I can not even think of the words to describe this place and the incredible people who work there. It is perfection! Trust in Charles and Leigh! Everything was stunning, the food was incredible. The entire staff was attentive and responsive. The service was flawless in fact the entire wedding was FLAWLESS. I loved my wedding. They took such good care of me and my whole family. We would absolutely recommend the Palm House to anyone who was looking to get married there. Thank You!!

We could have not wished for a more perfect venue, food and wedding coordinator - Leigh was 100% focused on making the day run smoothly and dealt with any last minute changes. After the ceremony, Leigh took my husband and I to a little hidden away room so we could have some time alone and have a bit of champagne and something to eat. As we lived in London and this was a destination wedding the work Leigh and Charlie did for us alleviated so much of our worry. The food that the Palm House provided, our guests could not speak more highly of and they were amazed at the venue's gardens and the change of scenery at night. Thank you to the staff at the Palm House for making our day a success!

This is the premiere place to be married in Brooklyn and probably all of the city!! The Palm House will exceed your expectations!! :)

Leigh, the event coordinator at the Palm House, is incredibly good at her job. Not only is the site beautiful and the food awesome, but Leigh literally makes sure that every single detail is accounted for. She made every ammend to the traditional setup that we requested: by serving Irish coffees at the end of the night, arranging all of our reception decor according to directions, accommodating bagpipers, etc.. She dealt quietly and quickly with mishaps without my even knowing they were mishaps..... from bustling my dress to problem-solving a missing place setting. I highly, highly recommend the Palm House; everyone there is so accommodating, flexible, professional and helpful, you almost forget that you're actually getting married there for the unbelievable setting.

thanks to the help of charles and leigh, we were able to pull a beautiful winter wedding in just 2 months!leigh was very efficient and knew how to accomodate the bride and groom, family as well as all of the guests! couldn't have asked for a better coordinator!it started snowing during our ceremony which made the night even more amazing~! leigh's attention to little details such as getting us a sampler plate of all the foods at the cocktail hour and making sure we have everything set up the way i asked her to just took so much off my plate(as the bride) and made everything perfect! thank you guys so much! i would recommend the palm house to anybody! our guests also coudlnt stop talking how delicious everything was and how much fun they had! doesn't get any better than that, right? :)

There is no place more perfect for a wedding than the Palm House at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Not only is the space beautiful, but the food was outstanding, and Leigh--the wedding coordinator--was really a star. Just when you think you have a question about something, and even before you can ask, she is there with an answer. We added many personal touches to our event, and they were open to all of them. I can't imagine any way our day could have been more perfect, and we have everyone at the PH to thank!

Our wedding at the Palm House was a perfect night! From the staff to the food, everything was perfect. Mary and Charles made the wedding planning process so easy, and Leigh ensured the day of flowed smoothly. All of our guests commented on the beauty of the gardens and The Palm House, as well as how delicious the food was. We were so happy with the entire wedding evening. We could not recommend The Palm House enough! And we are so thankful to the Palm House for helping to make our wedding so unforgettable!

This was the best venue in NYC hands down. Price, location, uniqueness, and most importantly quality of food and quality of wedding coordinator.

It's hard to describe our experience at The Palm House without sounding hyperbolic, but we couldn't have been happier with the entire process. The room itself is gorgeous, and the services of the exclusive caterers, Charles Sally Charles were outstanding. They were extremely professional, warm, flexible, and helpful, and their list of vendors connected us with a floral designer (Mel Furukawa), photographer (David Lindner), and DJ (DJGaza) who were of the same high caliber. I'd chosen not to have a wedding planner, and once I met Leigh, our wedding coordinator at The Palm House, I never regretted my decision. I didn't have to worry about anything - anytime I had a question or concern, large or ridiculously small, I had a response within minutes. On the day itself, once we arrived at the venue, we were just scooped up and completely cared for, down to insuring that my husband-to-be didn't see me before the ceremony, as per our request. All our guests exclaimed about the high quality of the food, the staff, and the room was STUNNING. Aside from deciding to marry each other, having our wedding at The Palm House was the best choice we ever made.

Not only is the venue unique and beautiful, but the staff and catering is just incredible. I just had my wedding at The Palm House and the night couldn't have been better. I will always cherish my wedding day thanks to Charlie, Mary, Leigh, and Sally.

We cannot praise The Palmhouse and Charles, Sally & Charles Catering, Inc. enough for the outstanding job they did on our wedding. The venue is utterly spectacular and very reasonably priced for how gorgeous and unique it is and our wedding was organized very well with the help of the venue's day of coordinator and staff. The catering was fantastic and the food was excellent. Guests were raving about the quality of the food all night long. We were so comfortable and happy with the entire process and the massive efforts from everyone at The Palmhouse. Thank you for everything!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food is magnificent. It rained on our wedding day, so we had to execute the back up plan for the cocktail hour. The back up option is beautiful because the guests can wander through some of the exhibits at the botanic gardens. They were incredibly professional, and because of this a lot of my stress was alleviated.

I am biased...and rightfully so in saying this is the premier place to have your wedding. From the location, views, the 5 star food, not to mention the 5 star service. Our wedding coordinator was amazing. She anticipated everything I need and wanted. The staff went above and beyond what we ever expected, including moving our scheduled outdoor wedding indoors when it started pouring 10 minutes before showtime all in 5 minutes! From our pictures, you could never tell that the indoor set up wasn't planned all along - Flawless. My husband and I want to get married again just to be able to have it at The Palm House.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. They have it down pat at this stellar wedding location. Gorgeous gardens, amazing staff and it all went so smoothly. They know what to anticipate and how to create a wedding that is unique. And don't shy away from the "no outside food vendors" rule because their food is absolutely fabulous. I would have paid for my steak in a restaurant it was so good. Everyone still talks about how wonderful our wedding was and it was in large part due to the Palm House and their team. A++++++++++

Leading up to the ceremony they were incredible. The day of; the second I walked into my wedding, I never worried about a thing. Beautiful venue and amazing staff!

The food was amazing, the cake was beautiful, and the staff was unbelievably professional and nice. Having my wedding at the Palm House made it an even more special day that it already was. If you can book this venue, do it!

We had an amazing wedding in September at the Palm House in Brooklyn Botanic Garden. We wanted to marry somewhere with green, under the sky with plenty of sunshine in NY. First, we thought that would be impossible. Wedding with Green and Sky in NYC? But we found it! Our dream wedding place, all our wish were there. We did Sunday day time wedding and was perfect for us. Ceremony was outside in the garden on the beautiful green lawn, and the reception was inside of the Palm House. On top of that, all the guest mentioned their food, it is delicious! Sunny and beautiful, with so many smiling people! We were so happy. Definitely the best day of our lives. We highly recommend this place for your unforgettable day.

We were extremely pleased with the services provided by CSC Charles, Sally & Charles and the Palm House. Our guests gushed compliments about the venue, the food, and the timing and planning of the wedding -from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception. All of our expectation were met and exceeded.

For being one of the best places in New York to have your wedding, the Palm House lived up to the hype. The night of our wedding was amazingly beautiful and went so smoothly. Leigh is great, she's so efficient, she answered all of my inane questions beforehand and checked back throughout the night to make sure things were happening the way we wanted them to. All of our guests were blown away by the whole night. In heinsight it would have been nice if the caterers were alittle more flexible, they have a standard way they like to do things and there isnt much room to deviate. However, in the end I have no regrets and it came down to this: Were all the details of the entire night exactly how I had envisioned them? No. But was it a beautiful event and did everyone have an amazing time? Absolutely, and isnt that really what its all about anyway?

This was absolutely the most spectacular, stress-free day we could have imagined. Friends still talk about the incredible food five years after the day! It was a perfect setting, the staff was professional and accomodating, and the cake was lovely! I have no criticism whatsoever. My wedding was perfect. It is worth every penny!

They were so helpful and had so many good ideas/insights for us leading up to the wedding that on the day itself, we were completely stress-free. Lee, our wedding coordinator & consultant who works at the Palm House, was simply amazing! Charles & his team at The Palm House are wonderful and I highly recommend this venue to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with the Palm House and how they handled everything the day of my wedding. My coordinator was Leigh and she was utterly fantastic. I didn't have to worry about anything! The photobooth we had ordered was late and before I could even reach for my iPhone to get the contact number Leigh had them on the phone and knew exactly where they were. Any possible concern that myself or my family had was taken care of without a moments hesitation. My guests said that the dinner was like a night out at an elegant restaurant. The food was great, the wine delicious and well paired and your napkin was folded and in place when you got back to your seat from the dance floor. I highly recommend the Palm House for both your ceremony and reception. The location is stunning and the staff is amazing!

I think brides need to understand that the BBG is a very busy venue and you need to be proactive and ask questions. I felt that I wasn't contacted for things like menu selection, linen selection and overall itinerary, but rather I had to reach out the garden myself to get all this done. In the end the day was perfect and it all came together!

When I look back and think of my wedding day at The Palm House, I am so happy with everything they did for us. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how great the food was and how pretty it is there. The coordinator, Leigh, is outstanding and will make your wedding day so easy and will really cater to you - she works magic - she got blood from my sister's mosquito bite out of my dress w/ a shout wipe. Just like that! She is professional and will lead you through everything - you won't have to even think - just have fun and she'll take care of the rest. I do have to say though, that working with Charles, Sally, and Charles Kraus (the caters of the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens' Palm House) was a bit difficult at times and can be frustrating. They are set in their ways and do things the way they always have, so if you're not too picky, you will have an easier time working w/ them.The tasting is done as a cocktail style party w/ other couples, so if you're looking to try your plates or have them make something special for you, you can't have a private tasting. You will taste your meal for the first time on your wedding day. The wedding cake is included in the cost of each person, so you do your tasting and decide on your cake at a group tasting at the Palm House. You won't get personal attention, so that's something to consider. The cake was tasty however. I had red velvet with cream cheese filling. It's very expensive but you're paying for location and beauty, and really when it comes down to it, everything was tasty and everyone was happy and they were very nice to us.

I love the gardens. It is a beautiful, bucolic, and romantic location. Great for photos. Feels elegant and down to earth at the same time depending on how you dress it up.
