie that if we used the linens, they would give me a 20% discount, and when I questioned her, she raised it to 25%, or I could send them back for a full refund.
They couldn't guarantee that if they refilled the order, the next shipment sizes would be any different. "Since this is what happens over time when lace is laundered." I hated to break it to them, but I have many lace table clothes, and strangely enough this has never happened to any of them, nor do any of mine have white stripes. Then I realized why I never received the sample overlay that I had requested a few months prior. If I had, I would have found out then that the sizes were off, but Bright Linens didn't want me to find this out yet, because I would have never placed the order. I asked Connie if they could rent me "new" overlays and then hopefully be guaranteed the correct sizes. I asked her if this wasn't false advertising, stating one size on an invoice, and then knowingly sending totally different sizes and shapes. I asked her why I was never told prior to ordering that the sizes would possibly be off? I mean to tell you that the overlays that I received were not ever close to the sizes on the invoice. They were off by 10 -15 inches in both directions. She refused to send me "new overlays" even though they had them in stock. She could sell them to me, but would not rent them to to me. So, Friday came, the day before my daughter's wedding, and Bright Table Linens refused to do anything to rectify their mistake. In fact, they acted like I did something wrong. I have to admit I was upset and raised my voice, but Connie was very rude. Anyone who has gone through a wedding of a child knows how stressful it is and to have this happen two days before, almost put me over the edge, and they did nothing to help the situation but offered to give a full refund. I asked Connie how that was going to help us have lace overays (which is what we had planned on from the beginning) for the reception? The theme of the whole wedding was vintage and lace. So, to get to the point. The day before the wedding, at 4:30 in the afternoon, I got a brain storm. I called a local rental company and was told that they would get me lace overlays in 72" and 90" by the next morning. Their price was only $12 more for the total order. And strangely enough, their overlays did not have white stripes due to the weaving, and their sizes were exactly what they were suppoed to be. It seems that they didn't stretch or shrink from laundering over time. So, our tables were perfect for my daughter's wedding reception, no thanks to Bright Table Linen Rentals!

Everything was recieved on time. Linens were very nice and it was convienant to ship back cloths without havign to wash them. However, my caterers lost the boxes the linens came in and so the return packing slip. The company was difficult to work with on this point.
