I don't know what we would've done without Sonya! We only had Sonya for the day of to help coordinate things, only because i just loved planning but my hubby and I both agreed that hiring Sonya was probably the best thing we did for the wedding :) I was able to stay calm and collected because our wonderful wedding coordinator took care of everything- I mean EVERYTHING. Because of her, our wedding went so smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.

I would give her more stars if I could. One word sums it up: Priceless. The investment into a planner is the best decision you will make. And Sonya, along with her team, is amazing. I never worried. She made my vision happen. I trusted her through the entire process and I had every reason to. I saved time and money: because she knows the industry and the vendors in them, she only sent me to vendors she knew and trusted and that were in our budget. She works with your time and your budget. The day was perfect because of her. I can not imagine, I don't want to imagine, the day with out her. Get a planner! Sonya is amazing, but if she's booked I know she can recommend someone who will be great as well.

Sonya was great to work with throughout the whole planning process, she went above and beyond what we paid her for. I would not have wanted to go though the day without her. A few mishaps happened during the day and I didnt find out about them until they were no longer an issue. The only thing that was upsetting was after the wedding she said she was going to follow up with our cake vendor (disaster) and i never heard back from her. I would have called the cake vendor myself if she hadn't of offered, and now I will never see a refund for a cake that wasnt finished and I almost didnt get.

I hired this planner last minute and she was wonderful. She went above and beyond. I did not have to worry about one thing at my wedding.

Sonya, is a big help. She is fully prepared for day of services and makes sure you have a great time with no problems to worry about.

Sonya went above and beyond to bring in an awesome team the day of the wedding. She has two assistants, not counting her husband, and had everything set up just how we discussed. Even the minor last minute changes she made were for the best - we finally got the groom to agree to lighting up the cocktail tables and the desserts looked way better displayed near the popcorn buffet rather than on a cart that we had discussed. There was one issue when she had supposedly arranged for a pedi-cab with a just married sign to pick us up after our sparkler exit - when only a golf cart with forest green topper showed up. She was amazing at getting all of our stuff back to us in a neat and orderly the next day and week. She even delivered the groom's cake to the rehearsal dinner location so I wouldn't have to stress. She also arranged and paid for a wedding cake so that we could participate in the traditional cake cutting ceremony! I would recommend her for Day of Coordinating in a heart beat.

She recommended great vendors as well as saved us a lot of time and money. Our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be. One of her planners Gina helped during the ceremony and she was great. FI forgot the rings at the hotel in one of the GMs car and she went and got them for us. I did not stress at all they took care of everything on our wedding day. One of my guest told me” you can tell you had a planner because of all the details and everything went smoothly.” I wanted a fun and modern wedding with lots of “bling bling” and that’s what I got.

The months before my wedding I was in Afghanistan, and realized I desperately needed a wedding planner. I contacted Sonya and it was the best decision I could have made! We had only communicated by phone and email (she was kind enough to work around the time difference) and we didn't meet until 2 weeks before the wedding. She did an amazing job! It was exactly what my husband and I wanted for our wedding. She selected great vendors and there were no problems at all! I recommend her to anyone!

Sonya and her team do a fantastic job of keeping a wedding running smoothly. They're adept at juggling all the behind the scenes while keeping the bride happy and calm on her big day.

We have had the chance to work with Busy Brides at the Polacek Gardens venue many times. One event in particular they took care of us when a downpour happen to arise at one of our weddings by bringing us a gold umbrella and standing there to hold it over the Soloist and Violinist as they played the final song. Sonya Keller from Busy Brides is AWESOME!!!! When it comes to wedding planning and coordination Sonya has a true talent. When I interviewed Sonya to be my wedding coordinator I hired her right on the spot! She has such a wonderful personality and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was always there to offer support when I needed it but at the same time made sure she was representing the vision I had for my wedding and not her own. She did a wonderful job on my wedding day and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking or a wedding planner/coordinator on their special day!
