Overall pretty good.

good points: Very friendly and helpful in the days before the wedding. Really great at organizing everything, obviously very experienced. He even cut and plated Chinese pastries that we did not order from him for free. He was also excellent at dealing with my mother-in-law who disliked him because he was black. He had her cancel at the last minute for 3 personal tastings and he was still professional towards us!

Bad point: He pushed the beverage service too much. He even lied to us about how he had catered a wedding where the wedding party was fined $5,000 when a surprise police inspection found an uncle working at the bar who had drunken alcohol. We call the Licqour Control Board in Olympia and they said that there is no such law that would result in such a fine.
