Patti and Christine are wonderful! My wedding day was the coldest day of the year, and it was terribly windy. The wind blew my veil off twice, but my updo did not move. I was very impressed by the services that Patti and Christine provided. I worked with Patti prior to the wedding day and she was always very professional and quick in responding to my calls and emails. I am extremely particular when it comes to my make-up and Patti is the only person who has ever done it to where I didn't have to fix one thing! She listened to what I had in mind and executed my vision perfectly. Christine and Patti arrived to our hotel suite on time and brought all of their materials. All of us girls were able to relax and hang out in the room together while getting our make-up done. We looked through magazines together and they helped me come up with the exact look I dreamed of for my wedding. The day of was even better than the trial! I had chosen a friend of my regular stylist to do my hair and makeup, but when I had my trial run two weeks before my wedding, I left in tears! I had contacted Patti with Brushworx about doing the makeup for my girls previously, and immediately called her to see if they could do the hair for everyone and my makeup as well. She assured me they could make me look exactly the way I wanted, and when I had the trial with her the week before the wedding I was ecstatic! Rachel was able to get me the perfect curls I wanted for my hair and was very comfortable with the clip in extensions I wanted to wear, and the gorgeous makeup that Patti applied really did stay on until the next day and you couldn't even tell I slept with it on! The day of my wedding, they arrived early to be setup and ready to start at the agreed upon time, and were able to keep us on schedule even though some people were late. My girls looked stunning, one of them was married earlier in the year and said she loved the way she looked at my wedding even more than her own! I live in South Florida and planned my wedding in Atlanta with no planner and no family to help. Hair & make up was my biggest concern since I wasn't able to do multiple trials. Patti and Marlene were the makeup and hair stylists for my wedding day. They were on time, kept me calm, did a beautiful job on me, three bridesmaids and my flower girls. They were professional and sweet. Our makeup and hair stayed in place all afternoon and evening too. I also loved that the makeup was weightless. I never felt like anything was caked on. It was light, airy and flawless!

These ladies are absolutely the best! Patti and Marlene arrived early on my wedding day and were so professional. There was NO STRESS involved--I was so relaxed and ready to get pampered. My hair and makeup looked gorgeous and they made me feel like a princess every step of the way.

I bought clip-in hair extensions to give my style more body, and Marlene was more than happy to incorporate them into my style. She did a fantastic job at my trial run, but it looked even better on the actual wedding day! My hair was a work of art, and it looked fabulous all night!

Patti really listened to my concerns about my wedding day makeup (I have oily skin, under-eye circles and I wanted more coverage than my everyday makeup). She made me feel comfortable and beautiful with the various concealers and techniques she used. She also accommodated one of my bridesmaids who, after having seen how great everyone else was looking, asked to have her makeup done on the wedding day. Even though she was put on the spot, Patti graciously and flawlessly executed my friend's makeup. I am so thankful to her for that because a lot of people would not have been as professional.

Patti and Christine are fabulous! They created the perfect look for my wedding and I was so happy with the results. My hair and makeup looked even better the day of my wedding than it did for the trial. They took all my comments into consideration and made minor tweaks here and there. My hair and makeup lasted all night and I was on the dance floor the majority of the time! All my bridesmaids hair and makeup looked amazing, too. We got ready at my parent's house and Patti and Christine were on-time and even ahead of schedule. I appreciate that they were conscious of the timeline and worked to stick to it. They are great women and it was wonderful having them make me look my best on my big day!

We simply could not have chosen a more prefect vendor to do the hair and make-up for my daughter's bridal party. Marlene was the stylist who worked with our group and she is just PERFECT! From the first meeting, Marlene and Patti made it well known they were there to meet OUR needs and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with their suggestions and recommendations. On the wedding day, things were of course hectic and extremely busy. At no time during the day did I ever notice Marlene get up-tight or frustrated and goodness knows, there were ample times she should have. People were in/out of the room where the make-up and hair was being done--it was like "grand central station!' This never phased Marlene. Her complete attention and focus was always on the individual with whom she was working. And oh my stars--the end products were just amazing! Hair styles were goregous and make-up was stunning. The bride was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Marlene was so patient and particular while working with the bride. At one point, she completely took down one section of the up-do and redid it because it did not meet HER expectations. The hair styles and make-up remained in place for the entire day/night, even though the day was extremely hot and pictures were taken outside. Marlene guaranteed us the make-up and hair would stay put--she was dead on right!!! As Marlene worked with her clients, she talked about family, interests, hobbies, etc. helping people to relax and to just enjoy the moment.

We could not have selected a more perfect vendor for Stephanie's wedding. The people (Pattie and Marlene) were so professional in everything but actually, their interest and desire to make sure we were pleased made them seem like personal friends--not just a professional who was doing a job for us. It's amazing how many times Brushworx was recommend to during my wedding planning! A fellow coworker, a good friend and my planner all recommended Patti and her crew! We had to start hair and make up at 6:30am. I had 12 Bridesmaids and 2 Mother's to get hair and makeup done. They stayed on schedule the ENTIRE morning and had us ready to go by picture time! Patti & Rachel are amazing!!! From the minute we booked them to do my hair and make-up, they were extrememly professional and helpful and sincerely had my best interest at heart. My mother and I went for the trial run at their studio and appreciated how many questions they asked and genuinely listened to what my ideas were. I kept telling them I trusted them, that they were the experts, and they continued to ask me questions and showed me ideas to make sure I was truly getting exactly what I wanted. The day of the wedding, they were very punctual and had things down to a science and kept to their timeline while getting the bridesmaids, MOB, & MOG. As beautiful as all the ladies in my life looked that day, Patti & Rachel made sure I was the most important one that day. Remembering the day, I felt like was the most beautiful bride ever. Looking at my pictures, I realize that I Brushworx really did make me breathtaking and beautiful and it wasn't just a feeling, but reality. I was the maid of honor in my sister's wedding this past weekend and Patti and Christine did our hair and makeup! I cannot even begin to say enough about them! They are truly amazing! Not only are they the sweetest people in the world, they are also VERY professional, detail orientated, and organized. They made my sister look absolutely stunning and knew how to keep her calm and put together. I was also truly obsessed with my hair and makeup and it looked exactly the same at midnight after dancing and sweating as it did when they did it at 11am! When planning my wedding, hair and makeup were important aspects of making my day feel special, yet comfortable. I, of course, wanted to look beautiful but I was also looking for the convenience of being able to get ready at the hotel where I would be getting dressed. I wanted my bridesmaids and mother/mother-in-law to feel pampered and for the day to feel (relatively) stress free. Brushworx lived up to every expectation I had, and then some. My services were done last and the enjoyment I got from watching each one of my friends have their hair and makeup done was one of my best memories. Not only did everyone look stunning, but the artists were able to play off the natural beauty of the girls rather than give them that "made-up" look that I wanted to avoid. My mother had undergone chemo prior to the wedding and her natural hair had come in enough to where she was comfortable to go without her wig. Karen did her makeup so wonderfully and she and Christine were so supportive, it made my day even more special to know my mom felt beautiful as well.

The first time I looked in the mirror after everything was done was so exciting...honestly, I have never felt prettier in my whole life. Both Christine and Karen listened to what I wanted and then tweaked it to what would work best for me. She was fantastic! I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, so I brought in a picture of my dress at my trial hair appointment, and she figured out what would complement the dress well. I had my hair and make-up done there and so did my bridesmaids and my flower girls. Everyone looked fabulous on my wedding day. They worked with our schedules and were fun and friendly. The hair dresser I saw at my trial was very conscious about my hair holding and asked that I took pictures though out that evening so she could see how the style held so she could be sure to know if she had to kick it up for the big day.

While flowers, linens, bridal party attire and the ceremony setting are all important components of a beautiful wedding, when the big day and moment actually arrive, the groom's only focus will be on you. Taking into consideration the importance of pictures and wanting to make my one and only time as a bride count, I set out to achieve a glamorous yet fresh look. My wedding day is a day I shall treasure forever....
It is so crucial to set up all details well before hand in order to truly relax and relish each moment during the wedding events. Needless to say, for a bride and her party, hair and makeup are certainly an integral part of the planning process! Living in California while planning an Atlanta wedding (using an Atlanta beauty service company) initially seemed daunting. I had no idea how I would find the right company, especially since I was so selective (nicer way of saying PICKY) and just needed a team that would "get it." That would "get me!" That is, I should say, until I found Brushworx. From the first moment I spoke to Christine and Patti, I had a gut instinct I hit the jack pot.
They were both so professional and yet so personal in their approach to bridal beauty services. They were both so willing to listen to my specific requests and yet also offered creative ideas. They were both so willing to accommodate their schedule (for a trial session) around my limited one (on a super hectic one week pre-wedding visit to Atlanta). After the trial, above all--THEY WERE BOTH THE ONLY PEOPLE I WANTED TO DO MY HAIR AND MAKEUP ON MY WEDDING DAY!

Patti with Brushworx did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and I loved it! I have never had so many compliments on how beautiful I looked. ( My sister n law even said your make up looks perfect, I've never seen you look so amazing!) My makeup stayed on all night and my hair didn't fall at all even leaving my veil in all night. Wow, what a great day made even better by having Brushworx take the weight off my shoulders by providing fabulous hair and makeup. At first, I was hesitant to pay for something I could do myself, but in the end it was the best decision I could have made (besides marrying my fabulous husband)! Not having to control my shaking hands, nerves, or jitters and just simply sitting back and letting Marlene take over was wonderful. I got to hold a glass of champagne and chat with those around me while she did everything.

Brushworx was my choice due to being a good value and also for their commitment to Christ in both work and personal lives. If you are counting every penny like I was, be sure to inquire if there will be a travel fee charged as well for your location. But the travel fee is minimal and the whole experience was worth it. I would highly recommend them to any future bride or attendant!

They were great at listening to what I had to say, and took my concerns seriously and then followed through. I asked that I not have so much makeup on that I looked like a hooker, and my husband told me to make sure that "you still look like you" :) Both were done and all three of us that got the hair and makeup done were completely satisfied. Patti stayed involved in the process the ENTIRE time and made sure that I was completely comfortable with Marlene and her work. Cheer to Brushworx!

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. And while I did end up paying more than I had planned for my hair/make-up, it was so worth it!!

Christine did my hair and make-up, and she did an amazing job! The trial went great, and the day-of was even better. My makeup did not wear off at all, and my hair stayed put all day long!

I had some concerns with finding a vendor to do my hair, because my hair is longer than waist-length, and I was worried about finding someone who had experience with extremely long hair. Before I even hired Brushworx, I exchanged emails with Christine and she put my mind at ease. And my hair was perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about Brushworx - I highly recommend them! Again, the cost may seem a little high, but in the end it is definitely worth it!

Patti did my make-up and I loved how I looked! More importantly, my make-up did not budge despite the heat and the fact that I was sweating a lot! Amazing!! She also put on some eye lashes and they totally stuck till I peeled them off!! I didn't need to worry about anything... not even that. Patti really cares about what she does and you can tell. She even recommended a powder and lipstick to have on the day of the wedding, so my lips looked fresh and I was never shiny! I looked very natural but beautiful in our photos! Which is what I was going for...a "better me". And my husband thought I looked amazing! In some of indoor photos that my friend's took with their cameras, I look sorta white-ish, but I just think that it's their crappy flash. All of the professional photos turned out awesome. Seriously, I usually have a hard time liking how I look in pictures, but I actually love how I look in most of them!!

Rachel did my hair and she was great. I even changed my mind one week before the wedding so they called me in for another trial run at a small cost. In the end my hair looked great. I did curly half up-do. I loved it! And my husband totally loved it! The curls stayed till I washed them out but they didn't look stiff at all.

Overall I had a great experience with them and highly recommend Patti and Rachel to any bride who wants to look their best on their wedding day and in their pictures. Having been in Miss USA contests Patti and Rachel knew exactly what to do to erase my flaws, make me look good and camera ready. I even got some tips on how to pose! I am so grateful that they did my hair and make-up. I knew I was in good hands and the proof is in the beautiful pictures (and with my husband who kept telling me how amazing I looked, and not being able to take his hand off of me during the most of the wedding) lol !

Brushworx was recommended to me by the best wedding planning service (Magnolia Events) in Atlanta. I was a little nervous after we did a trial and I was not 100% satisfied, but the day of the wedding-- I was extremely pleased. Not only did Patti's team make each of my demanding bridesmaids beautiful and pristine, but every girl had a different look that suited her beautifully! I had no time to adjust my hair or makeup before the wedding and I did not need to! I was VERY happy with the end product. It was a really great experience!

I used Brushworx for my wedding on June 26th they showed up on time and finished on time!! They were great at the onsite set up very fast and it was not overwhelming. The Brushworx Team is not only talented and professional, they are also some of the best people you'll ever work with--exactly who you'd want in the bridal room as you're getting ready.

Patti and Christine did the hair and makeup for a recent bride of mine. It was one of those 100 degree June afternoons and the humidity was intense! As a photographer, I've seen brides have their makeup and hair literally melt under these conditions but that wasn't the case for Patti and Christine's work. Her makeup stayed perfectly no matter how much blotting had to be done and her hair held the curl (she had it half up and half down), throughout the entire day!
