My hubby went to Brown to buy my ring because one of their sales people was a friend of the family. They helped him pick out a great ring for his budget and really explained a lot about diamonds to DH. It was great having a place we could both trust for such a big purchase.

We were referred to Brown & Co. by a family friend who had done business with the jeweler for several years. The store may seem a bit fancy upon arrival, but the sales staff was very down to earth and helpful, and was never pushy. The selection is very nice, but may not seem as extensive as some of its competitors. The price is well-rounded from low to high and payment plans are available through their store credit card. Brown & Co. was very patient with us as we made several trips back to the store before deciding on my wedding band. We were notified as soon as the band had come in, and when we picked it up, they cleaned my engagement ring while we waited. An on-site appraiser rounds out the top-notch service we received at this jeweler, making us lifetime customers.
