We worked with Lesli throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. She did an amazing job as well as the rest of the briscoe and catering staff! Lesli was especially helpful when we had to change the date. It was better than I could have imagined. Everything went great and Lesli made it real easy on us throughout the whole process! We couldn't have picked a better place for our wedding.
We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the event about the venue, catering, service, and staff!

Y'all did such a great job! Stephanie is priceless. Her patient professionalism is precisely what's needed at a time like this. Her ability to be everywhere that she needs to be for the bride, groom, parents, and guests is uncanny! All of the staff was helpful, polite, and professional. As the father of the bride, I wanted all to be perfect for my little girl. It was. Several guests commented on what a great place this was; three said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to.

Everything was so smooth very the very beginning! Becky made sure I did not have to worry about a thing during the whole process. Couldnt have asked for a better venue or coordinator.

The venue is beautiful but I found some of their decorating guidelines to be too restrictive. Briscoe Manor is very pretty and can be used as a casual venue or a very dressy venue depending on your vision. We added a lot of extra items and flowers to dress up the chapel and reception hall. Due to the high ceilings, you really need to have tall flower arrangements in the reception hall. The musicians and soloist told me the accoustics are perfect in the chapel. Briscoe's caterer, Behind the Bash, is fabulous and is very helpful in making suggestions and very easy to work with. Everyone raved for days about how delicious the food was at the wedding. I would recommend having a wedding planner to be your liason between Brisoe and you, it really relieved my stress level. My daughter's wedding was absolutely beautiful but it took a wonderful wedding planner, florist, photographer, videographer and caterer to make it happen the way we wanted it.

My husband and I were married at Briscoe Manor on February 9th 2013. Our wedding at Briscoe was everything we had hoped it would be since we first visited. Our on-site wedding coordinator was Becky and, although we could tell she was still a little green, she ended up being very helpful. The only caveat that we really had was that Briscoe was not very flexible when it came to timing for vendor set-up. If you want extra time then be prepared to spend a lot of money! Rachel of Behind the Bash catering was terrific and the food was spectacular! Lindsay Elizabeth, one of their preferred photographers, is absolutely a delight to work with and she is super talented! All in all, Briscoe is a wonderful venue and truly provides a beautiful backdrop for any type of wedding.

Briscoe Manor and there staff are amazing. They are so helpful, kind, and really care about making your event special. My day was so perfect and smooth. Jen and her crew did an amazing job making sure all our guest were happy and making sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Having and event at Briscoe Manor will take the stress off of anybody because this group really knows what they are doing. There vendor list is outstanding. Behind the bash catering rocks! My guest are still talking about how good the food was. I would without a doubt recommended Briscoe to anybody!

Everyone we were involved with at Briscoe Manor was wonderful to work with, especially Jen, our coordinator! We couldn't have asked for more, and my daughter's wedding was exactly what we hoped it would be!

We wanted a place that felt like the Texas Hill Country but close to town and that's exactly what we got with Briscoe. We had the best night of our lives at our wedding and didn't have to worry about a single thing thanks to Stephanie and the Briscoe team. Everything flowed so smoothly! We've had handfuls of people from our wedding telling us how well organized it all was and how much they were impressed with the venue. I highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone looking for a little country feel within a short drive of Houston.

I cannot say enough good things about Lesli Hirsh and Briscoe Manor. I worked from start to finish almost exclusively with Lesli. Time and time again she went above and beyond to help make my dream wedding come true. I’m not one to flatter just for the sake of it – I TRULY was blown away by the level of service I received. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Lesli and her staff. The venue is beautiful, the catering is exceptional and the commitment to quality is evident in everything they do. I highly recommend this venue to all couples looking for a place outside the city…it’s a little piece of Heaven and my husband and I had the time of our lives! Briscoe Manor was the perfect wedding venue for our wedding! Lesli and the rest of the staff did such a great job! They helped everything flow perfectly. They were so easy to get a hold of. Lesli responded to my emails very quickly and answered any and all questions I had. Everyone was very professional and they did a great job making sure you have everything you need on your special day! I had so many compliments on our wedding because of the venue. Many of our guest were from the north and they really enjoyed the venue. It showed them Texas with class!

Every guest at my daughter's wedding has complimented the venue, the staff, the food, the entire experience! Every comment has been overwhelmingly positive! Everyone talks about how smoothly the evening went, the staff was phenominal, gracious, considerate of guests with special needs. Absolutely everyone goes on about how beautiful the setting, and how immaculantly maintained the entire property was, how seemlessly perfect everything stayed all evening.

choosing briscoe manor was the best decision we made in planning our wedding! we did not have to worry about anything on the day of our wedding because they took care of all the small details. they even mailed our marriage license off after the event. our wedding day was perfect and a large part of that was because how efficiently briscoe manor was run.

The staff at Briscoe went above and beyond…over the top! We got the privilege to work with Jen, Stephanie and Becky. Each one made us feel special and at home, Briscoe felt like ours for an evening. Folks are still talking, emailing and texting about the evening; how wonderful it was. Comments like “everything went so smooth”, “ I have never attended a wedding where there was such smooth transitioning”, “this is the most beautiful place, so intimate”, “best food at a wedding…hands down”, just to mention a few. Jen and the rest of the staff jumped in and helped with every little detail, not a thing forgotten. My daughter, Melanie (the bride) said to me afterwards, “mom, all the things people told me would go wrong just didn’t happen, everything was perfect.” Our family did the decorations for the chapel and the ballroom…we had a 17-foot truck loaded with stuff. When we pulled up to Briscoe they were ready and waiting to help us unload, they jumped in and helped us setup. When the reception was over, they helped us pack up and reload the 17-foot truck. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our daughter’s day “a true dream come true” for her.

We highly recommend Briscoe and have already referred two new brides :)

Briscoe is absolutely amazing. The venue is gorgeous and the food is delicious. The service is beyond first class. I couldn't imagine wanting to get married anywhere else. My husband, family, and I just adore this place. I would recommend it to anyone!

Briscoe Manor is a beautiful background for any wedding, the fine Hill Country style furnishings are the perfect touch, our wedding was beautiful. Jen and her staff were more than helpful, they took us through the planning stages with helpful advice and on our wedding day we didn't have to worry about a thing. Behind the Bash provided a great meal all of our guest said the food was great. The staff went above and beyond when it came to taking care of our guest. We would highly recommend Briscoe Manor if you would like a carefree, enjoyable day this is the perfect place for your wedding.

The night of our wedding my husband and I got to the hotel and relived that we left all of our honeymoon information and passports at Briscoe Manor. Before we relived it I get a text from Jen the owner of Briscoe Manor saying she is on her way to being us our box. We were about 45 min away and she drove to bring that to us. I don't think I can think of anyone else who would do that. Briscoe Manor makes it all about you and they help you to their fullest. Our wedding was perfect and we didn't have to worry about anything that whole night.

I do not even know where to begin when it comes to how amazing Briscoe Manor was for our wedding! Everyone we worked with during the whole process at Briscoe Manor could not have been more helpful, organized, reassuring, accommodating, professional....you name it! They all were incredible. Lesli and Rachel (the caterer) were who we worked closest with, and like I said before they were a pleasure to work with during this what said to be a "stressful" time. They were so helpful and so FUN to plan with! Our wedding was 10 times more perfect than I expected it to be and I give so much credit to all of Briscoe Manor! I cannot say enough good things about the venue and everyone who works there!

From the moment we drove up to Briscoe Manor we were impressed. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Our driving decision maker was to find a place with the ceremony AND reception in one location. Briscoe was our answer. This place is gorgeous both inside and outside. They are flexible with what the bride wants being an indoor or outdoor wedding.

When you book here they assign a coordinator who will help you through EVERY process. Ours was Jen and she was just amazing! She helped us before during and after our wedding with anything we were unsure on or just had a question about. During our reception, she made it run perfectly smooth. She made sure we were always on schedule and helped point us in the right direction. We couldn't have asked for anybody better!!!

The only downfall is that Briscoe is extremely popular. We only had a 6 month engagement and when we went to see about their schedule, every night was book for the next year.

But have no fear, because they offer morning weddings. We in fact had our wedding in the morning and it was fantastic!

We absolutely recommend Briscoe to every bride searching for that perfect place!

Everything about Briscoe Manor was perfect! The staff is so involved and responsive. I really did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed the entire day and evening as if I was a guest and not the mother-of-the-bride. That was wonderful! The food is excellent and all our choices were exactly as hoped for. We have had many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they have ever had!
The facility is beauritful and the chapel so simple and elegant. Jen kept the events moving along as planned and we really didn't have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend Briscoe Manor as a venue to future brides!

Everyone at Briscoe was extremely helpful and very nice! I had absolutley no worries about my wedding that day and knew everything would run smoothly. They contact each vendor prior to the wedding to make sure they know when to arrive to set up and to organize all the final details with your vendors. It was perfect!

We didn't have to worry about a thing. Jen handled everything and Rachel took care of the catering. Everyone was awed by the venue and they thought the food was out of this world! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. It was organized and whenever we had a question, we ALWAYS got a prompt reply. We used several of the vendors recommended by Briscoe Manor and we couldn't have been more pleased with the services they provided. The DJ was great and the flowers by Lisa of Blooming Gallery were over the top!!!

We had such a wonderful experience for our daughter's wedding. I can't say enough good things about this place or Jen who was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful everything was, but the most comments we have received was about how great the food tasted. We had the pecan crusted chicken and had people going back for seconds. A month later I had several friends tell me they would pay for that in a restaurant. The other entree that we opted for that cost a little extra was the Dr. Pepper braised spare ribs with polenta. Melted in our mouths! It was so tender and juicy. I can honestly say that this is the first time I have ever been impressed with wedding food. This place is a little expensive, but well worth the extra attention to detail they provide.

I cannot say enough good things about Briscoe Manor and the staff. My wedding was everything I had pictures and so much more. They really take time to help with all the details and carry out your vision. Lesli was my wedding coordinator and took all the stress off of me. I never once worried about anything. I loved how organized they are and how professional everyone was. It truly was the perfect day and I owe it all to Briscoe Manor. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I got married here in April. Stephanie was my coordinator. Briscoe made everything go super super smooth. If there was a problem, I didn't know about it. I went over everything with them about a month before my wedding, and emailed constantly with questions. Stephanie was super responsive, and kept everything moving the day of.

They did an awesome job of setting things up to my specifications. I handed them the box of props at the rehearsal and everything was done when I arrived. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed their meals. The caterer, Behind the Bash, was super helpful in menu planning everyone thought the food was delicious. Stephanie made sure our drinks were full, and we had our plates when it was time to eat.

The venue is beautiful so that saves a lot in costs. This is not the cheapest venue around, but it makes up for it in service and you get the entire venue to yourself. If you're open to it, you might want to consider non-Saturday night times to save.

Negatives:
1. Book early! I had to book over a year in advance.
2. Drinks were a little weak and shots are not allowed. But you're in the middle of the country, so you don't really want your guests driving back drunk.
3. It is a bit far. So you might want to consider whether you really want your hair/make up people driving that far and incurring extra fees.

Overall, I loved the place, and have zero regrets. It incorporates everything great...

Our wedding was absolutely perfect at Briscoe Manor. The staff at Briscoe helps you feel at ease about all the plans that come with a wedding. They are eager to help in any way and will answer all questions quickly. Briscoe Manor is a beautiful venue and we are SO happy we chose it. Our pictures are absolutely beautiful. There was not one thing that went wrong at our wedding, and the coordinators made sure everything was perfect.

I can not say enough amazing things about Briscoe Manor. From the first day we stepped foot on the property EVERYONE was so warm and welcoming. We booked our wedding venue VERY far in advance, and Stephanie made sure from the time we booked we were always kept in the know of property updates, or what we needed to complete next. The staff is so courteous and so professional, they stress to you constantly that ANYTHING you need they are there to take care of. The night of our wedding rehearsal, our pastor was in an accident and couldn't be there with us. Stephanie not only calmed my nerves but walked us through the ENTIRE ceremony so we knew we'd be ready. Having someone you trust for your day of preparations makes the whole experience well worth it. As the bride, I was able to come into the facility hang out with my bridesmaids, take pictures and know that literally EVERYTHING was taken care of. Not only did Stephanie keep the night moving to maximize our time, but she stayed in constant contact with all our vendors to facilitate their arrival/set up/break down etc. I am SO please with Briscoe Manor and all their amazing service, they made my wedding night memorable and 100% stress free!! THANK YOU STEPHANIE AND EVERYONE AT BRISCOE MANOR!

All the magazines, websites, etc are TRUE, this venue is AMAZING. It has it all, from charming chapel, to beautiful courtyard for cocktails, to large reception room, and even your very own wedding coorinator. I had Stephanie and she is wonderful. She took care of everything exactly how we discussed it and it literally went perfectly, without a hitch. I would highly recommend that you take that not so long drive and see for yourself. Once you experience this venue you will understand what everyone, including myself, is raving about.

We got married at Briscoe in September, it was awesome! Stephanie was so helpful before and during our wedding day. They took care of all of the day of coordination which was GREAT! It made for a much less stressful day :) We had our ceremony in the chapel at 7:30Pm it was beautiful, we had plenty of flowers but the whole venue is so pretty it didn't need a lot of flowers or decorations. Our guest had a great time and we go many compliments on the venue and party :) It is a little pricey, but totally worth it! I would recommend Briscoe Manor to anyone, Our wedding day was perfect!!

You truly have that Texas class along with the elegant, beautiful and romantic. The staff was amazing and helped us with everything. They suggested things we had not even thought of and made sure our wedding ran smooth and problem free so we could concentrate on the wedding. The food was fabulous and as good or better than any five star restaurant. Weddings are expensive and you want to know you made the right decision. Briscoe Manor is beautiful! We got so many compliments on how great the venue was! Jen was so wonderful and helpful. They definitely know how to put on a good wedding. It is a bit expensive, but it was an amazing event!

Both of my daughters' weddings were at Briscoe Manor, the first in July of 2009 and the second in July of 2011. They take care of all the details, and the coordinators are competent, professional, friendly, responsive and enthusiastic. I would recommend Briscoe Manor without any reservation. The options to customize the reception are seemingly endless, so our two weddings were both fantastic, but represented the very different personalities of each bride. The facilities are gorgeous and the price is quite reasonable for the quality of service provided.

Briscoe Manor was and is a BEAUTIFUL venue. Once you go and see for yourself you will fall in love. the flow of the ceremony to the reception was great, as i wanted the whole event to be in one place. my entire experience from pre-wedding to wedding night was flawless. As a bride at Briscoe you will be treated like a princess through your whole experience. For me- hands down the best wedding venue ever!

I truly cannot rave enough about the ease and comfort of having my wedding at Briscoe Manor. The people who are there to take care of you treat you as if you are the only bride in the world. They are selfless and willing to accommodate as long as it falls within their rules. They are currently working on face lifting an already BEAUTIFUL venue. Briscoe Manor believes in EXCELLENCE! They desire that everything you hope for your wedding day happens just the way you imagined it.

Jen was such a joy to work with. She was extremely accomodating to our needs and on the day of the wedding she was very attentative to not only the bride, but to the parents of the bride. She truly became a part of our team and worked with us through any issues or concerns that we might have had. If you're looking for an elegant place for your wedding, Briscoe Manor is it and Jen is the person. A great experience.

Jen was our wedding coordinator and she is amazing. It is very evident that she loves what she does and knows exactly what she is doing. Briscoe is very thorough in planning for your wedding and it shows the day of. They definitely go above and beyond to make your day special. The cost is higher than most places, but I am 100% convinced you get what you pay for. The venue is GORGEOUS and the staff is very professional and friendly. We were very pleased!!

Briscoe made the entire process stress-free. The are willing to provide you with as little or as much help you want in the planning process. All of the ladies who work there are kind and helpful. My groom, myself, and our families were able to relax and enjoy the day because we knew the staff at Briscoe had everything under control. Afterwards, we received many compliments from guest about the venue, the staff, the food, and even how smoothly everything was run. Personally, I have been to many weddings were there were lulls during the reception that left the guests impatiently waiting for food, but not at Briscoe! Our guests began being released to the buffet as soon as we entered the reception. Also, they serve drinks and h'ordeurves to the guest while that wait for the wedding party to arrive from pictures. The catering company that works with Briscoe serves some of the most delicious food I've had and are very accommodating to guest with special dietary requests (inform them of requests ahead of time). I have recommended this venue to many people and will continue to do so!

I ADORE Briscoe Manor! I am so so so happy that my husband and I chose to bite the expensive bullet and go with them! It is quite pricey but it is so worth it. I felt something amazing when I walked into Briscoe Manor and even after the wedding, I still have unbelievable feelings for the place. I highly recommend Briscoe Manor to any bride who hasn't found her dream venue yet!

I worked with Lesli to plan my wedding. She did everything above and beyond the call of duty. This location is so pretty that you don't need much to decorate it. A+++ to this location and staff!

We had a Friday evening wedding in March and it was perfect. We had our ceremony in the Chapel (Note: Briscoe Manor will NOT start wedding ceremonies before 7:30 pm on Friday.) Lesli was our day-of coordinator and she was wonderful, extremely responsive and accommodating, educating, and helpful throughout the entire process since our booking. She's very professional and friendly and knows what she's doing.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and very large. Our wedding was about 180 - 200 guests and didn't feel cramped or too open. Just right! There's plenty of space for the guests to venture around the grounds (chapel, courtyard, ball room, porch with fire pit, lake area, etc...)

We had passed appetizers served in the courtyard area with two stringed instruments being played while we took our formal family photos after the ceremony, then moved into the ballroom for the reception/dinner.

One requirement for booking at Briscoe is that you have to use the in-house caterer, which is WONDERFUL (Behind The Bash). It's expensive, but well worth it. We had many great comments about how surprisingly great the food was!

One of the only "ridiculous" things I didn't like about the wedding packages at Briscoe was that
it costs a couple hundred dollars for a "candle" package in the chapel, as well as, the ball room, which is not included in the overall price of the venue. Very strange. It was hard to justify spending that money to light candles for an evening wedding. It was nice that the linens, tables, chairs (most things you'd expect) were included in the overall costs to book the venue.

Overall, we were very happy with the service and accommodations at Briscoe Manor. I would suggest it to anyone!

Kind of far, but beautiful. Perfect for a Texas wedding with the rustic feel of the venue. Very elegant estate! Your pictures will be absolutely amazing.

Just too far out, but there's nothing they can really do about that. Other than that it's perfect! We looked at so many venues & my fiance immediately fell in love with the Briscoe Manor. It's difficult to find anything comparable.

I had my wedding (ceremony and reception) at Briscoe Manor on October 31, 2009 and it was truly the happiest day of my life!!! This venue is beautiful and I knew that it would be the perfect place to have my wedding after visiting almost a year to the date of the wedding. Lesli was truly a treasure! She is very profesional and really stayed on top of everything that was going on. Me and my fiance had a blast. I would recommend Briscoe in a heartbeat...

The ceremony and reception were both be held at Briscoe Manor. It is a gorgeous venue that is on many acres of land with a limestone chapel and reception hall that overlooks a lake. The staff is amazing and truely makes you feel special (although they have so many brides!) and makes sure that everything is exactly the way YOU want it. The day of services provided were way beyond what we even expected and we are so grateful! Great service, amazing food = the perfect place to have your dream wedding!

Briscoe Manor is one of the best places to get married out in West Houston/Katy area. The staff, especially Lesli, are incredibly efficient, caring, organized and on top of their game. They respond quickly to any emails or phone calls and are quick to help out in any way you may need. The site is GORGEOUS and can handle a small or large party. It is a breath taking venue, but with a very down to earth vibe. No frou-frou here. I am so happy I got married here.

Briscoe Manor was said, by many of our guests, to be the most beautiful, prompt, professional, and outstanding wedding venues they have ever been to, and my new husband and I completely agree! From the moment we went to visit the venue while searching for venues, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. Lesli was our coordinator from beginning to end, and I do not think we (or our parents) could have survived without her. When the bridesmaids' flowers were wrong and my mom paniced to when I had no idea where the rings were, Lesli was there calming us down and doing everything she could to keep things in good spirits and rolling. Briscoe Manor's in-house caterer, Behind the Bash, was great! I have never heard so many people rave about the food at a wedding before, and I was so glad it was mine! Briscoe Manor has everything for any bride and groom, and I suggest every who is getting married go check it out before they decide on a place to get married.

I can’t begin to put into words how much I appreciate Jen and the rest of the staff at Briscoe Manor. My daughter's wedding was seamless. Everything was perfect. It was the most spectacular, stress-free day. All of the work Jen did before the wedding and the night of the wedding allowed Curtis and I to be out and about hosting the fabulous event. It was truly the day Amanda had dreamed of all her life. Briscoe Manor is the venue all others should aspire to.

In the end, everything turned out beautiful, but there were lots of problems in the beginning. Although they remained professional, there were issues with their level of commitment. Fortunately, we had our wedding coordinator help us get through it. In the end, they pulled through and were very pleased.

If you are looking for a Texas chic wedding, the Briscoe Manor is the perfect place to do it. It has the charm of being on a ranch but the beauty and elegance that a wedding demands. The staff is talented, professional and incredibly creative. I loved getting to meet with the caterer and event planner, they were fun and we came up with some great ideas together. I wanted nothing more for our wedding.

Everyone there are so friendly and are great to work with! Briscoe Manor is absolutely gorgeous and provides a lovely country setting, but in a convenient location still close to the city.
