Rose Wade Events made my wedding more beautiful and memorable than I could have ever imagined! I have received countless compliments on my wedding, from the vintage props to the beautiful venue, from the delicious food and cake to the calm, serene, beautiful ambiance that was created. Rose and her staff were very quick and responsive to my calls and emails, even last-minute requests the day before the wedding. Rose's wedding coordinator, Sandy, was absolutely outstanding - professional, personable, efficient, and a sheer pleasure to work with. I felt so at ease to have her by my side the entire day of the wedding. I also really appreciated how professional and efficient the wedding rehearsal was run. Rose and her staff make sure that all the little details are taken care of the day of your wedding so that you don't have to worry about it. Their attention to detail made the event classy and flow nicely for our guests. One thing that made me choose this venue over others was the fact that Rose had many vintage props to decorate the already beautiful venue - the fact that you can use any of her props and that her staff set it up for you was a plus. All in all, the wedding was enjoyed by all, everything ran smoothly, the food was great, and Brookside was transformed into a beautiful dream that made me unbelievably happy to have had my wedding there.

My daughter had the most beautiful wedding here at Brookside. The grounds are so beautiful. Rose Wade and her team were amazing. Everything was perfect from the ceremony to the reception. It was so organized. It was wonderful that we were able to use all the beautiful decor. The food was fabulous. Chris the DJ did a wonderful job. All of the staff working that day were all so kind. My daughter told me from the very beginning that she loved Rose and her team. I saw how much they really love there brides, groomsmen and there families. Our wedding at Brookside Equestrian Center was a dream come true. It started with a great first impression when we initially visited the venue. The venue is absolutely breath taking and exactly what we were looking for. The next big thing was meeting Rose and feeling instantly how important her brides and grooms were to her.We liked that the staff was not pushy and was willing to work with us. Rose was amazingly helpful and caring from the very beginning and we felt assured that we would be in good hands. My husband and I had our wedding at Brookside Equestrian 2 weeks ago, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Aside from being professional and talented, Rose and her team were incredibly flexible, warm and just a joy to be around. They were patient with us and our crazy schedules and, at times, crazy requests and helped our vision come to life in a way that I couldn't have even imagined. Also, I was so impressed and grateful to Rose for taking charge and making sure we had all the proper lighting and heat elements, since the evening did become a bit chilly...that's exactly how they work - making sure the guests are comfortable and the couple is happy.

Our guests were just as wowed as we were with the stunning venue and amazing crew that helped us pull everything together...I'm sure that night alone will bring in some new clients :)

Rose Wade Events did a beautiful job on our wedding! From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this was our venue! Its rustic elegance and natural beauty just radiated!

We worked with Rose, who did everything she could to work within our budget. Not once did we feel pressured to sign a contract. We felt like she wanted to help us with our wedding because it's something she loves doing! And let me tell you, she proved that to us!

The day of our wedding, I didn't worry about a thing! If there were any problems, I didn't hear about them (and to this day, I still haven't heard of anything that went wrong). Rose and Sandy were so hospitable to the wedding party, our families and friends, and to our other vendors.

Rose has an eye for detail, and she provided majority of our decorations. A friend came up to me and said "This reception blows Pinterest out of the water!" From the food, to the decor, to the set up... It was the perfect...

Just 2 days before our wedding it was cold and rainy, but when it came to the day of. It was 70 and Sunny! They say they never do weddings in the rain and with what happen, that is fact! My wedding day was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful, and staff is so incredible. Rose and Sandy, you two are gems! They both were so supportive, sweet, and attentive. Sandy would drive us around in the golf cart during pictures and was always there to hand me a tissue during the emotional moments. I can't thank you all enough, everyone at Brookside and at Rosé Wade Events. Many of my guests told me that was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, with some of the best food they have ever tasted. And I could not agree more! :)

We couldn't have asked for a better venue and service by the staff. The event coordinators were very patient, organized, and really worked with the bride, groom, and their families to make this a very special day. Sandy, Rose, and Aida are amazing! If I had to do it all over again, I would because that's how smooth the day went. The grounds of the equestrian center are exquisite on its own, but to top it off Rosewade Events provide the décor. The event coordinators hand pick vintage items such as typewriters, suit cases, dressers, and much more to make this a beautiful shabby chic wedding. The venue is kept very clean and I assure you, it did not smell at all! Sandy took us here and there on a golf cart so my dress barely got dirty. She also made sure the elderly and individuals who may have difficulty walking were tranported to the different areas on the grounds as well. Many of my guests acclaimed this was the best wedding they have ever attended. Love love love this venue and would highly recommend them to you.

Except for it being an extremely hot day and very humid, everything was perfect. The staff did everything they could to make the guests comfortable on such a hot day. The venue was perfect, the set up was perfect. I got lots of compliments on the food and how beautiful everything was, others seemed to forget about the heat also!!! It was awsome to have the horses so close to the reception. Very, very clean and no animal smell at all. You couldn't ask for a better group of site wedding coordinators to work with. Always greeted with a smile, always very helpful and genuine concern for you and wanting the best for you. The wedding is over with just wonderful memories and pictures, but the friendships are here for a long, long time!

We had a lovely wedding at Brookside. There were a few unexpected items that were different from planning but overall it was wonderful. Make sure that setup is drawn out exactly for venue. Guests were thrilled with venue and had a wonderful time. Food was excellent, bar was fantastic, staff extremely helpful.

My now husband and I recently got married at the Brookside Equestrian Center, and we are absolutely happy we had it there. The place is simply beautiful, peaceful, rustic, and sweet. She gave us a pretty good price for what you get and it was well worth every penny. Our wedding guests also couldn't stop complimenting the venue. They also took advantage of viewing the wonderful horses on site and the horses almost took the glory! They were extremely accommodating, responsive, and on top of it. On the day of, each person really took a great deal to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. The location is like hidden gem in the middle of Walnut. If you want your wedding to be special, this is the place to be!

My Husband and I had the best night of our lives at Brookside Equestrian Center. Everything from the planning to the execution of the event was perfect. Rose and Sandy were always available to sit down for multiple meetings to plan timelines, color schemes, you name it! I could not have asked for better service and it reflected in our happiness and ability to just enjoy our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, our guests were in awe with the beautiful setting at Brookside. The ceremony was by beautiful oak trees, the lighting perfect for amazing photos. Rose made sure that we were able to make all of our dreams come true. The reception was by the barn, the horses were peaking out all night, the kids running around, it was amazingly perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to have an experience as we did. You will not regret it.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Brookside Equistrian Center. I can't begin to tell you how happy we were with how everything turned out. Everything was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, especially the venue, and all the details just added more beauty. Lincoln and I had envisioned a romantic rustic-modern type of wedding and that is exactly what was executed on the wedding day. We had candles everywhere, a baby grand piano during the ceremony, a DIY ceremony door that created our processional entrance and the list goes on. Rose and her staff were AMAZING. With out coordinator, they made sure everything was flawless. Words cannot express how thankful we are! In addition, the food they provided was THE BEST. All our guests raved about how good the food was and how full they left the wedding. We absolutely loved everything about our wedding!! We highly highly recommend Brookside, Rose, and her catering staff! <3

Rose and her staff did an amazing job for our June 19th wedding at Clarke Estate in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Rose takes her job very seriously and does everything she can to make sure your planning before and the evens of the day go smoothly. You can tell she is very proud of her work. She is a true event professional. Every step of the way I knew I was in good hands and didn't have to worry about anything. She was very attentive to our needs and extremely flexible when it came to planning them menu and other details of the event.

As far as the menu planning, we had two separate tastings and decided on 2 menus for our guests because we wanted to both a traditional menu - Chicken Florentine, salmon, scalloped potatoes, etc. and a gourmet bbq - Chicken, boneless pork ribs, mac and cheese, etc. along with a kids menu. I don't think any other caterer would be as flexible without charging an arm and a leg. She worked with me & tried her best to work within my budget. At the end of the night we had so many compliments on the food. Many guests even had second rounds. And yet, it was so classy and gourmet because it was a served buffet.

And presentation, presentation, presentation! Rose carried out my vision even beyond what I thought it could be. She even brought her own vintage and rustic accents within our color palette to enhance the decor for the set up of all the food and drink displays, guest sign in table, escort table and the cake table.

Bottom line: I would definitely recommend and have already recommended Rose to anyone considering a vintage, rustic, outdoor wedding or needs a caterer for any event.

Rose and her Team were amazing on our wedding day! Everyone loved the food. We even had friends ask if they could have the mac and cheese child plate selection. That's how delicious, fresh, and well presented the food was. Rose's Team even went out of their way to assist another vendor who had a minor setup with delivery. This shows how Rose Catering goes above and beyond the call of duty without hesitation. Their professionalism, ease of approach, and friendly staff was greatly appreciated. Till this day we have family saying how much they crave the strawberry vinagrette. Yum! Excellent job Rose Catering!

Rose is incredible! Her passion and love for brides is expressed through her work and dedication. Working with Rose was easy and the least bit stressful. She made me feel very comfortable to voice my opinons and concerns and was quick to respond. She is very responsible and creative and knows how to create a beautiful wedding. I love Rose and the wedding industry is a much better place with her in it :)

Brookside Equestrian Center was the perfect venue for an outside reception. The location is beautiful and private. My fiancee and me went here first and we went to other venues afterwards,but none could compete. Lisa Walton, Special Events Manager, was so helpful. She helps you with details and recommends vendors that will match what you want. I recommend this to anyone who wants an outdoor wedding and reception. All of our guests said the venue was beautiful.

The most amazing venue ever. The best kept secret around. When you rent the venue you have the entire site to pick your spots for ceremony, cocktails, reception. It is such a breathtaking beautiful place. You have to see it to describe it. It is beyond any place I have seen or been to. So great to work with Lisa Walton, the manager. Takes time to go over everything and walk you around, show you pictures of other weddings and gives suggestions. If you want an outdoor wedding, I don't think you could find a better place

Rose is the only caterer that I use. She's very easy to work with, very reliable, and above all, great food.

Rose was my day-of coordinator for our wedding, as the site required a coordinator. I was very grateful to have a coordinator as the day drew near. Rose was very helpful in gathering last minute items I hadn't thought of for both the ceremony and reception, and assisted in adding personal touches to ensure everything looked beautiful. Rose assisted with putting together a timeline for the ceremony and the reception, and coordinating vendors in the two weeks prior to the wedding, which eliminated a number of calls and emails I would have had to take care of. Rose kept the evening running smoothly and handled small bumps along the way, keeping us on track with time. Rose did a great job for us and I would recommend others using her services as well.

Rose and her staff are outstanding! We use Rose for our events several times a year. Our guests rave about the food and the service. What they don't know is behind the scenes Rose has to put up with my last minute requests and panicked needs for service. She has never let me down. Not only is the food terrific, but the display is always lovely too.

Rose Wade was our caterer for our May 8, 2010 wedding at Brookside Equestrian Center. If you are looking for a superior caterer Rose Wade Catering is the one to choose! We can't say enough good things about Rose and her staff! The food was amazing! So many of my guests commented that the food at our wedding was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! Rose also served as our wedding planner and she provided a list of other vendors that had the same quality and attention to detail she has. Our wedding turned out perfect and exactly how we envisioned it and we attribute that to Rose Wade. She makes sure she understands exactly what the client wants and provides the appropriate vendors and resources. We would highly recommend Rose Wade Weddings and Catering!
