So far so good....Our wedding is on Valentine's day so we were in a rush to book something. Brookside offers affordable and private ballrooms. I was not considering this place but I had gone to a party there and I loved the food (they hired new chefs is what am told) the inside can use some sprucing up but what made us fall in love was the view at night with the curtains open and with candles lit...oh so romantic. Wait the best part is their wedding coordinator Stephanie she is bomb and super nice and understanding....I will post the second part of the reveiw later(after the wedding)

Well after the wedding what can I say but I love the Brookside it wasnt my dream location like some that I have seen but it makes for it with their staff! Great customer service I love the wedding coordinator Stephanie she is like my sister and the wait staff WOW they were so good! Many guest said we had great service! the Food is okay but I love how it was a packaged for us

Everything we needed was included which made it nice since we were planning a wedding in Pasadena, California from Houston ,Texas.
Its got a vinatge charm to the place. affordable, great staff, but can use some sprucing up but for US Brookside was a great choice!
The greenery surrounding the ballroom is absolutely gorgeous during the daytime. The packages are also similar to the la canada country club but a bit higher. The ballroom is modern looking with a patio for ceremonies or cocktail hour. The club said that the max for the room is 300. It is difficult to imagine 300 bodies in there. It seems a bit small. The building looks old and outdated from the outside and there is a chance that your guests' cars can be hit by golf balls.

The largest is The Mediterranean Room; with seating for up to 300 guests, its clean and contemporary interior features Spanish detailing. The recessed brass chandeliers provide nighttime illumination, while sunshine streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows during the day. Through our wall of windows, your guests will have panoramic views of the emerald fairways spilling over into the adjacent patio,while the flowers provide a burst of color around the perimeter underneath the pretty gazebo.
Adjoining the Mediterranean Room is a comfortably appointed bridal suite available for the bridal party to prepare for the days’ festivities.
A cozy option is The Rose Bowl Restaurant with green accents, an impressive stone fireplace located in the center of the room, arched windows and high wooden beam ceilings. The Arroyo Room holds up to 80 guests and is convenient for intimate gatherings. The Madrid Room has an adjacent terrace, providing interesting possibilities for smaller-scale affairs.
