Everything was ready for pickup when we needed it. We picked everything up and took it to our mountain location. Price was good and they had the exact color we wanted for our linens.

So easy to use. The guys who woke at BR help me and the now husband with getting chairs and table clothes. They worked with us, when we did not know sizes of the tables. Pick and return was a breeze.

The guys were knowledgable and very helpful. Nothing was missing and all was in great shape. All the linens and tables really made the overall look of our day. When they delivered everything was in a quick manner and everything was explained.

Butler Rents was easy to deal with. We went in, picked out our linens, didn't have to pay a cent until we picked them up a couple days before the wedding, and dropped them off a few days after. The linens we picked out were ready when requested and looked great on our tables.

We rented several different things from butler for our large wedding. We needed everything from pipe for draping fabric to fine china & beautiful candelabras for our elegant black tie affair. They had it all!!! Their staff is absolutely incredible to work with & their pricing is fare and reasonable! Their linens are beautifully pressed & maintained & they only deliver you top quality items for your event. We can't thank Butler enough for helping to ensure that our event went off perfectly & beautifully! Thank you so much for making our wedding just perfect!!!

Butler Rents had everything I needed for my wedding.From Tents to Chairs they supplied me with great quality party equipment.Their staff made sure that everything was taken care of and was always there to answer my calls.They delivered everything on time and where quick to pick everything up the next day.I will definitely call them if i need to rent more equipment in the future.

I rented white wooden chairs and an aisle runner from them for my ceremony and they were great! Very sturdy and of high quality. The staff is very professional and a delight to work with. I would recommend their services.

We rented our chairs and linens from Butler Rents. The price was great and they were very closely located to our reception site. I was slightly annoyed for having to pay a $50 delivery charge and they were located less than 5 miles away from the reception site, but there wasn't much I would do about it. Other than that, I would recommend them!

What items are available for rental?

Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?

Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps?

Yes we have Chuppahs

Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?

Visit our showroom to see the newest in linens and dinnerware displays-come in and see your linens and china setup just for you.

How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?

Brides are busier that ever! Cross Rentals off your TO DO LIST anytime. We we change the reservation anytime you need to. We suggest at least 1 month, 6 months if you have special order linens, but can do it ever closer to the wedding date.

Can the order be modified close to the event date?

We try to confirm your rentals 2 days prior to delivery. When you confirm with the caterer, think rentals next!

What if I need to cancel my order?

We are very accomodating to your needs and will keep your order on file so we don't have to redo everything. If you cancel on delivery there is a restocking charge of 25%. Otherwise anytime prior to confirmation and delivery you can get a full refund on non-special order items.

What are your hours of delivery?

We can fit any special requests. Our regular delivery hours are business hours M-F and on Saturday. We charge additional for afterhours or exact delivery times.

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

No minimum delivery order-but there is a minimun delivery charge of $35.00. Picking up at our location is always an option.

What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items?

We do all our own in-house laundry and can handle most stains-we do ask that if the linens get wet that you inform us or let them dry-mildew is tougher than wine!

Additional Advice

How long is the rental period?We charge 1-day for a 1-4 day usage. That means you can pick up the equipment or have it delivered on Friday for a Saturday/Sunday event and then return it on Monday and that is a 1-day charge! No worries about getting things setup-we can bring the equipment when you need it.Is there a charge to set up the tables and chairs?Yes, we can set up the tables and chairs. There is a charge based on $1.00 per chair and $2.00 per table.Are you getting married at a park or other public space? These can be wonderful options for events-just remember that you don't want to leave the rental equipment unatttended. So when someone asks if they can help with the wedding-see if they may be a good candidate to be the on-site contact for delivery or pick up at the public venue, do they usually carry a cellphone and don't mind helping you out!
