Busath Photography

I am SUPER impressed with their photos; very professional and very well done. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. I felt like they had so many clients, that I was just another one, and it was really hard to get a hold of them. My individual photographer was great, but I hated dealing with the company itself. And to be honest, I feel like I spent more money than I should have or could have. I understand why they charge so much---they are the best, and with all photos going digital now, they make their money off of prints. And I feel it's a bit ridiculous to charge 89.00 for one 8x10 print, you know?
AFTER the wedding, I'm actually very pleased with their customer service. Now that the stress is off, I don't mind as much when i get put on hold or when I can't reach anyone in the office, but during stressful wedding stuff, it's hard to handle.

Our photographer was Kiely and she was amazing! She got great pictures that we love and did an amazing job. She was very fast, responsive, flexible,and proffesional. She took amazing pictures and did some special ones that we asked for that turned out amazing! They are a great company!

They are really great photos but the price is expensive.

Busath is always fantastic. Their photographs are beautiful and very well done. Dave Labrum was our photographer and he was very fun and helpful.

By far the best photography studio in Salt Lake, they have done world-famous shoots. However, it's so costly I could hardly say it was as good a "value for the cost" as many other places that are still very professional and use high quality equipment and expertise. Their customer service is unmatchable; when we said we didn't really like one person who was helping us they threw in an extra photographer to do some black/white shots at the reception for free, and they always listen to everything the customer says with utmost regard. It's a very high-class environment, so if you're not used to that be prepared--and you will be paying a lot for any prints. But the bridal shots, couple shots, and wedding day shots were all of the very finest quality.

Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. In the past, Busath has been great, but our photographer, Dave Labrum, was the problem. A huge problem. A few weeks before the wedding, you have a meeting with your photographer to discuss what kind of photographs you want and where you'd like most of them taken. He completely disregarded what we requested, and was really unprofessional to us. He said some inappropriate things to the bride. He was also an hour late for the reception. If you do use Busath, do anything you can to avoid Dave. I would highly recommend Drake Busath who took our engagement pictures, but he's booked WAY in advance because he's so good.
