Buelltiful Events by Henriette

Probably the best decision we made was to bring Henriette on-board as day-of coordinator for our son's wedding. Warm, friendly, professional and completely unflappable, she anticipated every detail and kept everyone and every last thing on track so we could truly relax and enjoy the day.

We had planned a weekend full of outdoor events at Briar Patch B&B, but with rain a good part of the day before and a 70% chance of more rain forecast for the wedding day, we had to do a lot of recalculating. Henriette arrived hours before the rehearsal to help us think through our options — and then went way beyond our expectations by throwing herself into setting up and decorating for our rehearsal dinner inside rather than outside by the pool.

With the gloomy forecast the next day, we held off on a final outside vs. inside decision until about 3 hours before the ceremony. Henriette and her assistant worked their magic faster than usual, bringing all the last-minute touches for the outdoor ceremony together seamlessly. With her expert help throughout the evening, the whole day was magical — and more fun than we had dared to hope.

Hiring Henriette was some of the best money we spent toward our wedding. Before our wedding planning began, I thought I could do everything myself. However, after our wedding day, I have no idea how anyone could pull off a wedding without a day-of coordinator. And, Henriette fit the bill perfectly! I felt relaxed knowing she had everything under control. Throughout our entire wedding weekend, she advocated on our behalf, helping us sort through multiple vendors’ advice and recommendations and helping us decide what WE wanted. I thought that was especially helpful.

Overall, I would recommend Henriette for two reasons. First, she knows weddings, everything from timing of events, to rehearsal dinners, to making that ceramic bird you bought at the dollar store look good on the gift table. Secondly, she’s extremely responsive. Even though she was our “day-of” coordinator, she answered my questions MONTHS before our wedding. And, I’m the type of person who has a LOT of questions! I could count on a response from her in 24 hours or less. She never mentioned being busy or annoyed that one question led to another and another and another.

Henriette is amazing! Our wedding was the weekend of the derecho, the storm that resulted in massive, long-lasting power outages, which meant our venue did not have power. Henriette made herself available much earlier in the day than expected to take a trip to our new venue to make a plan.  She moved all of our things from one venue to another and searched through everything to set it all up beautifully.  I never would have imagined that my coordinator would have worked so hard and have to make so many decisions based on the conversations we had previously had.  I even had other vendors comment on how wonderful, pleasant, and hard working Henriette is.  One vendor specifically mentioned that out of all of the coordinators they have encountered (they do a lot of weddings) Henriette was working with them to create the day, not "barking orders" as many do.    
In the midst of creating our perfect wedding at a place I had never seen, Henriette was in contact with all if the vendors and in constant contact with us asking a few questions but mostly keeping us (me) calm during a crazy day. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and instrumental Henriette was in making or day a success.   I highly recommend her for anyone planning a wedding.  You can rest assured that she will step up and do whatever it takes to make your day everything you imagined it to...

Henriette of Buelltiful Events was an amazing event coordinator for my wedding! She is kind, patient, professional, and very creative! We hired Henriette as a day of wedding planner for our event in May. She went above and beyond our expectations and would recommend her to anyone that needs assistance for their big day! Everything went super smoothly and she was such a big help with everything from setting up decorations to making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. Great Job!

In planning my wedding, one piece of advice I got over and over was to hire a "day of" coordinator. Going into it, I still felt like it was a bit of an extravagance... I didn't think it would be so hard to handle everything myself. But from the moment we decided to hire Henriette, we were SO happy we did. Yes, she is a "day of" coordinator, but she is also available to you for the ENTIRE MONTH prior to your wedding day as part of her services. She finds solutions for all of the last minute things that you haven't quite figured out-- and also handles things you hadn't even thought of! I would have been up a creek without her and couldn't have been happier with her help and that of her staff. The forecast called for rain on our wedding day and she was incredibly patient in going over the options with us and giving us ample time to make the final decision whether to hold it inside or out. She was always responsive whenever I contacted her (even well into the evening hours), and whenever we talked or emailed she always reminded me that I could contact her whenever, at any time of day or night-- and I could tell she meant it sincerely. She is, in fact, so responsive and attentive when you're her client that you forget she has other weddings to plan besides just yours! Henriette is a bride's dream come true, whether you're a super-stressed out bride or not... I would recommend her to anyone and hope to work with her again for another occasion in the future! =)

I can't say enough wonderful things about Henriette!! She not only provided me with day-of services, but she was also instrumental in helping me find last minute vendors after my caterer fell through. My wedding planning coincided with her pre-planned vacation, but even during her time off she stayed in constant contact with me and made sure I was ready for my big day. She and her staff were extremely professional, and made sure that me, my fiance (now husband!!), and ALL of our guests were happy. She also ensured that all vendors were happy, and as a result, they all provided amazing service. She was on hand the next day to help out, something we did not expect and were thrilled to receive. I was hesitant about using a wedding planner, even for day-of services, but Henriette's amazing ability to calm me down and focus makes me recommend her to any all future brides. I look forward to any event where I can work with Henriette again!!! She truly went about and beyond any expectations that I had; thanks Henriette!

Henriette was our "day of" coordinator - but she was around for so much more than that! She really made sure that our large wedding went off without a hiccup. She was great at anticipating problems and coming up with solutions - not to mention super sweet and fun to deal with. You need a great sense of humor to keep it all together - and Henriette has it. Very relaxed, but also always professional - she's exactly who you want to rely on so you can just enjoy yourself!

We hired Henriette as a "day of" wedding planner and we were extremely pleased!! Being a DIY bride I felt was very involved in every detail of our wedding and wanted the comfort of knowing someone would be there to make sure everything I had worked so hard on over the past year went smoothly. Henriette went above and beyond what was expected of her. There were a lot of things to set up for our BIG day and she didn't miss a beat. Everything was set up exactly as I had envisioned it. Henriette was always there when I needed her and was very helpful prior to the wedding in making sure everything was going smoothly and I was doing okay. I really loved how she constantly stayed in contact with me the week of the wedding by checking in to make sure I was doing okay and making sure all our "I's" were dotted and "T's" were crossed. I would gladly recommend Henriette to anyone! She was wonderful to work with and was such a good sport with all my crazy bridal demands :)

Henriette was our day of coordinator for our wedding Oct 1 at Briar Patch B&B. From the time we signed to work with her, she was extremely responsive and thorough in answering questions and providing ideas as the day approached.

There are SO many details that go into making the day of (and rehearsal for that matter!) successful, and we coudln't have done it without her. Henriette and her assistant were both very professional, accommodating, and easy to work with.

We had some weather issues to contend with (rain/wind/cold), and she allowed me to be the Bridezilla I never thought I would be in trying to decide whether we should set up outside (hoping the rain would pass) or inside. She was definitely a calming factor, allowing me to talk through the decisions during all the last minute prep due to weather.

In the end, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding day!

Henriette is pretty fantastic. She helped the entire day of our wedding to help set up. She made sure we all communicated specifically about the expectations, and she lived up to every one of them. It also STORMED and POURED in the middle of our ceremony. I would turn around to see Henriette hustling out of the house with umbrellas for my guests. The day was pretty chaotic because of the weather, but Henriette remained calm and professional the entire time. I owe so much to her for the success of that day! I would recommend her to any bride and groom, particularly if they are to marry at the Briar Patch Bed & Breakfast. She knows the ins-and-outs of that location. Because the day was so chaotic, however, we all forgot about these parasols I had purchased that I wanted to take pictures w/ (w/ bridesmaids). EVERYONE forgot--me and my bridesmaids, my husband etc. I think if I had been more vocal about using them, then they would have definitely been included, but I was so worried about the success of that day. That is the only tiny thing I wish would have been handled, but was not and it is VERY tiny.

I was the "frazzled" mother of the bride planning my daughters wedding weekend while she lives 2000 miles away. I wanted the day to be perfect for her...everything she had envisioned. Thanks to Henriette that vision became a reality. From the "kick-off" of the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner she was there calmly and efficiently coordinating it all. We had many personal touches added to our event and she made sure everything was in place, put together and perfect. To say she is wonderful to work with would be an understatement. I can't even imagine having to worry about all the details she took care of for us. Because of Henriette we were able to celebrate our daughters wedding with our families and friends...it was all in her capable hands! It truly was a wonderful weekend. One, like Henriette, we will never forget! SHE IS THE BEST!!!

The "day of planner" was a new concept to me - as this was my first outting as the Mother of the Bride. 3-4 weeks before the big day I had moved through the vendors, the florist, the caterers, the string quartet, etc., which left me with entirely too much time to fret over the actual wedding day. Henriette was recommended by our caterer, The Chef's Table, with whom we had been working with for 8-9 months and trusted completely. This is what I learned - bringing Henriette into the mix was invaluable and one of my very best decisions through this whole process. It goes without saying that she fit all of the criteria and skills needed to be a "day of planner." The difference with Henriette is how she performed as a "day of planner." The best analogy is this - she reminded me of a duck - all the effort going on underwater - seemingly floating on top of the water. She never missed a beat and got all of us to shore. Henriette was watchful and proactive, from making sure my family and I were always taken care of, to noticing a tear in the bride's gown and repairing it. The best recommendation came at the end of the evening. My daughter, the bride said, "Good night Henriette, I love you. You're the best!" I agree whole heartedly.

Henriette was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was hired as our Day of Coordinator, but she went above and beyond day of responsibilities. I knew that I was going to love her from the start when I realized how organized and on top of things she is. Henriette perfectly took charge without taking over, which is key for a wedding planner. I felt comfortable leaving things in her hands which enabled me, my husband, and our families to enjoy the day and spend time with our loved ones. She is also quick to respond and will try her best to make everything you may want possible. Aside from her great skills as a wedding coordinator, she is a really nice person. I am disappointed that my wedding is over and I won't be in regular contact with her anymore!

Henriette was wonderful! She worked with me about a month and a half before the wedding through the weekend, and then helped me tidy up a few ends even after the event was over. She's very responsive, and works hard to make your day wonderful. As a bride, because she does day-of coordination, I would make sure that you have everything you need done completely listed out so that nothing gets over looked, and make sure the plan is clear, but Henriette really is great to work with, and I would recommend her.

I can't say enough nice things about Henriette! From the moment we hired her, she was an invaluable member of our wedding team. From emails to phone calls, she answered all our questions promptly and patiently. She kept me sane on my wedding day, and I don't know what I would have done without her. She took care of everything, which allowed me to enjoy the day instead of stressing over all the details. Plus, she's just an awesome person!

Henriette was amazing. She provided us with creative ideas throughout our planning process and was always chiefly concerned with how my fiance and I were handling everything with regard to stress. Henriette was responsive to all of my thousands of emails and always handled my questions/concerns with humor and grace. She attended all of our walk-throughs and knew exactly what would and would not work at the ceremony/reception site. Henriette and her assistant are of tremendous value for the money. She made our wedding vision a reality, and has become a friend. If you hire her, you are making a smart decision!

Henriette was so very helpful in all that she and her assistant did in orchestrating the day of events at my daughter's recent wedding. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes on our behalf and we could not have enjoyed the day as much without her. Henriette's professionalism and attention to detail were very much appreciated by us. She attended meetings that we had with our caterer and was present at the ceremony rehearsal. She set up all our personal decorations and coordinated with the other vendors that we hired to make sure that everything ran smoothly and kept to a time line. Henriette's efficiency at setting everything up, breaking everything down, and packing everything back into boxes for transporting them home, enabled us to keep our focus on our guests and to have some fun as well. It was a pleasure working with Henriette. We are very grateful for the part she played in making the day so memorable. Everything looked so perfectly elegant and we have wonderful memories of a day that most definitely can be described as "magical".

Henriette was recommended to me by our caterer, John Feist. Hiring Henriette and her assistant to coordinate our wedding on the day of the event was one of the best decisions we made. They exceeded our expectations.

Henriette attended our walk - throughs and rehearsal with us, and was onsite with an assistant for the entire set-up, event, and break down of our wedding day. They worked incredibly hard, and it showed.

If anything went wrong at our wedding, I didn't know about it. We brought a lot of home made decorations on site, and Henriette made sure that everything was packed up and organized at the end of the night.

I highly recommend Henriette. She has a very calm personality, and was very responsive, helpful, and flexible during our wedding planning.

It was great having Henriette to help out with the logistics on our wedding day! I felt better knowing that I wouldn't have to trouble one of my guests or family members with communicating with the vendors and making sure they knew what was going on. I am very glad we hired her for our wedding. :)

Henriette was great to work with and our wedding ran as smooth as possible. We had some particular problems throughout our wedding but I guess that will always happen. She is extremely nice and answered all my emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. The only think I would suggest is to make sure you are clear on your expectations and what you need on the day of. I would recommend Henriette to any bride and hopefully she will be a great success in this industry.

Henriette was a fabulous wedding coordinator. She went out of her way to make sure that all of the details of my wedding (and there were plenty) were perfect and that everything occurred as planned. When our caterer ran out of wine and forgot the champagne, she and the cite owner went out of their way to make sure the problem was solved without disrupting my wedding. My guest had no idea that anything had gone wrong. She was very professional and polite to my vendors and guests and checked on me regularly to make sure I was happy and made sure I always had a drink in hand. I highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for a day-of coordinator to make sure their "big day" goes smoothly. Two thumbs-up.
