The food for our wedding was supplied by Bussean Custom Catering, and let me tell you, the food was most excellent! I had friends and family commenting on the deliciousness of this food all night! My older brother made the comment that "his filet mignon was more juicy and tender then the steak he had at WEBER GRILL restaurant thenight before"! And I would have to agree with him. The filet was super juicy and perfectly cooked medium/rare. We also had the salmon and heard many good things as well. We also had a few veggie meals and a few kids meals and everybody seemed very please-Matthew & Jilian Moncada-

The food was delicious! I felt for the price per plate, it could have been better, but I really have no complaints other than that. I might just be a cheapskate too :)
Prompt delivery, great customer service, polite and helpful staff! I have ordered many times from here (brunch for Mother's Day, Dinner for graduation parties/holidays/showers/baptisms) and I will continue to order from them due to the variety and amount of food and service.

There food was awesome it was by far the best tasting wedding food I have ever had. The food portions were huge and everyone was more then happy. I thought the food choices and selections were great compared to other caters we saw. I was very please with this catering company.
