I would absolutely NOT recommend Jim and anyone from Brothers of Blues. We had 300 people at our wedding earlier this month and the DJ was a complete embarrassment. We paid for the upgraded package and the DJ butchered just about everything from introductions to playing songs we had specifically had on our “Do NOT Play” list. The groom had to go up to the DJ three times and tell him to change the song. Do not let the video on the website fool you, this business is non-consistent.

These guys looked a little rough around the edges at first glance, but I went with them based on a recommendation from a friend. I have to tell you these guys know how to put on a show and get your wedding party going. We had such a good time and they played just the right mixture of music to get everyone involved.

Our reception ROCKED!! Jim was excellent the dance floor was never empty. We even had wedding crashers from the wedding next door! He kept in contact with me and I'm very hard to get a hold of. The day of the wedding I threw him lots of last minute stuff and he went with it never complaining. He did EVERYTHING WE WANTED!! I would use him again a.d recommend him to everyone! The best part, he dressed up in costumes and danced with us. Never a dull moment!

The DJ himself was funny, interactive, and great the only problem with them was they forgot to call out someones name during the announcements of parents of the bride etc etc (they forgot my flower girl) and then also they played the wrong cake cutting song! Easy fixes but just wanted to mention that! Other then that great deal and worth the money 100%!
