The food was delicious. They delivered on time! We had several conversations with Donna and she confirmed they were bringing the serving utensils, unfortunately they didn?t. When we got back from our honeymoon we noticed our credit card was over charged for the food. We spoke with Donna she said the tax rate and the price of the chicken parmigiana went up. None of our receipts reflected the new price nor did she ever inform us of a price change. After a few phone calls Donna agreed to refund our credit card for the price we agreed on.
If you've never been to Buca di Beppo, then you must go! Specially if you like Italian food. We had about 30 guests at our rehearsal dinner which included the most dearest people in our lives. Naturally, Buca di Beppo was the place to take them all. Their family-style servings are perfect for this kind of get-together. Everyone ate off the same main dish and shared stories while passing the dishes along. The waiters & waitresses were amazing as the food always is. We never felt rushed and they always kept our glasses at least half way full if not full.
I highly recommend this place for it's high-energy environment and interesting pictures they have framed on every inch of the restaurant. Their staff is always friendly and very efficient. They were also great about holding the cake my mother-n-law made for us to enjoy after dinner in their refrigerator.
One of my favorite restaurants!
